    12 inch Margherita Pizza

I am a lifelong resident of Jackson Heights and been searching for a great pizzeria for years and finally found one! I've had the plain pie, the pepperoni, the detroit red top and today the margherita. I think the margherita is my new favorite. I bought the 12 inch pie and ate half by myself. I've been raving to my friends about it. As long as they are here, I will be a customer.

First time here. Classic cheese slice was exactly what it should be. Pesto-Roni slice was special- perfect burnt edges Sicilian crust, sweet/salty pesto and slightly bitter and crunchy broccoli rabe. I had an ice-cold Narragansett and they gave me a free sample of garlic-rosemary bread. Such a nice experience I highly recommend it.

We been talking abt this place for a min, so we were really excited to go. All pizzas are sourdough. Pizzas are abt $5/slice. Some of the pizza is so good: 5/5 "FUN GUY- Mushrooms, ricotta cheese, roasted garlic and lemon". This reminds me of the white truffle pizza from Krave it, except this is better cuz it's lighter. The ricotta is super creamy & they're not cheap w/ the mushroom like most places. Just wish there was more ricotta. Mushroom in every bite. Heavenly. Krave its white truffle pizza has stronger fragrances & flavors, like it's very herby. As a hater of all fresh herbs except cilantro, this was better in comparison for me. I can't wait to go back just for this. Hell, I'm down to go back tomorrow. 4/5 "MARGHERITA- Garden basil, fresh mozz, chunky tomato, extra virgin olive oil, roasted garlic" I usually hate Margherita cuz of the fresh basil. When I took the basil off, it was really good. There's so much flavor in the chunky tomato. 5/5 "BBQ CHICKEN- Roast chicken tossed in our home made BBQ sauce, onion, aged and fresh mozz". My friend loved it. Just the right amount of sweetness, cheesiness, etc. 3/5 "POPEYE- Spinach, ricotta cheese, roasted garlic oil, broccoli rabe, lemon" Decent. Love the creamy ricotta. 3/5 "PESTO PRIMAVERA- Oven dried tomatos, creamy pesto, broccoli rabe, roasted garlic." Decent. 3/5 garlic knots 3/$5 - bit tough 5/5 iced cappuccino ($4.75) 3/5 latte ($4.75)- kinda strong, they did latte art the 1st time I got it but not the 2nd time. I got it just for the latte art even tho it was like 80 degrees. 4/5 Dark Chocolate Ganache Cake- This definitely wasn't dark enough for me. The ganache was very sweet. The cake was really good, although a bit dense. 4/5 "WALNUTS BLONDIE"- Crispy brown sugar blondie with walnuts and white chocolate chips. I def rated this higher than I normally would cuz I didn't get any white chocolate in the 2 bites I took, thank God. I normally stay away from walnuts, cuz they're usually bitter, but these weren't bitter. This was really good, much better than I expected. 3/5 dark chocolate biscotti bag ($3.75) - This was complementary for us. It was good, crunchy, basic biscotti. Only problem is I didn't taste the dark chocolate. There's chocolate syrup? On top but def didn't taste like dark chocolate.

I've been to Elements twice. The first time was for Valentine's Day for a pizza making class. The overall experience was great, I definitely recommend as they gave you the restaurant's history and you get a tour of the kitchen. The pizza is very light but filling. They provide you table service which is a nice touch. Looking forward to trying the other pizza flavors and dishes.

Update ! I went back and it was so much better than my first time ! The sourdough pizza , the base sauce everything tasted really good and tasted like a classic New York pizza slice. Service was super friendly and bright warm ambience!

    Plain NY CLASSIC CHEESE SLICE
    Melanie M.

I am excited to have a great pizzeria in the neighborhood with good pizza, tap beer, and a cool vibe. For my first visit, I decided to try a classic plain slice, a kale Caesar salad, and a Diet Coke. The pizza was a great classic New York style, thin crust slice. The slice was served hot with a great crisp crust and gooey cheese. The Kale Caeser salad was freshly made with baby kale. I don't typically care for tomatoes in my Ceasar salad, but the roasted tomatoes in this dish were a nice addition. The croutons seemed to be homemade, but unfortunately, they were a little soggy, and the salad was slightly overdressed for my liking. If I order the salad again I would get the dressing on the side. The staff were friendly, and the interior was bright and clean. I'll be back for sure.

Perfect slice, good crust, delicious taste

Exceptional. I've had their pizza twice and have concluded that this is not just the best pizza in Jackson Heights (by a mile) but really only has Philomenas (in Sunnyside) as a competitor to best pizza in all of Queens. The product is exceptional, with sourdough pizza, great quality cheese and sauce, and the perfect finish of shaved parmesan right before they hand it to you. The only thing that could make it better would be a basil leaf. Elements is fairly new and I am over the moon happy to have them here in Jackson Heights. There's no lack of pizza in JH, but this is next level. The other places are half a step up from fast food pizza. Here's a few other nice touches: inside the place is well lit, very clean, and they've got beer on tap. Outside you'll find a pretty dope mural. I love the mural since it helps folks find the place easily, isn't an eye-sore, but still gives you that instagram'able opportunity. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and get here and eat.

Best neighborhood pizza we've had in Jackson Heights. Solid regular slices (and they kindly cut it for the kids), but also great options for me with nightshade sensitivity-- the kale Caesar salad was fresh and yummy (just opted for no tomatoes), and the "fun guy" white slice with mushrooms, ricotta, and lemon was satisfying and had great flavor. My only complaint is that the garlic knots could be 10x more garlicky for me personally, I prefer them absolutely drenched, no vampires (or humans) coming near me for days. But no stars deducted because this place gets major points for being exceptionally CLEAN and tidy, with some cute low counter seating in the back that was perfect to share with the kids. And their dough being sourdough based was really excellent, it added nice depth to the pizza slices without being noticeably different, and it impacted flavor of the knots but in a positive way (just give me moreee garlic next time!) Staff was friendly, right off the Q63/66. Next time we have to try the meatballs which are advertised as freshly ground housemade.

Elements and Parva just keep getting better and better. This is my go to pizza spot now. The subs and pizza are delicious. The staff is so friendly. We got to try free jalapeño cheesy bread that was out of this word.

Ate here today for lunch on a nice Tuesday afternoon before working seasonally at the US Open. I had ordered and brought a slice of the margarita pizza that it tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive, pleasant and friendly. I couldn't agree more! Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :D

Really good pizza with a rather pronounced corniche. They sell growlers of beer and lots of toppings including veggies. Nice touch with the sourdough. Service with a smile and the Triumph over the bathroom is interesting.

Wish I took a picture of all the food we got (Meatball hero, kale salad, pepperoni slice, lemon pepper wings, garlic knots, and chocolate ganache cake!) but we ate it up right away. Great addition to the neighborhood. Love the salad & wing options, felt light yet decadent & delicious. Will definitely be back, might even go for date night!

For appetizers, we ordered the fried calamari and the baked clams. I absolutely love their baked clams -- I don't eat them from anywhere else. What I appreciate most is that their clams don't have that strong "ocean" taste; they're seasoned perfectly. Their sangria is also the BEST. I had the white sangria, which was delicious, and my husband and dad ordered the red, which they really enjoyed. For the main entrées, I had the shrimp scampi, my husband had the penne alla vodka, and my dad ordered spaghetti with garlic and oil with a side of broccoli. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The vodka sauce was creamy and tasted homemade. My daughter ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza and loved it. The service was excellent--our server was really polite, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked on us often. I also love the atmosphere: when you walk in, it feels like a classic pizzeria, but once you head to the back, it transforms into a cozy fine-dining space. The lighting is perfect, and the music is just the right volume. The last time I visited was over four years ago, and I'm happy to say the food and drinks still taste just as good as I remembered. Overall, it was an amazing experience for my dad's birthday, and we'll definitely be back again.

I totally understand that someone would think the person left and table needed to be cleaned, however, I explained I just went to the bathroom. I want my sprite. While that may rank as a relatively mid-tier title by NYC standards, as the neighborhood restaurant average is sadly and shockingly low, especially considering its location in the literally center Queens, this is nonetheless a very special neighborhood treasure, befitting it's stalwart status at now over 30 years of age. Classic Italian American with some New American flourishes, the place stays consistent and honors its tradition while simultaneously managing to keep things fresh and staying up with the times. The pizzas are well-executed and make great use of the gorgeous wood burning oven, but for me it's almost impossible to order anything else but my go-to order, one of the house specialties the classic Cavatelli with broccoli raab and some particularly pungent hot Italian sausage. A modern day classic in the cannon, finding decent versions around the city is tougher than one might imagine, particularly in my experiences in this borough. The version here, served like the rest of the offerings in an extremely generous portion that usually yields some delicious leftovers to take home, is a strong contender for the best in the borough title. Also of particular note is the exemplary super-thin and savory chicken parm, served in the previous era in various forms including with spaghetti and broccoli, as well as with risotto, currently served smothered with a spicy vodka sauce and paired with rigatoni. I've only recently became aquatinted with the rich and unctuous dry-aged burger, served simply and unadorned save for American and sharp raw union, on a classic and proper sesame seed bun, it's a stealth under-the radar competitor for the best burger in the hood nod with previous title-holder Dirty-Pierres. The expansive, two-room space, an ideal setting for the many private events and family gatherings that regularly occur here is aptly bright and inviting with the aforementioned pizza oven serving as its centerpiece. I generally sit at the bar which offers ample opportunity to converse with the top-notch staff, just as genial and affable as you would hope to find in such a longtime neighborhood institution, as well as the fellow patrons, who are, more often then not, you guessed it, longtime local resident regulars.

This was one of the best new pizzerias in NYC, opening to great accolades from various publications. Being a poor kid in Junior High School working for a mere $3.75/hr across the street at the corner Baskin Robins (RIP) did not give me the opportunity for quite some time. Anyway, fast forward 5 years and I finally had the chance with a few friends to experience what many called the best pizza in Queens, and I was very impressed. This became my regular "fancy" pizza shop of choice. What I loved most about it was the crispy and charred thin crust. It adds so much to the overall taste and enjoyment. The sauce was deliciously tangy and the fresh mozzarella made it a level above everything else in the neighborhood. One word of warning, the pizza could get a little soggy in the center if too many toppings are ordered. I usually choose none or no more than two. Also noteworthy is their yummy calzones. My personal favorite combination is sausage and spinach. Mixed with all that oozing ricotta and dipped in some tomato sauce, that is one great bite. Lastly, I like most of their salads too. Their food has been a staple in my diet for most of my adult life. Decades go by, and out of nowhere, I hear the news that Nick's had burned down. What a loss for our community! What a loss personally! Thankfully, they are back and feeling every bit like the original. Food is as good as before, while the decor and service has always been on point.
