Unfortunately, that "repair" was just as worthless as the first one. I also requested an itemized receipt so I could submit the repair for warranty reimbursement. They never sent it. No follow-up. No professionalism. No accountability. Now, only one week later, my AC is out AGAIN. So, to recap: * Nearly $600 spent. * AC failed within 30 minutes. * Attempted upsell for another $300. * Failed to provide the requested documentation. * AC failed again a week later.
