The area they painted still has a black mark on it with compound stuck btw the doors. If you couldn't paint over my sensor, then you should not have promised me that from the get go. Why did you say it could look brand new???? Back to the lady who has zero customer service skills... do not raise your voice at a customer bc you accused me of having a bad experience with your coworker. And then when I responded asking about how you behaved, you shout "i dont want to argue!!" Please develop some awareness if you want to be client facing. First rule is greet customers in a friendly manner and act inquisitive. What is so hard about saying u will give me a receipt instead of being mute and unresponsive as I am standing there wondering what i am supposed be waiting for... and then acting like u are the victim... roll the footage bc you were already off the phone and could have communicated what normal people in CS do. Be more respectable. DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS THAT WAY BC YOU LOOK AND ACT MISERABLE.

Avo's old fashioned personality makes you want to sit and hang out with him for hours on end while Tony is fixing your car. Jennifer is patient and humble. Tony doesn't mind when you interrupt his work to ask him about how engines work. Prices are transparent and much more than fair (I could say a lot more to this but I won't, just go see for yourself). They made my broken Mitsubishi Lancer work long enough for me to buy a new car, then they inspected my new car and made sure I didn't get screwed by the dealership. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. I took it in to a place AAA recommended in downtown LA and explain the issue. They told me I needed a new timing chain along with a whole bunch of other stuff and quotes me $4800 for it. This was preceded with a lot of scare tactics on what will happen if I don't have the work done, which came across as very used car salesman-ish. When I ran the quote through ChatGPT I was told they were charging me dealership pricing for an independent mechanic for that type of work in LA. So I brought the truck here to Speedway where I had Minor worked done before and had a good experience. They told me my bearings need to be replaced and did the work for lesson than a quarter of the price I was quoted at the other mechanic. Work was finished in a day and the truck has been running perfectly since then. Had I spent to 4800 at the place it wouldn't have even resolved the issue, which means I would've had to come out of the pocket even more after the initial work was done. Obviously a truck of this age is gonna have some problems and when they inevitably happen again I will be back here at Speedway to take care of them. Highly recommend this place for integrity, quality, efficiency and fair pricing.

Fred helped me out - he was very friendly and non-intimidating (great for a gal going to an auto shop by herself!) He explained that Tesla tires have some foam, so patching the tire for the nail he found would be $50. It was nice he took the time to explain why it was a certain cost, def appreciated. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Paid by cash because there's a small fee for credit card. 100% recommend this spot - friendly and service was quick. I was in and out fasttt!

With janet and Marcus I felt like they were there to help. Its hard now a days to find people that will help you instead of taking advantage of you.. I thought I was going to look for a person I trusted with my car for a while but as soon as I talked to janet she reassured me that she was the right person. I had about almost 3000 in damages not to mention a headache from how I was going to pay for it since the driver that hit me took off. From the first day I talked to her she helped me deal with my insurance company to where I only had to pay my deductible. But she did not stop there janet and marcus gave me a discount of 200 dollars and I only ended up paying 300 dollars to get my car fixed that had almost 3000 dollars in damages. That was shocking what other body shop do you know that does that for their customers. Wait she also drove me to get a rental car at lax. honestly she didnt have to help me the way she did, other people would just tell you ok this is how much it is see you when the car is ready so I can get paid. But not them they make you feel like you are part of there family by making sure you are taken care of first. Not to metion that she made my car look better than before. She also had to replace other parts that my car need that my insurance did not cover free of charge. They didn't let me leave the body shop without making sure everything was complete. While they where fixing my car another problem that I was concerned about and never mentioned to them they just brought it to my attention. 5 stars are not enough to rate this shop! They have just been more than amazing! We are 2 travelers on a big roadtrip from Canada to Central America and our Van got badly hit by a car in Malibu. We found this shop and the moment we walked in we felt secure and taken care of liks with family. They helped us with all the insurance and were actually able to get our car fixed in as less as 24 hours. We would have been lost without them! The workers did a great job and the owners Janet and Markus are just angels - in a very professional way! My experience at Innovative Auto Collision was amazing to say the least. My car was taken in to receive a new paint job and once I got my car back I felt as if I had just bought a new vehicle. Not only did they paint the outside but Marcus and his staff detailed the inside of my car as well. Janet knows how to provide exceptional customer service. Here's the problem, Auto-pro stated they were not able to pull the car towards the gate. Call a tow co. Now, after demanding the paid fees and 8 hours later and a threat to call the police; it was decided they could pull the non-running car out for a tow. They are trash-hopefully you can find a reputable collision center and not a money grab one. I give them zero stars-

After my car was repaired I noticed a spot on the right side where the undercarriage wasn't flush…read morewith the wheel well fender. Two weeks later while sitting in the car I heard a loud pop, a dent had appeared in the same spot. I took it back to the shop and showed it to the owner and was accused of kicking the car. I got angry and left, since then it's just snowballed. All the snaps began popping off little by little and now the front end comes loose. The clear coat is failing and there's drips and fingerprints in the black paint under the parking lights. I would never take them my business again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Then I found Quinos met Charlie at the shop he looked at my ride and said no way this is a salvage we can fix it. I am 100% satisfied this shop should become a franchise and have employees like Charlie firme vato and I grew up on 23rd st and Hoover I also asked Charlie I wanted my inside trim to match the outside paint and he hooked it it up.
