So be sure to Check and compare w/other companies! This company started out good and was very polite and seemingly hard working, so we called them again to give them a second chance- thinking maybe just "young and needed more experience with pricing".... They are no longer reliable and don't seem to care about treating their customers well or honoring an appointment that they scheduled to give a quote for a second chance at another job, because they ("looked it up") and were mad about not getting the first job! Found out some of my neighbors have had similar experiences. It seems that the "young" part of the company name also stands for irresponsible. It's not nice to ditch out last minute on a scheduled appointment! 'Just to clarify on previous review: Young Bucks did indeed put Freon in my AC three years ago, which I fully intended to pay for, but they refused payment, saying that they"only put enough to get me by And, it was less than $40.! It most certainly was not $600 as Oscar states in his made up review response. And yes, companies should have the tool that measures the temperature coming out of the AC vents. I simply asked to make sure that they have that tool to bring to the appointment he scheduled. I cannot recommend this company as evidence as not, completely honest, and definitely not reliable. But very good at twisting truth around to not be responsible! . I'm a senior so I've seen this movie with contractors before. I believe that businesses should be run with integrity and I did not experience that unfortunately with Young Bucks.
