Pizza is some if the best in Twin Cities. I recommend men's trying one of their inventive choices

Cute counter service pizza place. Overall an incredible experience! The feta dip was incredible. It was served very cold, and I would have liked it just a little warmer. I love feta and garlic, so I devoured it regardless of temp. Will go back if only for this! The hot honey pizza was good, but the honey all pooled in the middle because of the plate, so it became really sweet rather than the balance of sweet and spicy. The fire pizza was my favorite though. Simple but done very well. read more

Absolutely delicious pizza! The inside is very cozy- wood walls with greenery for decor. The staff were super polite and our pizzas were ready quickly. I had the hot honey pizza which was so good! The pizzas are personal size but still quite large I didn't expect to finish the whole thing but it was so good I almost did- took the rest home for leftovers. Definitely a must visit if you are in the mood for a solid pizza. They even have a small parking lot which is always a win in my book read more

Element Wood Fire Pizza - The hot honey pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza in the distance - Pizza Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Love this place for an easy pizza to go or an easy summer time patio dinner date. My go to is the hot honey pizza substituting chicken as my protein. Pair the pizza with a carafe of cold white or red wine and chill on the patio. Very reasonably priced. 2 pizzas and a carafe of wine will run you $45-50. More importantly, it's a welcoming place. I personally witnessed staff handle someone come in off the street having a mental health situation with a lot of care and dignity and not with a call to police. I've used them for food for an adult bday party. I ordered 10 pizzas for roughly $150. Ordering was simple and it was ready on time, packaged nicely with everything you needed. Everyone loved it. Best idea ever. read more

Element Wood Fire Pizza - Hot honey pizza with chicken instead of pepperoni - Pizza Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

I tried this place years ago and was thrilled to come back now that it's in my neighborhood--and let me tell you, it still hits just as good. We ordered the Wind and the Nordeast, and just when you'd think we'd be done carb-loading, we added the cheese bread too. No regrets. Everything comes out of a wood-fired oven and the flavor is unreal. The crust is thinner but still has that satisfying, doughy chew--not crispy. For three people we ordered 2 specialty pizzas, cheese bread, and three drinks. The total came to about $55, and we even had leftovers to take home. Totally worth it. Great flavor, solid portions, and a cozy neighborhood spot I'll definitely keep coming back to. read more

Cute little spot with a small parking lot and an outdoor area for warm weather. They have a variety of salads and appetizers, as well as a large selection of pizzas and brownies for dessert. They offer wine by the glass, the carafe and the bottle for very cheap prices. Go up to the counter to order and to get in line for a table. Friendly staff in the small kitchen! We ordered a large salad and two pizzas for two people and only made I through 3/4 of the salad and half the pizza. Amount of food for the price was really good. I really enjoyed the vinagar-y Agean salad. The buffalo mac pizza wasn't quite dialed in (it was too gloopy for me) but the Element pizza (add sausage) was good. Cozy local vibe. Would go back! read more

Element consistently delivers outstanding food. No trendy burned crusts or quirky toppings. Just well balanced thin crust pizzas lightly topped with tasteful combinations flavors, which can be customized or selected from preset options. The style is not Neapolitan (as the dough clearly contains oil) or New York (less bite), but its own distinct balance that should please a wide range. Pizza is not their only forte. The salads are well-balanced with just the right amount of dressing. A highlight is the hummus, served with flatbread wedges which I assume is made from their pizza dough. read more

Last year i went a few times and must say it was underwhelming. I stopped in here last week and what I ordered simply was delicious. First of all, the service and staff always top-tier; they are very friendly and helpful always! Far as the ambiance its rather laid back no frills however they do have a nice patio so on the nicer days its good to eat outside. They have a good selection of wine; I had a really delicious red. Definitely will be coming back. read more

A great low key spot off of Broadway with a nice wine selection & beer. Super cute patio surrounded by large buildings. Small parking lot or street parking. This place has been around a while and I've stopped in a few times over the years. It's kind of a hidden gem, especially if you're looking for a patio that's not packed or has a wait. We ordered the daily special which was a spicy Mexican elote style za, and the Terra with its tangy salty olives. Their toppings and flavors are perfectly developed on a thinner style soft crust that's kept fairly pure. Solid pizza overall and a charming location. Order at the counter and they will bring the food out to you, or grab some takeout to go! read more

What a nice neighborhood pizza joint. Perfect spot to come hang out and have pizza and some wine (not sure if they sell beer). Their pizzas are wood fired and very good. There's limited seating inside, but in the summer there's outside seating. read more

I have been driving past this GEM for the better part of a decade and I finally stopped in! There truly isn't a bad thing I can say about Element. Starting upon entry into the small, quaint, and cozy space I was immediately greeted by nothing but smiling faces. I also noticed a very nice outdoor seating area perfect for summer evenings. We are off to a booming start. Now it's time to make a decision on what to order. This is where things get hard, I literally wanted it all. We settled on the Spicy Feta Dip to start. Super creamy and delicious and the bread was perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and softer, doughy inside. For pizzas we went with one special and one main stay - both were crazy good. Loaded with a fair amount, yet well balanced amount of toppings. The crust was some of the best I have ever had. I ate an entire pizza to my self. I strongly recommend checking them out. read more

First time trying Element Wood Fire Pizza. We ordered take out and it was ready at the time it said it would be online. They have a cute lil parking lot situated between the apartments on the busy street off Broadway. The menu is a fairly basic pizza and salad options. No wings or sandwiches. We ordered a large Aegean salad, the Wind and an ultra pizza. The pizzas are around 12in and one pizza and a salad would've been fine for two people if you don't eat a lot of pizza. I would do two pizzas for two people in car though. Plus left overs! Everything was pretty basic. Nothing very flavorful or amazing. Having some barbecue sauce to dip the pizza in was helpful. Overall, it's better than the chain pizza places. read more

This is AMAZING pizza.. the flat bread that comes with the salad is Wonderful!!! The Fire pizza has the perfect amount of heat. The goat cheese so delicious on the pizza.. for my kids we had the napi and just cheese. They LOVED it. Stopped here with family after picking them up from the airport. Being from NJ it can be challenging to find good pizza in the Midwest but Element is on their game! Parking lot is tight but you should be able to find a spot even if you have to wait a few minutes. Prices are super reasonable and there are plenty of options to choose from. They also have salads etc if someone in your group doesn't want pizza. Indoor and outdoor seating available so you can enjoy the nice Minneapolis weather. read more

Been watching a lot of pizza reviews lately! A food group all on its own for so many reasons! This was some great Pizza! I have driven by here a million times, can't believe that it took me so long to try this place! This did start with an attempt to take my daughter to Young Joni while she was home for break...that was shot down by a witchy manager a little high on her place and overly rude to my daughter...oh well, it was a toss-up anyways...been to Young Joni before, great place with lots of attitudes! Anyways, we role in here hungry for pizza! This was a good thing, a very positive choice! Great service, an open table, some red wine and a couple of amazing pizzas! My daughter got the Northeast special with extra olives...I got the Mediterranean which was meatless. Both were wonderful! The crust is that perfect crisp edge, very little flop and a nice char..but a soft chewy center while still being very thin and strong! Now a crust like this is not easy to do, and they do it very well! Flavors where great, not to many ingredients to weigh it down and sog it up while not being short on them at all! Just the right amount of cheese, just the right amount of everything! This is definitely top 5 for me in the city right now, definitely deserving of another taste test and something I look forward to! Pricing good, location good, pizza way better than good! Look forward to the next visit! KT read more

Probably one of my favorite places in NE Mpls! They have a selection of speciality pizzas but my partner and I like to do our own BYOP- build your own pizza! You can definitely share a pizza if you want but trust me who I say, you're definitely going to want to get your own! That way if you don't finish it all- bomb, you got a snack for later. What I love the most about this place though is the Roasted Calamata Olives with Rosemary Flat Bread. It's so simple but so good and taste so fresh. It's salty, oily and as a little tangy from the lemon. And that rosemary flat bread is definitely the star of the show! It really brings it all together nicely. Btw all their appetizers comes with that delicious rosemary flat bread! Plus all their pizzas comes with mozzarella. As for the vibe of the place, it is pretty small and but we still enjoyed the small patio seating and was able to get a parking in their small parking lot. Also- whether you plan to order for dine in or take out, all orders gets placed at the front then you seat yourself or wait in their bench area. read more

Worth trying! I went to this place as I saw good reviews on Yelp. I didn't expect much but the pizza tasted so good, the price is a lot cheaper than some other places but the quality is even finer. I ordered a Hawaian pizza, next time i will try other flavors read more

Been here at least three times and pretty sure I won't be back. The pizza was undercooked and overpriced, for what you get. Of course, there's the chronic challenge of finding any really good pizza in Minnesota, so maybe this place can keep in the running. But it's nothing special, and there's hardly any parking. read more

This place is one of my favorite wood fired pizza places. Great prices & superb quality! The actual pizza center is a bit thin with a thicker crust edge but I love that style. My husband not as much of a fan. Not thin "crackery" style but much thinner than most. The pizza size is a little smaller but that just gives you the option to try my pizza types. The pizza is Always so fresh & super friendly staff! Would recommend that you come here next time you want great service & quality at an amazing price. The pizza was very tasty. The wood fire cooking really added a nice depth of flavor. The middle of the crust could've been a bit crispier but it was still delicious. The garlic bread was my favorite part, and their marinara had a great consistency and almost slightly sweet flavor. I'd suggest a full pizza per adult, and if you plan to dine-in be prepared to wait for a spot since the restaurant is small (but it's worth the wait). The topping combinations are unique, made with quality ingredients, and applied generously. read more

I can't believe i haven't posted about this place before. It's a delicious, hidden gem of a pizza place. The ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the fire pizza which is genius in it's simplicity, homemade sausage, peppers, and goat cheese. If spicy isn't your thing, they also offer so many yummy combinations including traditional, Hawaiian, and build your own. I can't end the review without touting the spicy feta dip. It's so great to dip wood fired pizza crust in, and if you have leftovers, makes a great spread for turkey sandwiches or to accompany fresh cut veggies. They also deliver so if you're hitting up Dangerous Man, you can have a hot meal for a group in minutes. read more

Best wood fired pizza in town. Great value and never pretentious. Wonderful selection with classic and new pizza creations.

This is one of my husband's favorite spots. It is under rated on how good they are. The place has a good vibe and you can bring your pups on their patio. Element wood fire in located in the Northeast Minneapolis. Crust is thin with just the right amount of chew. You can pick your sauces, so you get more then just the basic red sauce. read more

What a great find when passing through Minneapolis! We decided to try Element Wood Fire Pizza based on the positive Yelp reviews after checking of Minnehaha Falls. The menu looked inviting and it was close by, so why not? We are certainly glad that we did! We ordered basic pies, a margherita and a plain cheese, but they were anything but basic! The cheese was plentiful, the sauce had good flavor, and the crust was chewy and delicious. Even better, the food was reasonably priced. We ordered take out and were happy to see there was a small parking lot for pick up since this is downtown Minneapolis. The staff was also very pleasant. read more

Came here on a weekday evening because the other place we wanted to go to was too long of a wait. The place was empty when we got there, and while we were there, only one other party sat there to eat. Four of us ordered a salad, Wind, Element, and Old World. Salad was fresh, pizza was just okay. Not much flavor in any of them, crust was a bit soggy, and there was too much cheese on top. I was not a fan of the pizza, wouldn't really recommend it. read more

Element Wood Fire Pizza - Custom pizza with prosciutto and goat cheese. - Pizza Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Element has become a local fave for us. Our frequent go-to is a wood-fired pizza + salad + brownie. Our top three fave za's are, in no particular order: 1) Fire = Spicy sausage, roasted red peppers, goat cheese. 2) Wind = Arugula and prosciutto. 3) Old World = Spinach, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onions, feta cheese. And don't skip their salads! There's something about their house vinaigrette dressing... it's tangy and herby and I seriously could drink it. It's certainly famous for a reason! Every time we pickup and they have one of their big thicc cheesecake brownies on the counter, we don't hesitate for a second to add that to the order. We have always had great service just calling ahead for pickup and they also have an outdoor patio for dining. read more

Phenomenal pizza, great service, wonderful outdoor patio space. Highly recommend the Hot Honey Pizza with pepperoni, red onion, and basil.

yummm! pizza is delicious :) i appreciate any place that clearly labels their options as vegetarian and vegan. my next request would be for them to have a speciality pizza that is vegan and ready to order although it's super easy to build your own! i ordered a pizza with no cheese + onions + garlic + spinach and the garden salad. their patio is cute and they have a small parking lot, otherwise street parking is free nearby. read more

Never a bad moment at this joint. Unless the weather isn't cooperating in which case the limited indoor seating might pose some problems. While you're at it, make sure to pick up an Element Pizza punch card - every 7th pizza is free. About the pizzas. Well they're wood fired and the crust has gotten ever so slightly bigger. In the past, I could easily eat a whole pizza and feel just right but now, 2/3 pizza and I'm done. Thankfully the taste is still the same. The "Fire" and the "Nordeast" pizzas are my usual favorites but took a chance on the bacon cheese curd pizza and wow. While it lacked the punch of the "Fire" and the familiarity of pepperoni/mushrooms, the cheese curds and bacon combo was just the right balance without going overboard. Hope this one gets added to their regular menu. read more
