Hartland Cleaners is one of those places that reminds me of the old days... where the customer comes first. We have used this shop for our clothes cleaning and are impressed every time! Not only do they provide excellent service, they are as honest as the day is long, and treat you like they would their family. (They actually returned cash found in our pants pocket!) It was a simple bow nothing complexed. When I said it wasn't. Teresa the manager got all defensive and told me to come pick it up. This was all through text messages. Which I still have. I told her I might not have time to get it fixed. I called her because message can be miss understood through text. When I called she had an attitude. I told her I was calling to try to work things out. She still had attitude and Told me to get my seamstress to fix it. When I told her there might not be enough time to fix it she said that's on you and oh well. I asked to speak to her manager, who was Steve. He told me I was lying. When I picked up my dress. Teresa was flipping me off as I walked out the door. I was going to have them do my husband clothes. I don't recommend because if they ruin it, they don't care. I got a pen stain on a white sports suit and I didn't know how to get it out. Thankfully I took it to hartland cleaners, they would not stop until the stain was out! It was an excellent cleaning job and was at a very low price! If you have any stain I would definitely trust Hartland Cleaners to get it out. My clothes looked great. They even fixed a pair of pants I thought I would never be able to wear again.

Great place if you want to get your clothes back with cat hair or sperm on them or have them smelling like cigarette smoke. Seriously, they put stains in, they don't take them out. This happened a couple of times. We're done. Yes, they reimbursed they the charges but they can't replace the shirts! And the place turns into a veritable brothel at night. There's tons of guys that seemingly come and just hang out in the back and we're always seeing the one cashier come back to the place late at night with a different man in tow.
