If you're a frequent coffee drinker, their refill cup deal is unbeatable at only $1.25. The breakfast sandwich is genuinely one of the best around. The bread is always fresh, and everything is made to order with real care. The staff is wonderful friendly to both locals and folks visiting from out of town and the steady lines just prove how popular the place is. While you're there, take a moment to check out the local artwork and stickers. There are some surprisingly interesting pieces. It can get a little noisy when the blender kicks on, but the back section stays nice and quiet. If I really enjoy the cup of coffee I'm drinking, I'll pop next door and buy the beans. She then took another 15 minutes to deliver her food to go that was pathetic missing half of our meal. The salad was basically a three pieces of lettuce with soggy dressing and a toast of mushy goat cheese the turkey sandwich was not edible. Unfortunately we vote with our dollars and won't be back too bad. We thought it would be a good one.! When you diversify with too many restaurants in Aiken, you need to pay attention to your customer base. Good luck

It was clear the staff was aware of the situation, as several employees came out and repeatedly stared at us, which made us feel uncomfortable. I understand that mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. With better service recovery, this could have been a completely different experience.
