I've taken my car to this location a few times now for repairs & oil changes and have had a great experience each time. My alternator was replaced a few days ago and it was finished in just a few hours. On top of that, they put more air in my tires, washer fluid in my car, and replaced my key fob batteries without letting me know :D (I genuinely thought I had to replace my key fob because it wouldn't lock or unlock the doors, but turns out I just had a bad battery in it haha). Cherry Park went downhill. I took my car to a shop owned by a family friend while I was out of town because one of my tires started losing air while driving there. They found a nail and said the tires were fine and didn't need replacing. They patched the hole. The patch they used wasn't the right size it turns out, and when I got back to Houston I went to Cherry Park to have it repaired with the correct sized patch. They told me my tires were all cracked and worn and I needed to replace all four. I wasn't going to do that. They're a little over a year old and I was JUST told by someone I trust that they were still good, but the one just had the nail in it. So when I picked it up, there was a warning light beeping and blinking saying my tailgate was open. I opened and closed it, turned the car off and back on and the light was still flashing. I went back inside and told the guy at the front who responded with "yeah I just saw that when I brought it up". If you saw that, why did you just hand me the key and say it was good to go? They took it back and kept it overnight to figure out what happened. My husband went to pick it up today and it was fine at first but then basically every warning light and sensor the car has started blinking and beeping. I'm taking it elsewhere to be fixed for real this time and I wont be going back. When Will worked at the front desk, he was honest about when we actually needed work on our cars and when we didn't. 5 mins after closing and they couldn't bother to help change a tire for my mom who's tire popped outside of their business. She didn't have her phone she was left stranded for 1 1/2 hrs. This place just tried to SCAM ME. Went in for a new battery. Was charged a hour labor on a 10 minute job. Was told that my belt was in horrific shape and it needed to be changed ASAP and I needed maintenance on the vehicle because my fluids were mucky. I was quoted $550 for that. I took my truck to my shop guy the next day. I had my regularly scheduled maintenance done less than six months ago, I knew this, that's why I went to my guy to check it out. I took my Pontiac Solstice to Cherry Park and I am so pleased with how they were easily able to find out the issues I was having with it. These are the most honest fair people I have ever dealt with EVER when it comes to having a vehicle worked on. Being a single woman it is extremely hard to find honest mechanics who are willing to work with you and help you out without trying to get over on you. I am more than grateful that my Dad recommended them to me. They are extremely understanding and fair! I would have chosen 0 stars if possible! Spent $4000 to fix a part they were "certain" was wrong with my husbands BMW.. as we drove away the transmission light came on which has never done before so we turned around and took it back. Once they cleared the code for the transmission we drove away again, only to have the car turn off in the middle of the freeway again.. took the car back to Cherry Park so they could reevaluate since we just paid so much money to have this problem fixed and it was still doing it but now worse. They said it would be an additional $2500 to fix the issue that "they had said they fixed".. one mechanic said they fixed the wrong thing. The car sat at the shop for almost 3 months. They said the part that was needed from BMW was on back order and was $599 for each part and they needed 2 separate parts plus labor.. so we were looking at another $2000.. I was fed up, I drove to The Woodlands BMW and asked if they had the parts in stock, and they said yes that it would only be $890 for the parts and labor so I took the car from Cherry Park Automotive and drove it to The Woodlands BMW.. Also, while the BMW was at Cherry Park someone in a red vehicle hit our car and they claimed to not have done it but requested to look at the camera where they found another customer had hit our car!! Also, while the BMW was in their care they apparently hit several curbs because our rims are bent and scratched severely.. We will NEVER go back! My husband asked for a partial refund but they were unable to give a refund do to the "parts" they initially replaced. Terrible place! read more

My Jeeps radio and nav went out on my drive in to Houston in a wet terrible weekend. I was worried the battery or alternator was going out. I looked at reviews for the Jeep dealers and they were poor but cherry park had good ones on yelp so I went there and the reviews were tofu. Friendly staff. Accurate on wait time and decent lobby. I received the worse service and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I visited this shop several times which they did not keep record of. The issue was never resolved. No one apologized they just took my money and that was it. The owner wouldn't speak to me about the issue or about refunding me. 8/29/2015 - While searching Google for a place that offered a fair price for a radiator flush, oil change and yearly inspection, I ran across a link to Cherry Park Automotive. After seeing the reviews on Yelp for this shop, I decided to give them a try - and I have to say, ya'll didn't let me down. I was very impressed with the manager (Wil) and his mechanics. Friendly, fair, and good value. While I was there (about an hour), at least 10 people dropped their cars off for various things, and all of them were long-time, repeat customers (A sign of a good shop, IMO). I went here for the first time last week, and I must say that I will be using Cherry Park Auto as my regular mechanic from now on! I had to get my Inner and Outer Tie Rids replaced, Sway Bar Links replaced, Front Rotors rotated, and have my Rear Drums surfaced; and they gave me a reasonable quote for the work for $495 (they completed the work in 3 hours). I did my research so I know that this was the range of how much I should be charged, and these days we all know how easy it is to be taken advantage of by mechanics. Will is great! He takes the time out to explain everything and will not try to sell you on things that DON'T need to be fixed. I saw many customers coming in greeting Will and you could tell that they were regular/repeat customers of Cherry Park Auto. Jamal is the most unprofessional, rude, jerk, I have ever met. I dropped my car off at 8:05am on 03/10/18. He told me it would be 2 1/2 hrs to do a diagnostic test. I had to call almost 4 hours later to find out that they had already completed the testing. He just hadn't called me to let me know. He then had the audacity to be rude with me over the phone and hang up in my face. He is the worse person to replace Will while he's on vacation. I hope someone from Cherry Park reads this review and teaches Jamal a lesson, or Jr., whatever his name is. He is not equipped to communicate with the public. I have been coming to Cherry Park and dealing with Will since 2011, and he has always been great. Jamal needs to stay in bed next time he's in a bad mood, instead of showing up to work and being rude to customers.
