It is a cozy shop tucked away out of the hustle and bustle and an absolutely beautifully kept shop. They offer private experiences by appointment only to try on dresses and allow guests to join. They had a wonderful selection of dresses including the sought after designer Enzoani. They are the only metro detroit shop that carries this designer. The dresses are stunning, elegant, classy, and such a statement maker. They make you feel like you are a top priority from the moment you walk in the door. We were never rushed and we were able to come back multiple times to ensure the right dress was chosen. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that Vinny helped choose dresses that I may not have considered but ended up falling in love with. She took my vision and ides and brought the perfect dresses for me to try. I appreciated the constant communication about the process and she kept me informed every step of the way once my dress was ordered. It arrived earlier than expected and they were more than accommodating by allowing me to come in on their day off to try it on to make sure it was perfect before she accepted the dress. As someone who is self-conscious and having poor experiences at other bridal shops, Ashley and Alexandria's was such a welcomed surprise and a delight. I finally felt like it was a hallmark movie moment when picking my dress. I highly recommend going to the boutique to see the selection of dresses and find out big day dream dress there. We found our bridesmaid dresses so quickly here. They have an amazing selection and were incredibly attentive all along the way. I live out of town so you could imagine it would have added some snags to measurements and ordering but everything ran so smoothly. They even let me charge my phone and bring in champagne to share while we found "the dress." I couldn't have been happier. Flash forward to picking up my dress. There were so many issues with bunching, crooked seams, and seriously small arm holes and uneven sleeve/straps. Upon addressing these concerns, I was told they weren't fixable and perhaps to use double sided tape and wear a bra (mind you neither of those would be a valid solution to the issues). I proceeded to take it to another alterations place who had to rush fix everything, as well as undo what they called "the shortcuts" she took when altering the dress originally. So as much as I'd love to recommend this salon 100% based on them alone. DO NOT have your alterations done there... even the bride in our group had to have her dress fixed.

I visited B Ella Bridal during a holiday weekend visit to Michigan. Amy was in charge of helping us, and she was absolutely wonderful. She had the dress I had requested ahead of time pulled and ready in the dressing room. She also thoughtfully pulled a bunch of alternative styles for my consideration. She was super friendly and sweet and made the entire process so enjoyable. I ended up getting my dress that day (they gave a 10% discount since it was a sample - which was awesome) and so did my mom! I definitely wasn't expecting both of us to have success, but the selection was great and the staff made us feel so comfortable and confident. My mom's dress needs alterations, and they actually had the seamstress available to consult about what would be done. It helped ease my mom's mind and I feel happy knowing she will be in good hands for that when the time comes. I definitely recommend B Ella Bridal and appreciate all they did for us that day :)

I wanted satin champagne dresses for them to try on as well as a sparkly option for my maid of honor. They had a very poor selection for us to choose from and we felt rushed when we wanted to look at the dresses ourselves. This is why I did not want to state the colors I was considering because then that is what was going to be hard targeted. It would have been nice to be given space to breathe and look around. The experience was 2 stars but I bumped the rating up to 3 because we did find dresses here despite feeling pushed. Another problem was that they never called us when the dresses came in. I just happened to have a bridesmaid that came in a couple months later because she could not do the original date and the dresses were there!
