Hands down one of the best repairs shop in the Hollywood area for your luxury car. Mike and Angie are the kindest most honest body shop that I have ever worked with. They go the extra mile with minor requests and to get your car done in a timely manor. They're an absolute pleasure to work with and handle each case, according to the needs of the customer - what more can you ask for! Highly Recommend ***** read more

My experience has been great with Precise auto Body. I came very last minute and customer service offered a short wait time along with multiple correspondents. I always look for great cost with services and they were very reasonable. Great value! read more

I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. They repaired my car's bumper and the quality of the work was outstanding it looks as good as new. What really impressed me, though, was how far they went above and beyond what I expected. When I picked up my car, it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated. On top of that, the team took the time to walk me through a diagnosis of a few things to keep an eye on in the future, even though they weren't directly related to the repair. It was clear they genuinely cared about my safety and the long-term condition of my vehicle, not just the job at hand. Professional, honest, and detail-oriented service like this is hard to find. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing auto body work. read more

I wish I weren't as familiar as I am with the work Precise Auto Body does, but I've been in a time or two over the years, and my car always comes out looking good as new. I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review, but my most recent visit was so positive I realized it's way overdue! Mike and Angie are lovely people, and they know their stuff. The little things get done in a flash, and the bigger things get done perfectly and with care and attention to detail. Bring your car to Precise with confidence! My insurance went through and Mike and Angela were angels. They answered everything I need, gave me daily updates. Truly will go back for them anytime. Precise Auto Body - Repairs done on the passenger side both doors - Body Shops Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Precise did a winderful job restoring my car's rear end after an accident, including both body work and sourcing and inatallung electronics

After my accident almost a year ago, my car was repaired here and came as new. Recently though, I was told that my windshield fluid tank was cracked (it leaked) and needed to be replaced. I called the shop and I can't stress enough about how good the customer service was! The woman was so responsive and efficient, told me that I could get my car checked the same day! They found the problem very quickly (which wasn't the cracked tank but some other part that wasn't noticeable) and ordered the necessary part right away! They also gave me some other advice which I really appreciate! Now I'm waiting for a call back to replace the part. Update! Got a call back a week later and the part was replaced with no trouble in just couple minutes! Thank you for such good service! read more

I have no words to explain how bad it's this place . First infinity agent has Poor customer service . Second this bodyshop is out control . They said we need 7 days to work in your car . Took 4 weeks to finished the job. At the end job has so bad . I wish to leave -10 stars but I can't . read more

A little while ago I got into an accident that left my front bumper dangling off, I took it into these guys to get an estimate on the damage but couldn't commit until the insurance companies figured out the liability. 30 min before closing they gave me an estimate and quickly attached the bumper so I could drive it until the insurance companies got their acts together. Thanks again guys. read more

If I can give these guys 10 stars I would ! First things first they where completely honest with me from the beginning and that one thing I love about this auto body shop.. because I myself as a girl we get scammed the most when it comes to car issues ! Let's face it 70% of us girls don't have a clue about cars and when it comes to car repairs ! But they where very informative . I had to leave my car there for couple of days but the guys would call me and text me for all updates and what was being worked on . I'm very satisfied and happy with my car results and with their customer service ! Like I said if I can give them 10 stars I would ! read more

I cannot thank Precise Auto Body enough. I had thought I lost my car forever after an accident in July. (Insurance was no help) Again after visiting a few auto body shops and hearing the cost of repairs my hopes had fallen even further. Precise came through with a quote that I could not believe. I figured at that cost compared to other shops, I'd be getting something less than it used to be. I accepted thinking that I'd rather have my car at 75% than not have it at all. I saw my car and almost hugged them.. but then remembered covid. The car looks like new and it is definitely 100%. If you need a body shop you will do yourself a disservice if you don't at least check out Precise Auto Body. Thank you Ronald and Precise! read more

By no fault of my own, my brand new Toyota RAV4 found a temporary home at Precise Auto Body. A mixture of supply chain issues and availability of parts created some delay, but Mike and the team at Precise Auto Body kept me thoroughly updated every step of the way and went out of their way to secure the necessary parts to repair my crossover. Thanks to the good folks at All State for putting me in their hands. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and cooler people when dealing with unfortunate car repairs!! read more

I got vandalized in my parking garage of my apartment!! Can you believe that crap! And when I found my window broken and my car dented...I was seriously pissed! Not only did it ruin the plans for that day but it also took time in taking my car to get fixed and getting things figured out with my insurance. The first place that my insurance recommended...I said hell to the no after the receptionist answering the phone sounded like she was 5 years old and had no clue about anything. I mean come on you work in a body shop at least understand when I say that I need to get my car fixed. Anyhow, I found Precise Auto Body and my insurance was fine with them as well. I am so glad that I took my car there! From the first phone call it was totally different from my other experience in a good way! They got me scheduled for an estimate... And don't get riled up when they tell you that they can't fix your car right away. They are very busy and with the quality and the customer service that I received, I can understand why. So I got the estimate and I got the earliest appointment that I could which was a week later. I brought my car in on the day and they asked me if I wanted text updates and I said yes. So throughout this experience I got updates through text... On the last day I called to make sure it would be ready and it was not. :( They explained to me that the window company had sent them a window but that it did not fit correctly. So they were waiting on another window. They said 3 more days. And it was ready... The only thing missing was the outer seal. But my car was totally drivable and the glass people would come to be to finish. It was easy breezy! So it was a little late but I much prefer a few extra days and get my car done right. Besides the little hiccup with the window getting there on time... Everything else was great! I definitely recommend! read more
