It was a simple bow nothing complexed. When I said it wasn't. Teresa the manager got all defensive and told me to come pick it up. This was all through text messages. Which I still have. I told her I might not have time to get it fixed. I called her because message can be miss understood through text. When I called she had an attitude. I told her I was calling to try to work things out. She still had attitude and Told me to get my seamstress to fix it. When I told her there might not be enough time to fix it she said that's on you and oh well. I asked to speak to her manager, who was Steve. He told me I was lying. When I picked up my dress. Teresa was flipping me off as I walked out the door. I was going to have them do my husband clothes. I don't recommend because if they ruin it, they don't care. It's to bad because they were recommended from a coworker.

One is a vintage wool car coat (shorter than the usual length of a coat) from Eileen Fisher, something I bought about 35 years ago. Another is a dark dark purpleish 3/4 length coat, with great sentimental value. So I was hesitant to turn these over and take a chance. However, I can say without reservation that Elite Cleaners II did an excellent job! The colors look more vibrant, esp. the Eileen Fisher coat, which is a dark teal. And that they use a "wet" method and not chemicals was a plus. The items were ready one week later. Yes, you can expect to pay more for their service, although I don't know if the $53.00 for two coats would be standard or not. At any rate, to my mind, it was well worth it. Now my coats are ready for the next winter in Ann Arbor!

Very disappointed in the lack of apology for stringing us along for over a week on a job they promised but could not actually come through on. We could have taken them somewhere else to be altered in that time frame. Frustrating. We'll go elsewhere for our dry cleaning and alterations.

We use them both for laundry and dry cleaning. The owner is warm and lovely, welcoming us to the area, and making sure to take very good care of us and our garments. The only thing that could be better would be if they stayed open until 7PM. It is sometimes a challenge to get there before they close at 6, but it is a small sacrifice for such good service and attention to detail.

It was passed to me from my dad (who passed away years ago) and the pattern is no longer produced. Stadium Cleaners did an amazing job getting it back to pristine, which was a huge relief! 2. I got my wedding dress cleaned here! It had a pretty large train so this was not a simple undertaking and this was of course a special item to me. I was happy with their work on this one. Believe this was $185 which I thought was really reasonable for the amount of fabric in this dress especially. 3. Otherwise, I usually will do my coats here (especially my puffy winter coats that seem to absorb stains throughout the season), delicate sweaters (though more often than not I keep trying to just put those through my washing machine - one day I'll learn my lesson...), and a specialty jacket I wear for hospital volunteering.
