I've always believed that being a good masseuse is a natural talent. Well that talent is plentiful here, but the education and training is here also. That's a very difficult combination to beat. You can also experience the benefits of cupping here. Just request it. Updated approx 2 months later: This masseuse is different from all the other masseuses that I've ever had. There is a better awareness of the issues that I'm experiencing and an intuitive understanding of how to alleviate any pains I might be experiencing. On a scale of 1 to 10 this masseuse is a 14.

She's also super sweet and very customer focused. I like the music she plays. We chat during the massage but she's also respectful when i want peace and quiet. The venue has a small parking lot and then she tells you which door and the code to enter. The booking system is a little weird for me, but it works. She's also very reachable by text. I wish she charged a little less when booking more time, but I understand the need to charge same price no matter length of service. I also wished there was covered parking. But you are truly getting your money's worth with her. Note it is just massage--no spa services included. Just a room in the back with massage table. There is a shared bathroom with other vendors.

Janet might be the most intuitive massage therapist I've ever experienced! During my first…read moreappointment, she used a tuning fork to help heal a nasty wound on my arm. It was seriously freaky - and so helpful! I got a crown and sole massage because my back isn't usually my problem, and it was perfect! For my second appointment, she used a technique she learned recently to work on my TMJ and neck pain, and 12+ hours after, the lumps on my jawline are gone and I have full range of motion of my neck! Amazing! A few days ago I could barely eat pizza! In short, I highly recommended Janet for all your healing needs! Janet's space is a small suite in a quiet office complex. Franny is the best massage therapist in the valley and she has been my massage therapist on and off…read moresince 2015. There was a year or so in there that I needed to see other massage therapists, and let me tell you--I've gone to six other massage therapists in the East Valley, and while many of them were good, they just were not Franny.  It's hard to describe massage, but the best way I can think is to say her touch is both comforting and soothing, while therapeutic and healing. In other words, she is working your muscles, but you don't feel like someone is beating you up (as I have felt with some massage therapists.) I feel like with most therapists, you either get someone who is really great at working out your pain and knots -- but it feels kind of terrible -- or you get someone who's touch feels nice, but your knots and muscle aches aren't better after the session. Franny massages in a way that gives you both a therapeutic touch and a comforting touch. You can tell by the way she works on you that she cares about you and about her work.  I was so excited when I found out she was doing mobile massages because I did not feel safe going to a massage business where you are breathing a lot more people's air. She brings everything she needs for your massage, including a really comfy massage table and nice sheets. She wipes it all down in front of you, which helps with the COVID nerves. She wears a mask the entire time, also important for COVID times. She has a speaker system to play massage music and aromatherapy options. So you may be at home, but you'll still get the spa experience. The set-up and takedown of equipment does not take time away from hands-on massage. At most massage businesses, an hour massage is really a lot more like 45 minutes. Franny will give you the massage time you paid for.  As long as Franny is in business, she will be my massage therapist. No one else compares.

I went here a few months back, every two weeks. There were a few times (before she changed her…read morecancellation policy) that I had to reschedule an appointment I had the following day, I would reschedule it anywhere from 72 hours before to 12 hours before my scheduled massage. She amended the policy saying you had to give 24 hours advance notice (understandably) & a month or so after the policy was changed I had a family emergency & couldn't make it. My daughter had a big seizure & we had to go to the hospital. I texted her as soon as I knew. Mind you, I hadn't had an issue since she updated her policy. The next week I tried to reschedule & it said I had to reach out, so I did. We talked on the phone & she mentioned the times I had to reschedule the times before she made changes to her cancellation policy. I countered with once she changed it there hasn't been a problem until I had an emergency. She proceeded to tell me I need to have child care lined up, moms deserve their time too, her mom had a special needs dependent, I could t use my daughter as an excuse.. just so far out of line. She said I could only come in if someone else cancelled last minute & I could fill in their spot. It isn't possible with 4 kids, I can't drop what I'm doing to go to someone's cancelled appointment.. I wish. The whole convo was wild & out there. I gave a two star instead of one because she is a good at massages.. it actually took me a few months to even speak on this, I was really just trying to reflect before I left a poor review.. Since I can't directly reply, I'll have to update to say you did in fact say something about my children as an excuse & I never did a same morning cancellation, it's not even possible to do on the app. The one time I had no choice I had to call/text you to cancel. I couldn't cancel it otherwise.. I'm glad you feel okay with your choice, I do as well.. you don't have to lie about it. Good luck with your business!
