They did an awesome job, and when I got my car back, it looked as if nothing had ever happened. Fast forward 3 months later, and someone cut the catalytic converter off my car. Between that and everything from the previous accident, it became a really stressful financial burden, especially since I still hadn't even gotten my deductible back from the first accident. Both times, the crew at Western was so friendly, helpful, and patient with me. I had never experienced either of these situations before, especially with a brand-new car that I was financing, so I honestly had no idea what I was doing half the time. Chris was especially patient and explained all the terms and procedures very clearly so I could actually understand what was going on. They were also able to get my car fixed relatively quickly, so I wasn't without my car for too long. Because of work and traveling, I wasn't able to pick it up until a couple of days after they finished, and they were super accommodating and communicative about letting me leave my car there until I could get back. Having to deal with both situations within 3 months was honestly really stressful, so I'm really grateful that I had such a kind and helpful team helping me through it. Thank you to Chris and the entire Western crew for making a very stressful situation as smooth as possible. I really appreciate you guys!!

It's so hard to find a body shop that won't charge you an arm and a leg and I was treated so warmly by the owner David and his team who instantly helped me as I was in a rush to pick up my toddler. It was a quick bolt to the bottom to make the flap stable until I fix my entire bumper and he didn't charge me which I was completely shocked bc I was expecting to pay $100+ bc that's the norm of LA body shops. Of course I tipped and he directed me to give it to his mechanic which I found endearing. I can't express the appreciation of his kindness as I will now ONLY come to David's shop and will refer all my friends to a reliable and trustworthy business as his. I recommend them 10000000000%. Thank you Orion team

On Thursday, March 19th, I had a minor mishap while parking at home and hit a pillar. My car was…read moredented, and the left headlight was completely shattered to the point where it wouldn't turn on. I was debating whether to fix it or go through insurance, but knowing I could get a ticket for the broken headlight, I decided to get it repaired. I asked for recommendations on social media, and so many people pointed me toward Orion Auto Bodyshop. They raved about how honest the owner is, the 3-year warranty he offer, and the impeccable quality of their work. I've actually had a go-to bodyshop for a long time. Over the years, I've dealt with quite a few accidents and have a trusted lawyer I always work with. I've referred my family, friends, and relatives to them, and they've always thanked me for the great introduction. However, this time, I decided to call around for estimates. As soon as I called Orion, the owner picked up personally. Just by looking at the photos I sent, he immediately walked me through exactly what needed to be fixed, which parts were required, and how the process would go. I could tell right away--he is a true expert. On top of that, the price was incredibly reasonable and fair. I dropped my car off last Monday, March 23rd, and was told it would take about ten days. To my surprise, I got a call today--just 8 days later--saying the car was ready and had even been detailed! When I went to pick it up this afternoon, I was blown away. The repair was flawless, and the car was spotless. It's perfect. I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first, but now I completely understand why everyone on social media recommended this place. Orion Bodyshop is honest, professional, and provides top-tier service with a fair price. I am now a huge fan and will definitely be coming back here for any future needs. I'll also be recommending this shop to all my family, friends, and relatives. If you're looking for a reliable body shop, this is the place! He even arranged a rental car for me! I drove it for all 8 days while my car was being fixed, and it made the whole process so much easier. It worked out perfectly for the 8 days I was without my vehicle. Overall : Car repairs can be very expensive (Yes. It costs a lot this time, too.Outch!). but I am extremely satisfied that I was able to get mine fixed perfectly with such a great price. Thanks to this shop.

Nightmare Experience -- Stay Away! Unless you like being gaslit!…read more I brought my car in to repair a damaged sideview mirror and fix several dents. When I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed that one of the dents hadn't been touched and the sideview mirror was visibly misaligned. When I pointed this out, they claimed I hadn't flagged the dent during the initial inspection. I asked to see the paperwork -- and sure enough, the dent was clearly marked on the diagram. That wasn't even the worst part as i understand mistakes/oversight do happen. What truly infuriated me was their insistence that the sideview mirror was "perfectly aligned" and that I was being overdramatic. I explained that the mirror should fold in fully, just like the one on the driver's side. They told me that's how the car was manufactured and even LIED saying they called in to lincoln dealership to confirm it is supposed to look this way!! Please see photo I took my car to another shop. They disassembled the mirror and found the motor inside was broken -- meaning the original shop never fixed it at all! As you can see in the photo, the welcome light on the passenger side of my car is clearly misaligned in comparison the the drivers side. The light source is attached to the sideview mirror. This clearly shows that there is something wrong with my sideview mirror! Ughz! The time and money that I have wasted just makes me fume. This place gaslit me, lied to my face, and failed to deliver basic repairs. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!…read more My wife got into a fender bender recently and she was referred to this shop by her insurance. Originally they stated that the fix would only take 3 days as the insurance adjuster stated only minor damage to the bumper has occurred(not bad). We then hear back from the shop a day later stating that there was more damage done that was not caught be the adjuster and it would actually take 2 weeks to fix (that's fine these things happen). Fast forward 2 weeks and we don't hear back from the shop, we call in and the woman managing the phones hesitantly tells us it would be another week due to a part back order . Fast forward another week again we don't hear back and we have to call back for an update. This cycle goes on for a month until finally my wife gets sick of waiting and goes to the shop on the day they stated it would be ready, when she gets her car back she notices not only was the original fix not done properly but it was rushed and they even broke things that were not broken after the accident. The interior and exterior of the car were left a mess, spare parts and screws were left in her car, they had disabled and not calibrated any of the sensors, and they install her door panel incorrectly (was not part or the original damage so I'm not sure why it was removed) and so many other things were done incorrectly. You can just tell the mechanics had a "oh shit the client is here and we have not done any work" and quickly slapped it all together and called it good. My wife took her car back and complained to the shops manager John and he assured her that it was unacceptable and he would fix the issue and offered her a rental free of charge and that he only needed a week to get things in place with his mechanic and order the rental. The week went by and at that point I stepped in to talk to John myself since he did not reach back out to my wife. He explained to me that they had a limited amount of rentals and that they were all already loaned out to other customers and they could in fact not get my wife a rental (very telling that all the rentals they had were loaned out). I was frustrated with John and told him my wife just needed her damn car fixed since his mechanics did a negligible job. He then apologies and told me to bring my car in the following week and he would be there personally to handle the situation. Guess what? The day came and John was not even in the shop... he did everything in his power to avoid meeting with me and stoped responding to my text, calls and emails. One silver lining is that there was a customer service agent there named Eric who made sure the fix was done well and kept me up to date. In the end it clear to see this shop is poorly run by spineless management, a greedy owner and lazy mechanics. TLDR: Poor repair job, zero communication, poor leadership turned our 3 day repair job into a two month headache. I will be reporting this business to consumer affairs and pursuing legal action.
