JILL is by far the best I have ever seen! I have had many different massages before, but nothing has come close to the one I had here a little over a week ago from Jill! I was recommended this elements and had to drive 40 minutes from where I live, but it was so worth it for this location! I work out a decent amount and try to keep my body as healthy as I can, but my muscles get knotted and tight very fast. Just stretching on my own isn't enough. Jill's extended knowledge on overall health, the body, muscles, and the tips she gave me to help me in my path to maintaining my comfort even after the massage made it so much more valuable and enjoyable. She was able to pinpoint my exact locations of pain and discomfort without me even telling her! She really knows what she is doing and how to relieve the type of pain many other massage therapists I have been to failed at. I walked out feeling like a new person! I could not recommend her more, especially for those who are active and are passionate about their health! Also, the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The space was clean, well organized, and beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made the experience feel even more inviting. I was greeted by Barbara at the front, and the check-in process was easy with no issues at all. Everything was explained clearly, and the flow from arrival to my appointment was seamless. I received a 90-minute massage, and the session was very well done. The massage therapist was professional, attentive, and provided an overall excellent experience. I will definitely be rebooking. As an experienced massage consumer (stressful job), I must say I had my reservations. From the start, they seemed to be more interested in me and ensuring I found the "right" therapist. As I was waiting, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout the sign-in process. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. Everything was adjustable; from the bed warmer, to the music. Therapist was out of this world! Not only did she give a great massage, she listened to me and focused on what I wanted (not the normal "routine" you get at most places). By the end of the session I was completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the world once again. Kudos to Elements, for doing "massage" the right way. So I finally tried the master therapist. At first, I was like an extra $20 an hour no way.... Well I got on his table. His name is Willie . I just wanna say wow. The massage from beginning to end was possibly one of the best massages I've ever had comparable to Lentron and JW who are phenomenal massage therapists. Lentron and JW are the massage therapists I normally see. Back to Willie. His technique, chefs kiss. The way he reads the room. The ambiance. I came in there with back problems. I left there without back problems and he targeted other problems I didn't even know I had!! This man built ROME in 50 mins. I did not want to get off the table. I bet for an extra 30 minutes, but he was booked back to back. The days I cannot get in with Lentron or JW ? Will be the days I get in with Willie. Worth every penny! read more

Visited Elements on Tatum. Beth and Jeremy were very helpful in scheduling our appointments. I usually prefer a female therapist but because there were four of us wanting to have appointments at the same time, Zack was my therapist. Zack is very professional, personable, and gives a 10 massage. I was very pleasantly surprised because he is younger. Don't let that fool you!!!!At this time I've had Zack for two massages. While on vacation, my guy & I took the time to have a couples massage. The ENTIRE STAFF from the receptionist to the store manager & in between was so very helpful, pleasant, forthcoming with a host of much appreciated information. Quite honestly, with the massages that We received, We would have paid FULL PRICE... The therapists were THAT AMAZING! We were 1000 miles from home BUT we WILL be returning in time! P.S. This review is for Jill at the Desert Ridge location. 5 stars for her, she is awesome! I don't normally go to a chain business for massage but after a session with Jill, I have been back two more times. She's knowledgable, capable in a wide variety of modalities, and made me feel instantly comfortable. Highly recommend. Only criticism is that the front desk reads your personal information and recommendations by the therapist out loud to everyone in the reception area, not very professional in my opinion and the only reason for not ranking 5 stars in the ratings. read more

Went in for a couples massage with my wife who is 8months pregnant. (she got a prenatal massage) It was a first time thing for the both of us! We both left feeling brand new!!
