It's so hard to find a body shop that won't charge you an arm and a leg and I was treated so warmly by the owner David and his team who instantly helped me as I was in a rush to pick up my toddler. It was a quick bolt to the bottom to make the flap stable until I fix my entire bumper and he didn't charge me which I was completely shocked bc I was expecting to pay $100+ bc that's the norm of LA body shops. Of course I tipped and he directed me to give it to his mechanic which I found endearing. I can't express the appreciation of his kindness as I will now ONLY come to David's shop and will refer all my friends to a reliable and trustworthy business as his. I recommend them 10000000000%. On Thursday, March 19th, I had a minor mishap while parking at home and hit a pillar. My car was…read moredented, and the left headlight was completely shattered to the point where it wouldn't turn on. I was debating whether to fix it or go through insurance, but knowing I could get a ticket for the broken headlight, I decided to get it repaired. I asked for recommendations on social media, and so many people pointed me toward Orion Auto Bodyshop. They raved about how honest the owner is, the 3-year warranty he offer, and the impeccable quality of their work. I've actually had a go-to bodyshop for a long time. Over the years, I've dealt with quite a few accidents and have a trusted lawyer I always work with. I've referred my family, friends, and relatives to them, and they've always thanked me for the great introduction. However, this time, I decided to call around for estimates. As soon as I called Orion, the owner picked up personally. Just by looking at the photos I sent, he immediately walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed, which parts were required, and how the process would go. I could tell right away--he is a true expert. On top of that, the price was incredibly reasonable and fair. I dropped my car off last Monday, March 23rd, and was told it would take about ten days. To my surprise, I got a call today--just 8 days later--saying the car was ready and had even been detailed! When I went to pick it up this afternoon, I was blown away. The repair was flawless, and the car was spotless. It's perfect. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but now I completely understand why everyone on social media recommended this place. Orion Bodyshop is honest, professional, and provides top-tier service with a fair price. I am now a huge fan and will definitely be coming back here for any future needs. I'll also be recommending this shop to all my family, friends, and relatives. If you're looking for a reliable body shop, this is the place! He even arranged a rental car for me! I drove it for all 8 days while my car was being fixed, and it made the whole process so much easier. It worked out perfectly for the 8 days I was without my vehicle. Overall : Car repairs can be very expensive (Yes. It costs a lot this time, too.Outch!). but I am extremely satisfied that I was able to get mine fixed perfectly with such a great price. Thanks to this shop.

I researched some shop and eventually landed at GTS. Jack and Ed greeted me, took one look at it and were upfront with me: it was going to be a bigger job than I anticipated. Rather than just handing me a quote and leaving me to figure it out, they walked me through the insurance process and made the whole thing completely painless. Their communication while I was waiting on my insurance was exceptional -- I never felt left in the dark or had to chase anyone down for an update. When I finally dropped my car off, I braced myself for the two-week turnaround I was told to expect. It was done in one week. And then I saw the finished result. The paint match was absolutely perfect. Every part that needed replacing was brand new. The quality of the work was so flawless, I genuinely wished my entire car could look that good.
