A special thank you to David and Genesis for their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. David was especially wonderful with my senior dad. He was patient, understanding, and always took the time to explain what was happening. His consistent communication throughout the entire process kept us informed every step of the way. Having to deal with a vehicle repair can be stressful, but David made the process feel so much easier. Knowing that my dad was being treated with kindness and respect meant so much to us. The repairs were done beautifully, but what really stood out was the communication and genuine care we received. Thank you, David and Genesis, for taking such great care of my dad and making a stressful situation so much easier!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!…read more My wife got into a fender bender recently and she was referred to this shop by her insurance. Originally they stated that the fix would only take 3 days as the insurance adjuster stated only minor damage to the bumper has occurred(not bad). We then hear back from the shop a day later stating that there was more damage done that was not caught be the adjuster and it would actually take 2 weeks to fix (that's fine these things happen). Fast forward 2 weeks and we don't hear back from the shop, we call in and the woman managing the phones hesitantly tells us it would be another week due to a part back order . Fast forward another week again we don't hear back and we have to call back for an update. This cycle goes on for a month until finally my wife gets sick of waiting and goes to the shop on the day they stated it would be ready, when she gets her car back she notices not only was the original fix not done properly but it was rushed and they even broke things that were not broken after the accident. The interior and exterior of the car were left a mess, spare parts and screws were left in her car, they had disabled and not calibrated any of the sensors, and they install her door panel incorrectly (was not part or the original damage so I'm not sure why it was removed) and so many other things were done incorrectly. You can just tell the mechanics had a "oh shit the client is here and we have not done any work" and quickly slapped it all together and called it good. My wife took her car back and complained to the shops manager John and he assured her that it was unacceptable and he would fix the issue and offered her a rental free of charge and that he only needed a week to get things in place with his mechanic and order the rental. The week went by and at that point I stepped in to talk to John myself since he did not reach back out to my wife. He explained to me that they had a limited amount of rentals and that they were all already loaned out to other customers and they could in fact not get my wife a rental (very telling that all the rentals they had were loaned out). I was frustrated with John and told him my wife just needed her damn car fixed since his mechanics did a negligible job. He then apologies and told me to bring my car in the following week and he would be there personally to handle the situation. Guess what? The day came and John was not even in the shop... he did everything in his power to avoid meeting with me and stoped responding to my text, calls and emails. One silver lining is that there was a customer service agent there named Eric who made sure the fix was done well and kept me up to date. In the end it clear to see this shop is poorly run by spineless management, a greedy owner and lazy mechanics. TLDR: Poor repair job, zero communication, poor leadership turned our 3 day repair job into a two month headache. I will be reporting this business to consumer affairs and pursuing legal action. No CARSTAR I don't want to call your customer support line, we are done dealing with you clowns.

I brought my car in on a Monday for a deep scrape and had it back by Thursday at 4:30 PM so the quick turnaround was great. Everyone there was wonderful. The owner, the whole team. Vic especially went above and beyond. He helped me navigate my insurance claim, set me up with a rental, and even helped me get my plates sorted out (something I'd been putting off way too long). I called ahead of time and Daniel, had talked with me about the issues I was having and asked me to bring my car in. I got to the shop and the drop off was a breeze! He said his techs would check out the cars and he would give me a call back regarding the what they saw. He called me the very next day to go over the needed repairs and optional approaches. I liked this because I did not feel like I was getting sold on unnecessary repairs or costs for more expensive parts. He said he could get me OEM or after market and gave me his opinion. Given that the car was an older model he also stated minor cosmetic repairs were not absolutely and that replacing parts would be costly. So instead of having the part replaced (it was a side skirt for the exterior of the car) he asked if I wanted the original part reattached with an adhesive. He also checked my rotors and again, gave me options, but for performance and safety, he recommended OEM and helped me weigh my options. I had asked how long the repair would take and he said the average was a couple weeks.... I got a call the next week saying the car was complete. All this to say, I felt the communication was great, the repair did not take too long, but most importantly, I found a trustworthy shop that tells me whats wrong, and recommends options while taking the lets make cost effective repairs versus being told you need this and that and feeling like you got sold and/or upcharged. I am satisfied with the repair and the vehicle looks great and feels great driving, I will come back again.

Given my concern knowing my car is 2018, he told me he'd try to repair rather than replace. He did an unbelievable job, and I could not see that the car was ever damaged. I had a minor issue with the repair 3 months later, but Vach, without any discussion, told me to give him 3 hours to determine what could be done. He honestly assessed the problem and did what he could to repair the problem all the while explaining that a replacement of the part may be inevitable.
