Elite Auto Body took on this added stress away from me by overseeing the process with the insurance claim and appraiser, e.t.c. They were very helpful in advocating on my behalf and I felt at ease not having this deal with any of it. I didn't have rental coverage, but they offered the option to rent a car from them at a reasonable cost which I was very appreciative of. When I received my car back not only did it look brand new, but they also assisted and showed me how to change out my windshield wipers. Few businesses go above and beyond for their clients like Elite Auto Body did for me. 5 stars is not enough as they need more because not only do they take care of your vehicle, but they also take care of you. I had my appointment with them to begin work on my car on a tuesday. I received texts each day of the week advising they were working on my car and it would be ready at 4pm on friday. I called them on thursday pm and friday am to double check before i returned my rental. I show up friday at 4:15pm and I'm told the car will not be ready until Monday. I asked about why I was texted all week with incorrect info and no one could call me to update me. The women in the front first said they "lost" my phone number so could not call me back(its on the order duh) and then blamed it on the computer system that sends the texts out. Where does the computer get its info? from the shop you think? so I find their communication poor and inexcusable. Even on the day of drop off neither women ever greeted me with Hello or How are you-glad you are here. I don't know what is the problem but they need some training on customer service. Thank goodness the car looks fine so I don't have to ever return there. read more
