We used Element to build our pool and spa and we could not be happier with the entire experience and the final result. The owner, Eric, was truly amazing to work with - professional, responsive, and truly focused on making sure we were happy throughout the entire process. He listened to my vision, offered helpful guidance when needed, and ultimately brought my dream pool to life even better than I imagined. From the beginning, he made it clear that his top priority was making sure we were happy, and he absolutely delivered. I'll be the first to admit that some of my requests were extremely specific (down to the exact natural stone I wanted and how I wanted it installed, plus multiple colors of PebbleTec for the interior). Eric never once made me feel like I was being "too much." He always had a solution and I never had to compromise on what I wanted. He even went above and beyond by personally going to multiple stone suppliers, sending me photos, and helping me confirm it was exactly the right stone and look. The end result is my dream pool: custom, high-end, and beautifully executed. We've gotten so many compliments from neighbors (including neighbors who have built pools themselves) saying ours is by far the most custom and highest-quality pool they've seen. If you're looking for a pool builder who genuinely cares and delivers beautiful craftsmanship, I cannot recommend Element and Eric enough.

Where do I start!! Besides Anthony and Kyle being the best two man team to help you with your dream backyard. They were very attentive with all the questions me and the wife had. I would highly recommend Element Pools and Spas to anyone looking to transform their backyard into their dream backyard. Eric and Kyle listened to our wants and needs and with their guidance and input did an amazing job on our project. They also communicated with us very regularly throughout the build which eased any concerns we had. We also ran into very frustrating HOA issue and they helped us adjust and modify the scope of the project so we could move forward. Overall they built a high-quality project, in a timely manner, for a reasonable budget. I can't tell you how many times we've enjoyed the pool already within just one year of it being built and we look forward to making many more memories in the years to come.

I wanted to give out a shout out to Anthony and Kyle for their outstanding work in building our new pool in Eastvale. They held our hand every step of the way from the design process to the very last week, in turning on our pool. Anthony assisted us every step of the way and has mad skills in bringing my husband's straight lines and dream come to life. We had several companies come out to our home and their design did not top Anthony's vision. I instilled my trust in him and he did not disappoint. I love my pool, just sleek and simple! TJ, Kyle, Eric and the crew at Element have been nothing short of phenomenal. They gave us everything we wanted and more in our pool/spa and did it in just 7 weeks. TJ was so easy to work with in the design and he really helped us figure out what worked best in our space. Kyle did an amazing job with keeping everything on schedule, even ahead of it. Eric, the owner made sure to pop in periodically to make sure that everything was perfect. Luis, Tobias, the Navas, Orlando, Diego, and more were incredible with their workmanship. Every stone and tile is perfect and they kept the space tidy while they worked. I honestly can't say enough about what an incredible job Element did on our pool. We've wanted on for the past 13 years and are so happy with the results we got from them. I would recommend Element to anyone building a pool in the area.

We built our pool over 20 years ago, using a large "reputable" pool company. Every aspect of it was an absolute nightmare - a 14 month nightmare actually. Every issue we had was my problem, and we ended up having to pay much more than originally estimated, mainly due to their incompetence. So naturally, when the pool was due for a much needed facelift (plaster, sandblasting quartzite tiles, rusted rebar, coping, equipment), we were dreading it. After interviewing 3 other companies, we decided to go with Element Pools and Spas. And thank God we did! As opposed to our original build, ever aspect of this job was an absolute pleasure! From the incredibly knowledgeable and nice sales guy TJ, to the equally nice and knowledgeable project manager Kyle, to the owner Eric who leads his team by example, every step of the way was well communicated, and very well executed. They treated my backyard, like it was their own for the several weeks they were here, then graciously handed it back to us as a basically brand new fully automated system. Several times, Eric directed Kyle to do the extra things that NO ONE does anymore - new quartzite on the firepit, no problem. An umbrella holder on the baja step, no problem. An Actuator for the waterfall that was manual for 20 years, no problem! And when the new automation system was not communicating with my fairly recently purchased pump, a new (better) one replaces it - NO PROBLEM! With their competitive pricing, incredible customer service, attention to detail and passion for what they do, I would HIGHLY recommend Element to anyone considering building a new pool or a major renovation to an existing one. These guys are all absolute ROCK STARS!

We met with several pool companies before we met Anthony. The first time we met him, we knew we loved his enthusiasm and creativity. We had a budget and asked him to work with it. He definitely helped, and he showed the rendering and said it should look just like this. We thought there might be slight changes, but no, it looks exactly like the rendering he made when our backyard was just dirt. we LOVE the outcome. Kyle and Anthony were our primary contacts. we got to meet Eric a few times awesome crew. When we had issues or concerns, they were very prompt to respond. The fire pit has been off and on because we were trying something they hadn't done before, but with their masterminds together, they are figuring it out. We have had many compliments on our pool. Our little oasis in our backyard. Thanks, guys!

I cannot say enough about this company! From the customer service, to the workmanship, every aspect was seamlessly done with our best interest in mind. Communication was kept through group message with the owner and general contractor, they gave us a timeline of when each job would start and an estimated time of completion. They handled every aspect of the inspection! The system that they put in was not salt or chlorine but OZone! The maintenance on this type of system is going to be a fraction of what it would've been if we went with a saltwater pool. The owner Eric did not nickel and dime us, instead he showed generosity and customized our cost by doing an à la carte system for what we wanted with our pool. This is not your typical pool company, this is a local owner, he loves what he does and is apart of our community!

I am a very meticulous and detail oriented perfectionist. So when my wife and I bought a new home in Temecula with a 17000sf backyard, we began to plan and design a year in advance. We wanted a stunning landscaped backyard centered around the swimming pool of our dreams. We were overwhelmed with the many pool companies who wanted our business, but after multiple estimates and careful consideration, the clear choice for us was Element Pools and Spas. Elements respected our desires and took the needed time to bring our design to life even before we discussed finances. Anthony not only translated our basic design into an advanced 3d digital concept, he spent time hashing out changes and renewed ideas together with us. He took ownership of the project from beginning to end, which is unlike some other companies. The day-to-day was handled by Kyle, t7he on-sight foreman who constantly collaborated with his subs to ensure the project was progressing smoothly. Even Eric, the owner of the company, was personally on site many critical days to oversee the process. We never felt like we were on our own. The results speak for themselves and they delivered more than they promised. Regarding the costs of such an ambitious project, Elements was a bit more, but still highly competitive and willing to work with us. When you want the best value and the best quality, you pay a bit more up front and then reap the rewards later. After our pool was completed, Anthony,  Kyle and the team continued to visit us weekly to show us proper pool maintenance, "holding our hand" each step of the way until we were fine on our own. Furthermore, they continued to monitor for any post production glitches and correct them immediately. Elements take great pride in what they do and make you feel like you are their only client. We couldn't be happier with Eric, Anthony and Kyle and highly recommend Elements Pools and Spas for your once in a lifetime pool project.

Anthony and the whole team at Element were an absolute pleasure to work with. Anthony worked with me to meticulously design, permit, and build the backyard of our dreams. The entire construction process was seamless and we got a pool and a yard that is truly customized for our family.
