BEWARE! The stress from this place will leave you needing a massage! (FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE). Second Review, First review Manager asked me to take down, my experience started 3 weeks before valentines day when I called and asked for a Valentines day massage for me and my husband ( is very sick so this was a big deal for us) I requested off valentines from work, I work at a restaurant for tips, and I support my family this way. On valentines day the manager calls me and cancels, and informs me that it was scheduled for the 15th anyways. I hung up left a review, and she called me back and said she would make it right if I removed me review, so I did, she scheduled us for a couples massage free of charge for Wednesday, I said okay, at the end of the call I said let me just be sure I have this right Wednesday, Feb 26th, she said no its march 5th, the 26th is full. This is exactly how we got here, changing dates and not telling the customer. So here we are almost a month away. I took it off work, again. SHE CALLED ME ON MARCH 5th and canceled AGAIN! Not even joking! I said no way, she said she can get me in two more weeks, I asked what's to stop you from calling and canceling again, I cannot miss a third days work, this is no longer free its costing me and my family money, she said if that happens she will call another location and have someone else give us a massage. I told her no thanks, she said fine get a gift card on Monday the 10th that I can use at any elements across Arizona, it is now Friday. I've called twice, and the front desk has taken a message for her. Time is something I do not have a lot of, and for a business to not respect my time, it's truly the worst thing you can do. I will not recommend this to anyone, the amount of stress and headache for something that is supposed to be relaxing.

Easy to schedule, friendly staff. I was scheduled with a therapist that was able to provide the deep tissue massage that I required.

My massage earlier today was excellent as always. Elements Massage - Moon Valley is just the place to go bar none. I moved out of the area a few months ago and have tried the places closer to my new home but I'm returning back here where the massage therapists are absolutely top notch and the facility is run with class!! read more

Ronnie gave me the best massage I have ever had. I used the $49 groupon, but he is well worth their excessive regular price of $99. Seriously, ask for him when you book, you will be happy you did. I have piriformis syndrome and he actually focused on the areas I wanted extra attention placed on instead of just doing a standard massage. My only regret was not booking the 90 minute massage. read more

This was my first ever massage. I came with my boyfriend earlier today, and the atmosphere was instantly calming. Cassie was super sweet and welcoming, and helped us with filling out the paperwork. We didn't wait long before Sophia and Edwin brought us to our room. Just as relaxing as the waiting room. I told Edwin it was my first time getting a massage and he was super helpful in guiding me through it. I was a bit awkward, but he was super patient with me. I can see why he gets booked a lot. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. My massage was amazing. My boyfriend equally loved Sophia. Everything was perfect. We booked with them for next month, and I can't wait. Cindy was ah-mazing! My back had so many knots in it, I couldn't seem to find relief from my back pain. I'll say she probably got 99% of all my knots gone. I woke up sore. A good sore! I'm so happy I gave this place a chance! read more

High marks for everyone involved. The receptionist was warm, friendly and personable, not to mention efficient. My massage therapist, Cindy, was well, incredible. She was good about applying just the right amount of pressure in just the right places. She listened well, and responded in a thoroughly competent manner. I will definitely go back. read more

I honestly want to put no stars put I'll give the front desk that 1 star. My girlfriend had bought me a 1hour massage (she did leave a review that u deleted) and I'm a massage therapist as well so I know what to expect. I didn't like that she was talking the whole time and while talking and sitting the whole time there was no pressure felt like she was only rubbing my right side of my back. I don't know if i was her last client but it felt like I was her last because there was no effort and it was a waste of my girlfriend money and I wasn't going to write a review because she did but since you guys delete it I'll provide a review read more

The entire staff is friendly and professional. I had Sherman for my massage, and he was amazing! It was up there with one of the best massages I've had. Sherman knows how to work out the kinks and trouble areas. He was very polite and professional in checking in to make sure I felt comfortable, inquiring about the pressure, etc. read more

My wife and I signed up for a couples massage. We were very impressed with the facilities and the staff. When we arrived we were greeting in a very friendly manner and given specific instructions on what we needed to do in preparation for the massage. After we filled out the paperwork we were taken back into the room. Both the therapists asked us what specific areas we would like them to work on and if there were any concerns they needed to be aware of. The massage itself was awesome. When we were done we both felt the tightness and knots in our muscles was greatly relaxed. We both will likely return and get another massage in the near future. I'm a pretty picky customer that has had massage from some of the best licensed massage therapist in the area. My former massage therapist (now retired) was no longer available when I decided to search the internet. I settled on Elements because I had a dentist appointment and Elements was across the street -- and my back and neck hurt like hell. I selected Art for deep tissue massage. He was Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! The other nice thing about Elements was a warm receptionist welcome with no high pressure sales tactics. Elements offers a 'Wellness Program' - I signed up for it after that first visit. this is the only massage studio I will use again! they were extremely friendly, relaxing and accommodating to my schedule. Sophia was incredible and very knowledgeable as well! I am kind of a massage-snob as I actually know what I am doing and needing and to find a therapist that can gently work me over and give a deep tissue massage without feeling like you are getting one at the time is a rare treat! My massage therapist Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and worked on my neck and shoulders. After my massage I felt amazing!! I will be back to re-book with Daniel. I just had a 90 minute massage. Her name is Vanessa. I have to say, in my 33 years of receiving massages, this was by far THE BEST massage I EVER had. I had an excellent 90 minute massage. We chose the couples massage. It was very relaxing and very thorough. I could barely walk after I was like a noodle. I highly recommend them they have a membership I just did a Groupon for a trial but I do believe I am going to join. I'd like to get a massage every two weeks from them. read more
