My seamstress had placed a bow on the dress. When I picked up the dress there was no bow. I mentioned it. She said they would fix it. They asked for pictures and I sent them the picture. It took them a week to "fix it" the day they told me to pick it up was the day they were sending me pictures to see if it was good. It was not, not even close to what was in my picture. It was a simple bow nothing complexed. When I said it wasn't. Teresa the manager got all defensive and told me to come pick it up. This was all through text messages. Which I still have. I told her I might not have time to get it fixed. I called her because message can be miss understood through text. When I called she had an attitude. I told her I was calling to try to work things out. She still had attitude and Told me to get my seamstress to fix it. When I told her there might not be enough time to fix it she said that's on you and oh well. I asked to speak to her manager, who was Steve. He told me I was lying. When I picked up my dress. Teresa was flipping me off as I walked out the door. I was going to have them do my husband clothes. I don't recommend because if they ruin it, they don't care. It's to bad because they were recommended from a coworker.

I haven't taken clothing to a cleaners in ages but wanted to give two wool coats the special…read moretreatment and have them professionally cleaned. One is a vintage wool car coat (shorter than the usual length of a coat) from Eileen Fisher, something I bought about 35 years ago. Another is a dark dark purpleish 3/4 length coat, with great sentimental value. So I was hesitant to turn these over and take a chance. However, I can say without reservation that Elite Cleaners II did an excellent job! The colors look more vibrant, esp. the Eileen Fisher coat, which is a dark teal. And that they use a "wet" method and not chemicals was a plus. The items were ready one week later. Yes, you can expect to pay more for their service, although I don't know if the $53.00 for two coats would be standard or not. At any rate, to my mind, it was well worth it. Now my coats are ready for the next winter in Ann Arbor!

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! I am never the person to write bad reviews but dealing with Eureka dry cleaners…read morehas made me realize that bad ownership truly makes a bad business. The owner is extremely combative. Based on my personal experience, make sure to NEVER bring the items you care about to this place. If they damage it, they will not take any responsbility for it WHILE being degrading, slanderous, and simply just a bully. The owner never thought to apologize even once, instead, he yelled, screamed, and complained about going to them for responsibility for damaged goods. The situation is long so I will leave this review here with a screenshot of the message I received after their insurance had settled the situation and I went to pick up my item.
