Powerhouse Diesel

Let me first start off by saying that there are a ton of diesel shops out there and it can be very…read moredifficult to gauge what your getting in regards to service, knowledge/proper diagnosis, and quality work. My F350 6.7 first had some def issues when I brought it in to get looked at. They were honest and upfront and diagnosed the problem correctly. At that same time I discovered that Ford had an extended recall for my exact issue Reductant heater, which is what Powerhouse had diagnosed. They were very communicative and professional in relaying good info and offering all my options in repairing my truck. They actually worked with me in helping get Ford warranty work done. This made things very easy on my time and schedule. Since they had my truck I asked if they could assist in installing new front and rear Ranch Hand bumpers, Rigid Fog lights, and led headlights in which they were glad to do. They were priced reasonably and the job performed turned out very nice with no issues. About two weeks after having that work done, I was out of town and my wife contacted the owner (Patti) to see if they could do some routine service for a big trip we had to make, towing horses up to Oklahoma. They were actually able to fit us in and do the work that day (coolant flush, oil, fuel filters, air, etc). While the truck was being checked out they found that the front pads were about gone. They were able to get it done that same day as well. Upon putting everything back together there was an issue with a small plastic piece and brake/line etc.. they went straight to Ford picked up the part and fixed the issue immediately! Here's where the customer service went over the top. We went to Oklahoma for our trip a few days after the service. While in Oklahoma City, my truck began leaking diesel from near the fuel filter under the hood. I called Patti and Kieth who also happened to be in Oklahoma. They actually came to my hotel in Oklahoma City, Ok. at 9pm that night and checked the issue. It turned out that I had a defective small seem-line crack in my new Wix fuel filter. I had provided this filter to them in Waller upon the initial service they performed. They showed up that night with a Ford OEM fuel filter and Kieth installed it at night in the Hotel parking lot. They advised me that they only recommend Ford Motorcraft parts as they had seen issues in the past from Wix. I learned something that night and will definitely go with their recommendations in the future. I've had a chance to visit with Patti and Kieth and can definitely say they know their stuff. Their combined years of experience defiantly shows when asking them questions about certain year models and issues that are known (ex: Ford 7.3,6.0,6.4,6.7). They are far more up to date on trending new issues and time tested solutions to problems with both diesel and gas vehicles. I think everyone should keep in mind that diagnosis of issues is just that. It's a diagnosis of issues that are apparent. Even if you hook up a computer to a veh and get a few codes, it's still possible that you may uncover more. This is where having a shop with knowledgeable and well experienced techs and owners really comes into play. Thanks Power House!!

Beware of Power House diesel in waller !!! Awful,…read moreunprofessional, shitty workers, they'll take thousands of dollars from you. To "fix" your truck. Keep it for months and then send it back with it even more problems. They blame it on the "age" of vehicle and blame everything under the sun rather themselves! Then when given 4 more chances to fix the problems. It continues to get worse. They try and tell you they did "free" work for us. BS you over charged in the first place. They even admitted to stripping a bolt on the front cover we paid a ton of money for, did a half fix and never told us. Now that's it's leaking they want to inform us. They damaged our vehicle. Worse place to go! Transmission is leaking again , they used the wrong seal/gasket We have taken it to a new mechanic and the issues they are finding were all suppose to be repaired by powerhouse that we paid for!! Don't trust them! They won't offer any compensation now that we have to have a mechanic fix what they keep screwing up or making worse!! They want to try and fix the issues but after 4 times, we have no trust in the business to go for a 5th time and go months without having it back. Also they have gone as far as removing the review section from their Facebook page. Just and update When a place of business does the MOST to get bad reviews taken down, and even take down the option to review their company on FB goes to show they are shady & doesn't want the public to know when they make mistakes. The owners WIFE will comment back to you and then delete her comments right away. Not one apology and not one effort to offer compensation. They rather keep blocking, and deleting the options for customers to leave proper reviews from past customers. If you have nothing to hide, and nothing to be ashamed about why take away your review section. Karma catches up to liars, thieves, and owners who conduct bad business
