This was my first time at Elements - I actually won a free massage!! It was a great gift. The staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was soothing. Katie was my massage therapist and she did a great job. I enjoyed the massage very much. I've been receiving massages for over 40 years and this was definitely up there with the best. I got a 90 minute massage with Jamie. She made sure to ask questions about my current state and past, so all my troubled areas (neck and back mainly) were addressed properly. Jamie adjusted the pressure, as needed. I also got to experience the table warmer but it did become a little too warm at a certain point, then I opt to turn it off. I am living with Multiple Sclerosis, so it's important to pay attention to details and be able to adjust immediately, which she did. My experience was great and relaxing! read more

Such a great experience! First time in this establishment.. I was well overdue for some stress relief and pampering and I'd say that as soon as I entered I was welcomed by two very professional and kind ladies in the front desk who were patient with me and walked me through check in and my experience. Jimena is amazing! I always feel so much better after a session with her. She finds the areas that are tight instantly and can work on them at any level of force you request. Personally, I have a few muscle areas that always get tight from old injuries. Seeing Jimena once a month has been a blessing because it resolves (or staves off) the pain in those areas. I have been going to Elements on and off for the last eight years. This particular location is great. They have a lot of parking in the back. Once you figure out which masseuse is best for you it is a great experience. It does take you a few months to try different types of massages but I highly recommend giving them a try if you live in the area. Brandi and Jimena provided the right level of pressure to relieve stress/tension and were attentive to my sister's and my needs.
