Caution never use this company to transport your vehicle. I paid in advance in full, signed the contract. My car was to be picked up on a two day window. When my car was not picked up, I contacted Chris the owner numerous times. It took him a few hours to get back to me. He said that he his truck had broke down and he was unable to pick up my car that day, but would be in contact with me as soon as he had a truck in the area. I waited over five days with no direct communication from him. I continued to contact him to get one excuse after another he then stated he was going to have to pay an extra $500 out of his own pocket to transport my car to me. I then offered him to refund my money which he did readily. I then contacted another car transport company. They picked my car up within 12 hours of me signing the contract people never use this company. read more

Car sat at Manheim in Chicago for the first week, company would not answer my calls or return voicemails on the status, missed the delivery date by a week, (unexpected week of rental vehicle). When I did get ahold of him, it was always "tomorrow, tomorrow". Make sure you set a firm delivery date, or set real expectations. Would have been great service had they just communicated properly. He did get the car there and not a scratch. So, overall got the job completed. read more

This was our first transport and we were anxious about entrusting our classic sports car to a transport company. Chris Allen, ETS Manager, helped us book our transport request. He was a friendly professional, answered our questions, explained how transport works, car preparation needed, timeline from pick up to delivery, and the cost. Delivery cost was reasonable and exactly what we paid with NO hidden fees!!! Communication with ETS & the driver was excellent during the moving process from MA to FL. The driver was a skilled professional, arrived on time in a new transport truck, was careful loading and unloading our car, and delivered our car to St Augustine, FL on the scheduled date. DO NOT BOOK! SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. The owner failed to confirm necessary details for booking 2 days prior to the arrival date just to state the booking was going to be an issue, not to mention he TEXTED at 9pm on a Sunday night to ask for details needed!!! During the booking convo on the phone weeks prior he told me transporting a corvette open container wouldn't be an issue that he's done it before and asked me to send pics of the car after conversation just to make sure. Of course life happens and I forgot as I'm busy packing, doing job transfers, school transfers and etc. he waits until a Sunday evening to confirm details and is rude and obnoxious like he's been drinking or something while texting me late at night. He wasn't polite like he was during the initial convo and took zero accountability for texting me so last minute and late at night at that to ask for pictures of the car. he pretty much said their business us 24-7 that they have no business hours so they text or call whenever.. and that he's run his business like this for 17 years and hasn't had issues with his professionalism.. he had my money already so I guess he felt like he would upgrade our charges last minute to keep us stuck..NO! I told him to refund my money and we will find another company and one who has standards, policies and procedures that give reminder calls during normal business hours if something was missed our needed on our end! my husband is retired veteran who's served for this country. To be treated this way was simply disappointing and disgusting. Now we are scrambling to find another company to transport our cars during our move because the carelessness and greediness for a company to take our money in advance and improperly book us just to be able to try to take more money in the end! This company is dishonest and rude! He will make it seem like he has so many high end clients and spend time on the phone boasting about it but I highly doubt it with the lack of professionalism and ethics in place.
