I went to get my car serviced due to a minor accident and horrible events driving through Vegas! My car was dented and all scratched up! In one week my car was brand new. My insurance went through and Mike and Angela were angels. They answered everything I need, gave me daily updates. Truly will go back for them anytime. After I got my car my check engine came on (turns out the setting needed to be reset... that's normal for Prius) Mike called me and said bring the car back and let me make sure! After my accident almost a year ago, my car was repaired here and came as new. Recently though, I was told that my windshield fluid tank was cracked (it leaked) and needed to be replaced. I called the shop and I can't stress enough about how good the customer service was! The woman was so responsive and efficient, told me that I could get my car checked the same day! They found the problem very quickly (which wasn't the cracked tank but some other part that wasn't noticeable) and ordered the necessary part right away! I got vandalized in my parking garage of my apartment!! Can you believe that crap! And when I found my window broken and my car dented...I was seriously pissed! Not only did it ruin the plans for that day but it also took time in taking my car to get fixed and getting things figured out with my insurance. The first place that my insurance recommended...I said hell to the no after the receptionist answering the phone sounded like she was 5 years old and had no clue about anything. I mean come on you work in a body shop at least understand when I say that I need to get my car fixed. Anyhow, I found Precise Auto Body and my insurance was fine with them as well. I am so glad that I took my car there! From the first phone call it was totally different from my other experience in a good way! They got me scheduled for an estimate... And don't get riled up when they tell you that they can't fix your car right away. They are very busy and with the quality and the customer service that I received, I can understand why. So I got the estimate and I got the earliest appointment that I could which was a week later. I brought my car in on the day and they asked me if I wanted text updates and I said yes. So throughout this experience I got updates through text... On the last day I called to make sure it would be ready and it was not. :( They explained to me that the window company had sent them a window but that it did not fit correctly. So they were waiting on another window. They said 3 more days. And it was ready... The only thing missing was the outer seal. But my car was totally drivable and the glass people would come to be to finish. It was easy breezy! So it was a little late but I much prefer a few extra days and get my car done right. Besides the little hiccup with the window getting there on time... Everything else was great! I definitely recommend! read more

Some fool smashed into the front left fender of my Mustang GT , bending it all to hell and pressing it into the hood so I couldn't even open it. I had been to Precise a couple of weeks before to repair a damaged seat belt latch (which required pulling out the seat and which they did in under an hour) and so with the blessing of Mercury Insurance took my car to them again. Angie at the front desk is personable and knowledgable and I got a really fast estimate. They estimated two weeks for the repairs but they did it in 7 days (they had to wait several days for the fender to be back-ordered). This may sound silly but I requested that they save the left fender GT emblem on the old fender so I could turn it into a refrigerator magnet and not only did Mike accommodate me, he even put double-side tape on the emblem's back.
