I don't dry clean on a consistent basis, but Stadium Cleaners is my go-to when needed and I especially trust them to take care of special/sentimental/valuable items. Customer service is very friendly and they do on-time, quality work. Story time - 1. I had a friend accidentally spill all over an old Pendleton blanket that's very special to me. It was passed to me from my dad (who passed away years ago) and the pattern is no longer produced. Stadium Cleaners did an amazing job getting it back to pristine, which was a huge relief! 2. I got my wedding dress cleaned here! It had a pretty large train so this was not a simple undertaking and this was of course a special item to me. I was happy with their work on this one. Believe this was $185 which I thought was really reasonable for the amount of fabric in this dress especially. 3. Otherwise, I usually will do my coats here (especially my puffy winter coats that seem to absorb stains throughout the season), delicate sweaters (though more often than not I keep trying to just put those through my washing machine - one day I'll learn my lesson...), and a specialty jacket I wear for hospital volunteering. As an added bonus, they're located next to Dimo's - I sometimes try to time my dry cleaner drop off/pick ups to snag a breakfast bagel next door :). read more

Do not use if you value your clothing. I took a woolen jacket in for drying cleaning and slight alteration of the lining. On return the sleeves and body had shrunk substantially and on closer examination the jacket seemed to have been washed with all texture gone forever. The coat also handed in for cleaning showed no indication of a clean and smelled worse than before. Avoid avoid avoid is my recommendation. read more

Nothing makes me feel like more of an adult than picking up dry cleaning. Walking out of there with my clothes freshly cleaned and wrapped up makes me feel like the young professional I always imagined I'd be. But then I look down at the clothes I picked them up in (in today's case a Star Wars hoodie with a fresh latte stain down the front) and that feeling immediately disappears but it's nice while it lasts. Anyway, as I previously alluded, most of my clothes tend to be washable. I work from home so I don't need to be presentable most days of the week (thank God) so I don't always go to the dry cleaners but sometimes my nice sweaters or dresses, or nicer shirts need a little love. Stadium Cleaners is my new cleaner of choice. They're open until 7pm during the week, conveniently located on the west side on Stadium, reasonably priced ($32 for 6 pieces) and the staff members I've interacted with have all be SO SO nice. I was lucky I didn't need to get any stains out but my clothes came out fresh as a daisy and in great condition. Today's visit contained a few sheer blouses and 4 of my nicer sweaters and everything came out great. They also offer a pick up and delivery service if you're tight on time and need a hand. Also turn around time is pretty reasonable (I dropped off on Monday night and picked up on Wednesday but she said she could have put a rush on it if I had needed it sooner). Pretty great! read more

The prices here are so low. I had 16 items cleaned for about $60, including a couple cashmere sweaters and a heavy winter coat that was dipped in mud (long story). Pluses: Pretty much everything came out really well; there was a complicated silk blouse that was pressed perfectly; they even sewed a loose button back on to a pair of pants. Everything came back in about 24 hours (dropped off @ 2, picked up @ 3 the next day). Minuses: Another thin silk blouse was not pressed very well, and the mud-dipped coat still had a small (smaller than a dime) mud mark on the back. I am definitely going to return, and I would advise others to do the same. Dry cleaning can really add up. I have no reason to think that they aren't perfectly capable. read more

I'm visiting my daughter and went here to have her business clothes dry cleaned. I arrived at 9:20 am. It realizing same day service cut-off time is 9 am. Because I was a first time customer, the gentleman kindly said he'd accommodate me and the clothes would be ready after 5 pm. I had a suit and an additional jacket dry cleaned for a very reasonable price, and same day! Not only did they accommodate me, they were very customer focused and kind to me. This place is insanely cheap. I got a jacket, suit set, pair of pants, and 4 shirts done, all for 35 bucks. The guy at the front seems really nice and the work was well done. In comparison to some of the other dry cleaners around here, this place is a steal and I would go back. You won't find one-hour or even same-day service, but if you're looking for a cheap run-of-the-mill dry cleaners, I highly recommend this place. Most items are $3.50 to dry clean, and the organic option is close to the price you would pay elsewhere. They are closed on Saturday, but open on Sunday, which I find more convenient for running errands. They also have an after hours drop, which is a lifesaver. He always helps me out to my car and hangs the clothes for me when I have my babies with me. One thing: there used to be a woman who worked there who was not that friendly, etc. - it appears that she no longer works there. We've been using this dry cleaners since Clinton was in office. They had been reliable but recently their quality has plummeted. We've had two items damaged in the past month. One shirt had something melted onto it (the owner admits this) and the other came back mysteriously stained. The stain look like rust to me, it was absolutely not there when I dropped the shirt. The owner denies any responsibility and will not make any refund or cover cost of replacing the (modestly priced) shirt. I'm disappointed that 10 plus years of patronage have come to this. The owner also recently replaced all his machines with brand new ones that don't use any harsh chemicals. They were able to remove tree sap that was all over a very expensive patterned coat, which I was very thankful for.
