We called in our order and it was ready when we arrived. The owner appreciated me calling it in and said so. The burritos were delicious, and not too big. Special requests were accommodated happily. The cinnamon buns were not warm, but we warmed them at home and they were melt in your mouth delish. The owner knows everyone. He greets as you come in the door! He has every title you can think of, new and old. He also has video games! And prices are cheap! To rent a movie it's $1.99 and then he has this special on Mondays where it's buy 2 get 1 free which turns to the prices being $1.33 for each DVD you rented. Also, EAT THE ICE CREAM SUNDAES! This place is great for kids as well. And there's a little dining area if you feel like eating your ice cream there. :) read more

My boyfriend and I were on our way to Dunkin Donuts and came across this spot. We turned our car around and pulled up their menu on our phones. The breakfast burrito with bacon was spectacular. Went here a while ago to try out their breakfast sandwiches. The store itself is small but quaint. You can also rent movies and get ice cream here too. My favorite part of the visit was definitely their iced coffee with coffee ice cubes! As for the sandwiches, my boyfriend and I were not a fan of the bagels they were on but what was on the sandwiches themselves were good. All in all would likely go back at least for the iced coffee. read more

Great little hidden gem of a spot featuring a friendly fellow behind the counter making homemade cinnamon rolls, cookies, brownies, muffins...... also has a full flavor assortment of Giffords Ice cream. Grabbed a frappe in the way home from the beach and fresh blueberry muffins were coming out of the oven ( smells incredible in there). Homemade ice cream sandwiches with their freshly made cookies are another great treat!!! We have driven by many times and said to ourselves "ice cream and cinnamon rolls from a video store?" Yes, from a video store!! We held the same reservations about Bhua Thai and that has turned out to he some of the bast thai food we had! Star Struck doesn't disappoint either! After looking all over for ice cream off the OOB strip, we happened upon Star Stuck literally by accident while turning around. The ice cream was surprisingly good for a cafe/ video rental shop and the prices were super reasonable. I got pistachio, which was loaded with soft nuts and flavor. The rest of the crew got cookie dough, a banana split, and a fun flavor called lobster tracks. It was all delicious! We overheard some locals talking about the breakfast fare, especially the asiago bagel. Worth a try! Family owned, which we love, and super friendly service. Best iced coffee around period. The ice cubes ARE coffee. Melting is a non issue. Can't be beat, and the service is fantastic.

I live near by and stop in for coffee most the time. But the panini's are the best panini's i've ever had in my life!

So the owner here is the friendliest man. He's been doing this for a long time and he loves it and you can tell. He does everything here from ice cream, to coffee to renting out movies and games. He even bakes! Incredible little shop here. read more

Coffee is excellent. Cinnamon Rolls are great and seems to be homemade. Owner is friendly. I wasn't impressed when I came in with my own mug, paid $4 for an iced coffee, and they didn't even fill it all the way. Because of this poor business practice, I won't be back. It showed lack of customer service. I frequent high end coffee shops, using the same travel mug and have never had this happen. It felt very tacky. My $4 likely paid for the whole pot of coffee, the least you can do is fill my cup. read more

Not only is this place amazing because it's one of very few movie rental stores still around, but it also has amazing staff. It definitely brings back the memories of going to the video rental store with my mother as a kid. It even has the adult section behind the curtain haha. I remember as a kid I was always trying to sneak a peek under the door in hopes of getting that momentarily glimpse, but don't worry parents no sneaking a peek at this one. They have all the new movie selections as they come out on DVD and Blu-ray, and plenty of video games for every type of system. The most important thing to know here is do not leave the store without snagging up some delicious goodies or desserts that are homemade every day. The variation of Whoopie pies that he makes from scratch are absolutely amazing. I recommend the strawberry one without a doubt if it's in. They also have a great Gilfords ice cream selection.
