Nicole is amazing! She literally melts away all my stress and pain. I've been getting massages from her for about three months now and I won't see anyone else. She has a perfect pressure and technique. I always leave there feeling so much better. She's a miracle worker!!! read more

Had one of the best massage with Nicole, she is such a sweetheart! She asked for the areas I wanted focused on and she did an amazing job working on those areas but still doing full body. She checked in once in a while making sure the pressure was right, I would definitely say she's medium to firm pressure. Overall had a great experience will definitely rebook for a 90 min! read more

0 stars if I could. Unable to get the same person more than twice. Seems like all service providers have the profile that they do not live up to. Front desk RUDE and unhelpful. Not a relaxing place. Walk on by. read more

I was visiting the area and booked myself a 90 min session with the only available therapist and I hit the jackpot. I had Nicole (Jing) and she was amazing. She wasn't very talkative due to a bit of a language barrier, but she checked in frequently to check on pressure and my comfort. She is an excellent therapist if you are looking for a firm to medium massage and took her time to really work out my tight shoulders and neck. I have never had such a full service experience at a ME and I've been a member since 2009. Warm towels to clean off the message medium, covered my eyes to keep any light from disturbing me, and she put my socks on my feet at the end of my foot massage so my feed wouldn't be cold. It truly was beyond what I expected. I'm just sad I don't live in the area and can't visit this location, and this therapist, regularly. read more

I can't say enough amazing things about Elizabeth! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. Her space is warm, relaxing, and spotless -- and her professionalism truly stands out. Elizabeth is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the process, tailoring each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. My skin has never looked or felt better! She has such a gentle touch and genuine passion for what she does, and it shows in her results. If you're looking for an esthetician who is skilled, attentive, and truly invested in your skin's health and glow, Elizabeth is the one. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Highly recommend! read more

I've had two facials at this Campbell location with Elizabeth, and I highly recommend her! She is incredibly professional and skilled. During my second visit, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep. She applied a Vitamin C serum at the end of the session, which I left on overnight. When I woke up the next morning, I was surprised to see that my face was incredibly smooth and felt so elastic and firm. What really stood out to me, though, was her personal touch. She remembered my vacation plans from my previous visit and asked me about them. It made the experience feel very warm and welcoming. If you are looking for great results and a relaxing environment, definitely book with Elizabeth! read more

If you want a great massage experience, go see Rolo at Massage Envy. He is so sweet, friendly, and listens to what you want and need worked on. Super attentive as well. Whomever was working at the front desk was amazingly helpful as well. And of course it's located in the beautiful Pruneyard which is a plus. read more

This was my first visit to the Campbell location and also my first facial. Emilynn is very nice and comforting throughout the session. She's knowledgeable and gentle. The front desk staff is very welcoming and easy to talk to. I was impressed! read more

Emilynn is a fantastic esthetician! My skin is glowing right now. She provided me with excellent skincare tips and tailored my facial to suit my skin type. Also, she's very kind, and we shared some good laughs. Also, David at the front desk is lovely and very welcoming. Overall great experience and I will definitely be seeing Emilynn again when I visit the area again from NYC. read more

I highly recommend Gavin. If you want to get a massage I recommend him because he will help you to relax!

My masseuse was coughing, sneezing and sniffling the entire massage! She was obviously sick and allowed to be at work, doing a job where she is in such close proximity to and touching clients?? Management should not allow sick employees at work, period. Especially at jobs where there is such close client interaction. I wasn't even able to relax at all during my massage, every time the masseuse coughed of sneezed or blew her nose, it was all I could think about the entire time, and the management didn't offer any form of compensation for my wasted money. Complete irresponsible, unsafe and unsanitary business practices on top of poor customer service. read more

I had an issue with this location but the management team, Jillian, really did go above and beyond to see that the matter was attended to. I have heard good things about this location and I am sure it is a great massage envy. I was given a massage as a surprise. After the person giving it to me said over and over to the receptionist not to contact me. However, Massage Envy insisted on my phone number to make the appointment. To my friend's chagrin, they texted me a confirmation for the masssage the day before . . . so they blew the surprise. I was 15 minutes early for the appointment, however, the masseuse came and got me 10 minutes late (after my appointment time). It was supposed to be a 60-minute massage. I figured she would make up the time at the end. Well, the massage ended 10 minutes early. You don't have to be a mathematician to figure out that the session lasted only 40 minutes. Very disappointing. Also, my friend asked for a deep tissue massage for me. It was an ok massage, but I kept telling her, you can go harder. She was mainly massaging the skin and stretching. I want to like Massage Envy so much, but unfortunately, they keep coming up short. Very disappointing. read more

I'll get straight to the point; Emilynn is amazing. I've been coming to her for facials for the past few months. She's incredibly knowledgeable and really makes me feel like I'm being pampered. Massage-1.5 stars I arrive ten minutes early and fill out their online questionnaire about medical history and area of focus for my massage. Then I head into their very basic waiting area. After a few minutes my therapist calls me and brings me to a room. She asks me what kind of massage I'd like and if I have any medical issues. Seems redundant but I let her know my health is fine and I'd like to focus of my back, shoulders, and legs. She says, so you want full body? I had booked a 90 minute massage and said yes please. The therapist was friendly but the massage was terrible. I've had 5 minute shoulder massages that were more thorough and relaxing. Facility- 2.5 stars Front reception area was clean. Therapy room was very basic and could use a vacuum and dusting. Overall- 2 stars Don't waste your money at this place read more

Bad business practices! I have been going here for about six months and have had a decent experience with the massages. I have a membership and the location is convenient so I go regularly. After my massage yesterday they told me that I owed $30 above and beyond my membership for a "market price adjustment" since my membership is from another location. I have no issue with them changing policy, but why didn't they tell me that before my service when I had an opportunity to cancel if I didn't like the new deal? The front desk lady kept insisting that I owed the $30 and charged my card without my consent. What a poorly run business... read more

This is my first time getting a massage- my chiropractor had recommended me to get one since she said that my muscles are stiff and tight on my back. The front office was very nice and maintained great professionalism! They helped answer my questions and explained the COVID-19 restrictions and took my temperature and I was able to sanitize my hands. The massage therapist that I saw was David, and he was AMAZING! He was very charismatic, explained what he was doing the whole time so I wouldn't be surprised, and constantly asked if the actions that he was doing was comfortable. He made me feel totally safe, and I was very comfortable with him. A person can honestly see that he cares about his clients, and genuinely wants to help them. I've explained to him that I had a tightness in my back, specifically the right side of my back. I work in an office and I know that my posture wasn't the best. But after seeing him, I feel that my back muscles are more comfortable and I walked out feelihng like jell-o! Because of him, I decided to open up a membership and will continue to try to go at least once a month. For anyone that is looking to get their massages done, I highly recommend this place, and I recommend seeing David! You'll be in great hands- literally! read more

I had been trying to cancel my membership with no luck! So i scheduled one for today. Very disappointed the Massage person was nice but I felt like she was not trained well at all she spent 30 mins of my 90 minute plucking my knuckles like the nail salon massage does. Nothing on my neck or lower back. Basically rubbed cream all over me Didnt want to be mean... your in an awkard position. I wont be back!! Receptionist was nice. I will never recommend membership or a massage unless your recomended by someone you trust for a specific massage. Dissapointed and furious I cant stop my membership!!!! read more

BEWARE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO OR SIGN ANYTHING. I was promised by Manager Marissa and Malera at a health fair with school district that I could try it and if I didn't like it I wouldn't be bonded. She made a note on the paperwork. They were hard selling and making promises that they knew they couldn't keep. I had a poor experience, opted out and a year later they keep trying to go into my account after speaking to the manager who said it was resolved. Now one year later Im told there was a form under a new manager that I have to fill out to cancel but still be charged. On & on & on of BS. Have caused a lot of inconvenience for me at my bank. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH MASSAGE ENVY in Campbell, CA EVER!!! Also the trial massage was AWFUL. She just felt like she was rubbing oil on my body and kept throwing the oil bottle on table I was on. It was bizarre. read more

Amanda is the best! I always feel a million times better after having a massage from her. I started off at the plant location but struck gold once I found Amanda at this location. The most unprofessional and dangerous massage clinic I have dealt with. The person at the front desk back in June tried to sell me the membership knowing I was recently unemployed by saying I can cancel it anytime & i jokingly said "should I record this? Because I don't want it to be like a gym membership that you can't get rid off." They laughed it off saying "why would we do that." Less than 10 days later when I still couldn't find a job and I was leaving the state I called to cancel membership and they said I can't cancel which i disputed and the mgmt finally allowed me to fill out their cancellation form back on June 30th to which they said they will process immediately in 10 days . Cut to September and they have illegally / fraudulently charged me for 3 months now & haven't responded to any of my emails & haven't honored their commitment. Their mgmt is unqualified and downright unprofessional. Never sign up with them- they will lie and bleed you dry. read more

AM I the only person who didn't know this location opened?!? It's been here since April of last year?!? WHAT? Here I have been going to the Mountain view location thinking there was nothing in San Jose, D'oh! D'oh indeed! From the looks of it, this massage envy location is quite unique. Maybe the space used to be a spa before, but it sure doesn't feel like your typical massage envy. A calming lobby complete with candy and friendly staff. The vibe is very calming, and they enforce a "no cell phone" policy. Nothing worse than enjoying a massage and hearing someones conversation in the next room. The quiet room is small, but you shouldn't expect to be waiting too long. Water is provided, and I love that it's flavored with lemon and some kinda herb. The rooms are standard, and make sure you advise the receptionist of your preference of pressure prior to making appointment. 5 stars to Aubrey. She knew what I meant by firm and was willing to adjust. She worked out the knots in my shoulders, opened up my back, and allowed me to comfortably touch my toes-without pain. I also appreciated that she wasn't chatty. If you like it hard, go see her! It's tucked behind Rock Bottom, almost next to Peninsula beauty. read more

Massage Envy - Massage Near Me - Campbell, California

I have been to several physical therapy place in the Bay Area and also to Massage Envy, but not the one on Campbell. So far I had only 4-5 star experience in terms of check-in process, following my expressed areas of tension (mostly neck, shoulder back), quality of massage and overall customer service. This time my wife booked me a 60 minute session with Diane. After the the session I was very disappointed. 1) I was 10 minutes early, but we started 5 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early. 2) I expressed and explained that I would like to have the back, neck, shoulder and head as focus areas. Diane took almost all the time (~45min) for the back and arms, What left only a few minutes for shoulder, neck or head. 3) After the massage, she simply explained that this is the end and she left the room, without saying anything else. Not a good bye, not offering a water or even escorting me back to the reception. Nothing. 4) I send an email with a very detailed description of my experience and after a few days I got a reply email from the manager Lexis, explaining that they tried to call (neither my wife nor me got a call) and that I can call back if I want to discuss the matter. Nothing else. I can not recommend this Massage Envy in Campbell at all. All aspects that make a place like this so special are not met, such as customer service, massage quality or massage for your money. I'd rather spend a few dollars more and go to a better physical therapy place. read more

Please do not sign a contract with this business. I agreed to a 3 month contract with them and they did a classic bait and switch. I regret not coming in here sooner- especially when I lived just few blocks away. I found this location has a very relaxing waiting area- velvet cushy seats, a window that lets natural soft sunlight comes through, flickering candles (not real but equally nice), well stocked tea packets in the drawer. I also found the perfect massage therapist for me here- Sarah. Sarah's touch is firm yet fluid, she helps me relieve tension build up, break apart deep knots and yet the fluidity of her movement allows me to fully relax and bask in the healing power of human touch. Sarah's always on time, professional and never forgets to ask me if there's an area I would like her to focus on. The front staff is always professional and helpful. The place's also organized and has impeccable cleaniness. Thank you. I look forward to coming back every single time. read more

I was surprised with a very sweet and spontaneous gift of an hour long massage recently at this Massage Envy location. First, be aware that it's a little hard to find. They are located inside The Pruneyard shopping center, behind El Burro restaurant and down a little walkway. There is not a lot of signage so don't blink or you'll miss it. Parking can be a problem in the Pruneyard sometimes so if you go during busier hours, be sure to leave time for that. The atmosphere at Massage Envy is more clinical (ala a doctors office) than spa-like. There is soft music in the rooms, dim lighting and water or tea available but if you're expecting more of a lavender-scented, plush robe experience this is not the place. If you do choose Massage Envy you might look at it exactly how they market it - as part of your overall health and wellness routine, rather than a special occasion, spa day type of treat. That being said, I had a perfectly good experience. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly and efficient and the facility is clean and well maintained. I requested a Deep Tissue massage and was referred to Johnnell and he definitely knows his stuff. Many therapists I've gone to before do not put nearly enough pressure when I ask for deep tissue. He does, and yes it can get uncomfortable at certain moments but the benefits afterward are exactly what I need. I work out like a maniac 6-7 days a week and carry a lot of stress in my shoulders. I also have a small lower back misalignment that flares up occasionally. He listened to my problem areas carefully and really focused on helping with the pain I'd been having recently. During the massage, our conversation was easy and free flowing. He has strong hands but a gentle, comfortable nature. I would go back and see him anytime. And apparently I will get the chance... My friend gifted me with a year of monthly massages. What a treat! So I'll be sure to report back if there is any change in consistency or quality of service. For now, I'm definitely I a fan... read more

Robotic facial , while booking the appointment feet exfoliation was added but later the aesthetician denied saying she never does feet ones and added lips instead without even explaining or checking if I would like that or not. Facial was supposed to be 60 min session, I checked in sharp at 6:45 , and I was done already around 7:30-7:32 with 2 extra enhancement services including. I was expecting just facial should be 1hrs and additional services for which I am paying additional money should take separate time. It felt aesthetician barely wanted to touch me during the so called facial,it felt depressing. I am never going back to this location again , totally wasted my money and time. I did not tip the aesthetician and gave the feedback at the reception but looked like they don't care. read more

I'm 65 years and was treated to a 1hr.facial massage today for my older skin, it was wonderful, I do have say it was very relaxing and soothing, I had a great experience with (Shawn ) the esthetician therapist, who took great care to rejuvenated my skin. Which includes facial cleansing, mask , and of course a massage. He massaged my shoulders and my arms and hands. The treatment i received smelled so fresh. During the session I almost fell asleep. Beware! I signed up for Massage Envy in Campbell many years ago, partially to hold myself accountable for getting a massage regularly and partially because it was a great deal at the time (then the monthly payment was approx. 50% of the going market rate for massages). Since then, I have been having issues with massage therapist's availability, and the pricing has increased significantly to almost equal market rates - but still with the required subscription commitment. I now have a whopping 16 hours of massages on my account that I am desperately trying to use - but their massage therapists are so booked that it'll take me months to use those. So I called and asked to cancel my subscription, to stop paying the monthly payment and use up the 16 hours I already paid. Well, they only give you 2 months to use up unused massages and after that, you forfeit the rest. They do have a "Freeze Plus" option, where they will reduce your monthly charge to $20, but those $20 won't count toward your massage account. It simply allows you to burn down unused hours. In summary: You can get less expensive massages here for a subscription fee, but if you ever fall behind in using your massage credit you may end up paying a steep premium for quite an "average" massage experience. In my case, it may cost me $1,200 of massage credit I can't use up due to the permanent unavailability of their massage therapists. read more

Massage Envy franchising responded to my review and satisfactorily addressed the issue. Thank you.

I was really hoping I didn't have to take my problem with this massage envy here but after six weeks of trying to cancel my membership and two charges after dropping off my cancellation form in person here I am. Good luck getting out of a membership here. I had no idea it would be such a pain. After being a member for 5ish years they raised their prices to $75 a month so I decided I would rather take myself to a day spa every other month for the same $. Should be straight forward right? Nope! I would have possibly become a member again here in the future but now they've lost me for good. Terrible customer service and business practices. I feel bad for the therapists who rely on the receptionists and management here to handle their clients because they do a terrible job. read more
