I've seen 4 different therapists here and all have done a great job. The membership is affordable. Friendly and professional staff

Amazing! Great Staff and very relaxing environment. My masseuse was awesome- just the right amount of pressure.

I had the most incredible massage here!!! Stephanie Jones not only made me feel comfortable and at home but I felt so relaxed when I left. I have never felt this great after a massage. Being a dancer I don't realize what damage I do to my body and Stephanie helped me realize what my body needs on a regular basis. I will definitely go back would recommend Elements and Stephanie Jones for a massage. read more

I just tried out Elements for the first time, and they were fantastic! I love that you can book online, and that when you show up they have treats in the waiting room. Rachelle and her partner at the front desk were were helpful and attentive without being pushy about upselling or rebooking. My massage therapist was Valerie. I'm a huge wuss when it comes to massages, but Valerie was able to work out the kinks without hurting me. Her pressure was great, and she focused on what I needed rather than going through the motions of a cookie-cutter massage. Lots of nice little touches like extra heating pads and warm towels to take off excess lotion at the end of the service. She even offered tissues when I switched from lying on my stomach to my back and my nose had gotten stuffy. Such a little thing, but I've never had anyone ever offer it before. At the end of the service, chocolates and water were provided. Great atmosphere, very convenient booking, and a wonderful crew. And decent prices! Definitely worth a visit! read more

Jim is the most amazing masseuse. He always understands exactly what i need and gives perfect pressure! Go see jim!

This place is great! The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the therapists are top notch. I have back issues and had a very bad experience with a chiropractor. I now go to Elements every month and it's made a huge difference in keeping me pain free. They offer great discounts if you become a regular customer, and they often offer specials and upgrades that make it even more affordable. Self care is one of those things we often overlook, but this one is a no-brainer for me! read more

Friendly place. First time there. My masseuse was very friendly and the front desk attendant was also very kind. She did promote the membership quite a bit but I could see the savings she believed in. My masseuse was good but not great. I felt like it was a bit too soft and perhaps someone right out of school that maybe has been massaging for a year or a few years... but non the less it was a good over all experience. read more

I called this location hoping for a spot that day and they had one within one hour which was nice. I had a bad migraine and a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. I received a 90 minute massage from Paul and he was great! It was the best massage I have ever had! He was very nice and attentive and made sure I was comfortable. He used the perfect amount of pressure and worked on all of my knots. I left feeling amazing and now, a couple days later, I feel even better! I will definitely be visiting this location again! read more

Oh no, Caesar is no longer working there! The receptionist suggested I try Carlo and he is fantastic as well - better than Caesar!

Elements was a terrific break from everyday stress. Valerie had the perfect pressure and addressed all my massage requests. The room atmosphere was very calming. I'd go again anytime! read more

I visited Elements for the first time this week, and had such a great experience I plan on making this my new routine. Sally, the owner is wonderful, and my masseuse, Karen, was amazing at getting the knots out of my neck and shoulders, and the décor was nicely done, and quite relaxing. It was a great way to start out the new year, and I look forward to visiting again soon! read more

I absolutely recommend Gigi. She's amazing! She helps me understand the problems my body tries to bring to my attention and gives great advice for follow up home treatment after each session. read more

Service is really great, they cater to what you want and are always willing to make adjustments!

From the front desk to the massage expertise this place has it right. Make your appointment ahead of time is best because you then have the selection of the right massage therapist that you need. I have lots of old sports injuries that need to be maintenance. It is great to have someone work on you who can address them and actually make a difference. I totally recommend this place to the 'experienced' (old) athletes who need body work - just to walk or to continue their athletic adventures. read more

Massage place was amazing, they know customer service! The staff was warm and welcoming Rochelle helped make the appointment process smooth and easy, their prices are very reasonable too! My girlfriend loved her hour massage with Valerie! She said she has never experienced a better massage in her life! Great people, great service, definitely coming here again! read more

Elements Massage - Elements massage lobby feeling very welcome - Massage Therapy Near Me - Campbell, California

I love this place! It is so convenient, clean, and serene. The staff is knowledgable and professional and they are great about calling a day ahead to make sure your appointment still works for your schedule. I get a deep tissue massage once a month to help my work/life balance and it is a true attitude adjustment for me. All of the technicians are wonderful but I'll give a shout out to Jim who truly has a gift for deep tissue work and always puts me at ease. Thanks, Jim! When I left my appointment today I felt like a new woman! read more

I've been having back and neck pain for a while. So I looked and found this place on yelp as they had good reviews and they offered deep tissue massage. Well done. I literally got one of the best massages of my life. Amazing and friendly staff, great ambiance, very professional masseuse. Her name is Sasha in case you are curious. It's not easy to find a good massage place and I am so glad my first attempt on Yelp ended up to a positive experience. read more

Clean, nice refreshments and chocolates, friendly staff... Never have scheduling issues like I used to have with Massage Envy. Reasonably priced membership. Michelle is great. read more

I go to Elements because of Gigi, who is one of the best massage therapists I've met! She knows exactly how to relieve muscle soreness and discomfort. She is very knowledgeable in the human anatomy and is prefect for helping athletes recover quickly from sore muscles. I am also pregnant and have been going to her throughout my pregnancy to relieve back aches, stiff neck, hip aches and whatever is bothering me. I highly recommend Gigi and will continue to go to her for massages. read more

Very professional and relaxing experience from start to finish. Sasha listened to my requests and my massage was a good mix of relaxation and relief. This location is convenient and they are open 7 days a week with very accommodating hours. They also have a wellness program available. Although I usually tip in cash, it's good to note that they do accept tips on credit cards. read more

My husband signed me up for their membership program for my Christmas present, and it was one of the best gifts I ever received! The vibe is very relaxing, the customer service is excellent, and every massage therapist I've had is wonderful and very skilled! Highly recommend this place, their membership program is a great price and monthly massages roll over if you can't make it in. read more

While this is a nicely appointed massage facility, the management here does not value nor care about its customers and also engages in deceptive practices. They renegade on their promises; they do not attempt to resolve even minor issues properly preferring a quick buck over a long-term relationship and the reputation of their establishment. Specifically, they broke some verbal promises made to me in regards to the Wellness account that I setup with them and also failed to compensate me in any way for the lost massage time paid by me in full. I urge everyone, to check their actual massage times to make sure that you are being serviced per agreement. In addition, some of their best massage therapists (like Kasia) have left the facility. read more

Wonderful, peaceful lobby..so you start to decompress right away..feng shui, excellent as is the helpful and friendly staff! I have had Sarah and Felisa and they are both wonderful. This last time I had Sarah and she worked on my tendon problem in my right leg and it was so much better afterwards..it reduced the pain and my limping almost 90%. She is listens and responds with knowledge of the human body and expertise in massage that helps it heal!! Keep up the good work of healing and revitalizing!! kudos and blessings read more

Guess I'm the first to rate it a one star. I have been there twice. The first time experience was pretty good. Very relaxing and the girl at the front desk was smiling. The therapist was very considering. They talked me to join the membership which I did. Credit card was automatically charge $69 every month. I also booked the second time therapy for 80min at the same price because it was my birthday month. Unfortunately, the therapy was 10min shorter than it should be. I didn't feel like pointing it out. When I checked out, they asked me to pay the difference which means they forgot that was my birthday month. Wondering don't they keep the note? Don't they have all the personal info? Anyway the second time experience was not quite pleasant. With the price I paid, I hope the service could be better. I called to ask for canceling the membership. They didn't process it until the third time I called. The manager was taking a break. Ridiculous. And the manager should have called to tell me that I will still be billed for this month because cancellation will be valid 30 days after. At the time when we register, nobody informed me. They said "you can cancel it anytime you want". Can't trust those who sell their membership too hard. read more

Heather listen to my needs and she made the environment very comfortable and relaxing

Clean, experienced, easy scheduling, great location, price is right! I joined the Wellness Program (which is free) and receive discounted monthly massages. So far, they have been very professional and I never have to wait. The massages begin on time. Furthermore, schedule is painless, whether you do online or over the phone. Everyone is friendly and my experience has only been positive thus far. read more

bad service, especially with recurring payments and cancelling them. massages are Ok but their front office needs to shape up.

After two weeks of complaining about my lower back pain, my Dad referred me to Elements Massage. He talked highly of Karen. He was out of work for a week. After two appointments he was relieved of his back spasms and pain, and out on the golf course(priorities.. :-D). I made an appointment with Heather, and she was wonderful. I had back pain that radiated from my lower back to my hips, and mid-back. Heather focused on those areas with care. The room did not have strong aromatherapy smell. Which is nice if you're sensitive to fragrances. I love that Heather also gave me recommendations on how to help the healing proccess and how to keep my back in good shape. Lots of things that I am not doing...I had no idea. Thank you Heather! Will be going back in four weeks for another massage and to sign up for their wellness program. read more

first time there, the place was very clean and well maintained. i had Rica for a prenatal massage and she did amazing. would definitely recommend her. read more

Vlad gave one of the best massages I have had. He was professional and very accommodating with the pressure points and stretching, something I have not had in past sessions. The Elements staff is great and well worth the investment into your body, highly recommended. read more

I just had a massage with Celeste and it was wonderful! She was very thorough and applied the perfect pressure, based on my preference! She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. This place is brand new and they have really done a great job. The minute you walk in, you feel calm and peaceful. The personal touches make you feel welcome, right down to the little chocolate at the end of your service. She even showed me some tricks for at home to loosen up my hairstylist muscles! Celeste is so great and I will be recommending her to everyone! read more

Jim remains my top therapist year after year. He customizes my massages based upon my concerns, is extremely knowledgeable and just a great human being. He is also willing to refer to other therapists who specialize in specific concerns (neck issues go see Valerie asap, she is awesome!). Thank you Jim, keep up the good work. read more

Got a massage from Celeste today, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is clean and professional. Celeste was very attentive and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. She even mentioned that things like the volume of the music in the room is up to me. She also asked if there were any areas I wanted extra attention paid to not only in the beginning but halfway through before turning me on my back. She also suggested some exercises afterwards to help w the tension. Great membership package, just joined. Looking forward to seeing her again. read more

Great place...Kasia was superb! Top-notch massage, nice people, very professional, serene surroundings.

Best place and massage ever! I'm sorry to say I'm moving out of state, but highly recommend this to anyone in the Campbell area. The massages (3 so far) from Kasia were awesome! She has a fluid motion that relaxes you, but is able to get into the muscle to get the kinks out. You don't want to leave, but when you do you feel so rejuvenated. It's a little bit of heaven on earth. Kasia and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Love the decor. Check this place out! AMAZING! Thanks Kasia! read more

I stand by everything I said in my original review. I wanted to give a shout out to my therapist Jim. I have chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain & need a deep massage. He is awesome! He also massages the arms & hands well - which is so helpful as I am usually attached to one of my devices. He books up very quickly. If you like him Try to schedule far in advance. read more

This morning I gave up trying to sleep after having a tough night from a sore neck and back due a hard day playing ball with a bunch of young'ns. I'm not from the SF Bay area so I didn't know where to go and I decided to check the Yelp reviews for "legitimate" massage studios; Elements stood out with the best reviews so I made an appointment. I'm a fairly muscular guy and 6'5" so I read the reviews and booked with Kasia because she seemed to fit my needs perfectly after reading she was from Poland; I stereotyped her figuring she was the big farmers daughter that could handle a deep tissue massage, I was wrong, she was a petite little cutie. But this little cutie had hands and arms of steel and made me whence more than a few times as she found the knots in my muscles and massaged them into submission. This was one of my best massage experiences in a long time, no pressure to buy a membership or a bunch of supplies crowding the lobby like some places, just simply a massage therapy studio. A couple young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and kept me company with small talk while I waited. The lounge and room was very clean and quiet with a soothing sound of "new age" music in the background, no twing, ching, chang, bong Asian music I expected to hear in this area. If you have an opportunity and need a "legitimate" therapeutic massage I would highly recommend this place. I'll be back but next time I get a 80-minute session, I'm confident it will be worth every cent (well dollar in this area). read more

Jim - you are awesome! Just the right amount of pressure and outstanding technique. Everyone that works in this location is so friendly. They have a great monthly membership that is month to month. I had a very bad experience with another massage membership chain and was hesitant to join but I'm so glad I did!! read more

Signed up for monthly plan a year ago. I love that if I miss a month I can use it for a longer massage later or an additional service. Can also gift extras to other family members. Therapists are attentive to my needs. I have 90 minutes - and sometimes feel like I could go longer because it feels so good! Love that they don't have to upsell other items like oils and such... just a massage. That's what I like! read more

Had a great massage. It's interesting the message moves synch nicely with the music. Thanks Sasha for the wonderful massage!
