WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They came to our house and broke our upstairs A/C unit and now my 2 year son…read moreis left with a hot room. I called Trusted heating & cooling to sign up for the maintenance package. They came out and asked if I had any concerns with our system and told them down stairs unit was just replaced last year and the other been working fine. The technician then went and removed all of our air filters and told us we should replace them cuz they're dirty and left them on the side of the wall. He then went upstairs to look at the upstairs unit and turn on the AC to test it and went in our attic to look at the system. At this time our system was blowing cold air and everything was fine. He then and called me and said there was a problem and had me come up to the attic. He was trying to explain to me what was wrong but was having a hard time explaining it. Something about the board not working which I was confused and kept asking. Well it's been working completely fine today so I don't understand. He then told me I should just call our home warranty and they can fix it. Still confused as to if it was broken or not but said okay. Maintenance the other one. I thought this was very strange but figured out. I'll just have someone take a look at it. He then calls me outside about our brand new unit and tells me this one is broken as well. Once again not making sense and how it was broken that just it wasn't working and I should call the people that installed it and he doesn't want to touch it. It seems since I told him we had home owners warranty, he didn't want to work on any of our equipment because he couldn't upsell us. Also, I think he knew he broke the upstairs and wanted to leave as fast as possible. Once he left and I went upstairs I noticed it was tremendously hot and something wasn't right. I called the office and told them I believe it's broken. When I was looking at the thermostat nothing was working. When I spoke to the series manager he just said that his technician took videos and documented that it was already broken once he arrived. This is obviously not true because if it wasn't working we would have called our homeowners insurance not them to get are semi-annual maintenance before summer. The service manager didn't even try to help us get this resolved and back up and working basically said it was already broken and we are trying to pull fast one. I have never received this type of customer service before. I would never recommend this place to anyone. By far the worst experience I've ever had.

We had…read morepreviously had another company come out and knew our compressor was bad; however, they failed to communicate with us the day of the repair and missed their repair window by several hours...so we canceled after missing a day of work and decided to have Grande back out. Our system is only a couple years old, so we are still covered under manufacturer's warranty. While parts are covered, we are still on the hook for labor. The previous company we had come out gave us an estimate of $1600. GRANDE CAME IN WITH A QUOTE FOR $4600. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. NO. 1) APPLES TO APPLES comparison for JUST LABOR on the quote was $3200. On top of that, they were charging additional $270 for additional freon. THIS IS NEARLY $2,000 MORE THAN THE OTHER QUOTE WE RECEIVED. 2) Grande tried to tag on all sorts of other things to the already painful bid - they had new things they felt weren't installed correctly (things that weren't mentioned 9 months ago when they were here). They also tried to add on their yearly service thing, which fine if you want to shoot your shot to pitch that, but you're giving sticker shock, bro We paid the $89 service call fee but we will not be back as your labor should not be $2k more than the next guy. This feels egregiously wrong. What a bummer to go from 5 stars to 1 in less than a year.

First he looked at the wrong AC unit and when we said it's the other one that isn't working he said he was only called for one unit (???) He didn't have really any solid answers on what's going on. There was a lot of "could be, I'm not sure,"s. Made me wonder if they even sent the right guy. They do this thing where they don't actually fix it and then say just wait two hours and it should be okay so they can leave and not answer the phone when you call later to say it still doesn't work. They charged us over $500 dollars to be in the same place we were before they came. With no AC in 100 degree weather. And of course, they can't be reached.
