The owner was confident he would be able to shorten the sleeves. I come to pick up the jacket and it looks worse than before I brought it in. The work on both sleeves was uneven, the stitching was crooked, and the worst part is, because the material was cut, I can't even go to another tailor to fix his mistake. This jacket was irreparably botched. I brought in 3 items--two pairs of pants and a jacket--NONE of the pieces were altered correctly. Your clothes are better off not coming here.
