Not sure where theirs comes from, but it was a good cup of Joe regardless. They also have smoothies here and they made some pretty delicious huckleberry smoothies that day. They were gone within one block of the shop. It was in the upper 90's outside, so the smoothies were a nice cool drink to enjoy as we strolled through the little itty bitty town of Sisters. The coffee shop is actually inside the shoe store and shares it's space with it.There are little gift items in there as well. Honestly, if the lines are long at the famous Sisters coffee, just go here and get some. Hopefully the friendly competition with get these two coffee shops thinking our of the box with regards to things they can offer customers to make them unique :-)

It was an unseasonably cool summer day when I dropped by, seeking espresso, it's my personal bar of how to rate coffee shops. Still Vibrato did not disappoint. Any decent shop worth their.. coffee.. will have at least two espresso choices on the bar on a given day, and this was the case here, a house blend and a pink bourbon single origin. I asked for one of each with a sparkling water chaser. Moving to the table, I sampled both after a sip of the sparkling water. Both were perfectly pulled, no bitterness or sourness, and both tasted great for what they sought to do: body and subtle fruit with primarily roast notes for the blend, and crisp acidity and brightness for the blend with a good citrus bite. While I didn't have any food, the vegan and gluten free options were plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want some straight up 'spro, this place will make you happy.

I thought that was pretty cool. We ordered a Peppermint Patty and a Snickers and both were very smooth. The Peppermint Patty tastes just as it sounds. The Snickers, was chocolaty but I couldn't make out any other flavors. One cool thing is they have dog treats for your pups. We thought that was awesome, especially since we were traveling with ours.
