Her appointment was canceled twice because the doctor is out of the office on appointment day. I understand emergencies but maybe having more than one doctor would be helpful. Especially when it's already been months since the last appt. Then reschedule her two weeks out is shameful. I really don't like that this office puts the brackets so close to the gums and they constantly bleed from not being able to brush properly.

Dr. Snow's son is working there now who is SO RUDE!! The price had nearly doubled and all their equipment was outdated. I decided to go to Smile Dental where my Granddaughter goes 20'th st W in Lancaster and it was night and day. They charged me half of what Snow charged me and they put them on right then offering me a permanent retainer after I was done. And......they were Sooooo Nice!!!! I have agoraphobia, and when I arrived, I was still waiting to sign in behind a couple of people. Having someone loudly announce the hand sanitizer for me at that moment--when I thought it was for everybody--made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Combined with the long wait, 40 minutes in the lobby, it really didn't feel like my needs were understood. I do want to express my gratitude to Grace for noticing and bringing the doctor's attention to my situation when I was struggling. I hope the office can use this feedback to be a bit more mindful and discreet in accommodating patients with anxiety-related conditions in the future. If I have to keep parenting professionals this way, maybe I should just file a grievance and get it over with.
