The first time was for a head shot shoot, where she gave me lovely fake lashes and a smokey eye look. I looked so gorgeous I almost didn't want to wash it off at the end of the day! The second time was for a model shoot where I was being photographed wearing different types of eyewear. No fake lashes that time but she still made my eyes POP with just the right amount of eye shadow and mascara. A couple of months before the wedding, during a trial, we talked about color, natural looks, and what I'd feel comfortable with. She cleaned up my brows and made suggestions for what would look best for my big day, including what kind of lashes would work best for me. Her consultation was really professional and made me feel comfortable. With her guidance, I ordered what she recommended and, of course, for my actual wedding day, I left everything at home instead of bringing them to the hotel!! Omg... thankfully, Linh had extras of everything I'd need. She made it work, including back up lashes, and told me not to panic. I had the worst experience working with a Jr. hair specialist that probably joined the salon few…read moremonths ago and she came from Ukraine . She didn't do the job correctly in the first attempt so I asked for an another appointment. I was very clear that I only color the part which shows gray hair but in the second appointment, instead of fixing the old problem , she thought it's easier to apply the color on the whole scalp. I kept telling her not to touch roots but she had her own explanations and continued to do what seemed correct to her. Now the results are : I have itchy scalp with lots of dandruff and roughness , specially the bottom part of my hair is badly damaged. Tremendous amount of hair fall which I never had in my life (clearly the color she applied had something in it ). Even though she said it's ammonia free, but while she was applying this color, I told her this is the first time I am feeling the itchiness and headache but her answer was , "oh I don't know why you feeling this way, it's probably your skin". She couldn't even get rid of black spots from my forehead after the wash. Although it wasn't the first time that I requested ammonia free hair color from this salon but it would definitely make me never going back there .
