I went to another dentist for 3 crowns 15 days ago and after that procedure my gums were swollen and the pain was affecting my throat, eye and ear. Needless to say I was in a lot of pain. I went to 3 other dentists to try and find out why and all they wanted to do was deep clean my gums for another $395. I finally went to Dr Gim and was told that I needed a root canal on one of teeth that just had the crown. The pain was getting unbearable and I was not fun to be around. They were very accommodating and were able to do the procedure that afternoon. This office is beyond professional and the staff is fantastic. Once they started the procedure, I was given a few shots (that actually worked) with no pain at all and I was done in 20 minutes. They even used a microscope during the process. Gim said that I had an angry tooth, guess it bled a lot during the root canal. This was done yesterday and for the first time in 14 days I slept through the night, and today, no pain at all. I cannot over state, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL Endodontic office. I can think of no better place that Han & Gim. Don't let a dentist do your root canal. Spend the extra few bucks and get it done right the first time.

I needed a root canal and they brought me in, took x-rays, showed me two videos on the procedure they were going to do, and Dr. Keyvan Lazar explained what he was going to do and why. I had very bad experiences in the past with other dentists, primarily because I have sensitive teeth and others do not provide enough pain relief. Dr. Lazar made it clear that I would feel no pain and made me very comfortable throughout the procedure. They provide you with a body cover and glasses so you will not get wet or dirty during the process. They isolated the tooth, so that I didn't get sensitivity from the water or air in other teeth. The doctor coached me through the process and made sure I was okay. The staff is very professional and nice to chat with. Shout out to Julia and Evelyn for helping me today. Kindness goes a long way when it comes to excellent care. I don't believe people look forward to future root canals, but if I had to get another one, I'd definitely go back to Prime with Dr. Lazar. I am very concerned about the treatment I have received from a dentist whose name I do not currently know App I know is that she's a Indian doctor she does not greet her patients let alone give her name before treatment. During my appointments, I felt that I was treated with a lack of respect, patience, and professionalism. The dentist's attitude toward me appeared rude and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I left my appointments feeling upset and concerned about the quality of care I was receiving. In addition, I experienced significant discomfort during treatment and felt that my concerns about pain and discomfort were not taken seriously. At times, I felt as though unnecessary force was being used while work was being performed in my mouth. This caused me to fear for my safety and well-being as a patient.i have never felt any type of way before about going to the dentist until this Indian doctor started working in my mouth As a Black patient, I am also concerned that I may not have been treated fairly. While I cannot know the dentist's intentions, the way I was treated left me feeling singled out and discriminated against.
