Value: Brunch was $300 for the two of us which included a 20% gratuity. You can't really complain about the cost when you know what you're paying beforehand. Paying staff to work Easter Sunday is expensive. Sourcing local ingredients is expensive. Using fresh ingredients is expensive. We view this experience as a one off. I did make it down to breakfast one morning and it was ok , they had scrambled eggs , sausage and French toast sticks along with all the normal continental breakfast items. I think you main draw to this hotel would be location as you are in the parking lot of the Burlington mall and a lot of food options to eat at. The decorations are beautiful and perfectly meet the line of modern and charming. Owners are super nice but give you plenty of privacy and location is great. The staff are always very pleasant and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The bar area is beautiful and the bartenders make the best drinks. Plenty of restaurants all within walking distance and several more to choose from in the mall located 2 minutes down the street. The rooms are huge with 2 king sized beds that are sooo comfortable to sleep on. I booked our room this time using the Mother's Day promo and received a bottle of champagne at check in that was presented to me in a cute gift bag. Small things like that leave lasting memories.

The property has that signature Westin scent in the air. The building is in good shape, and has a nice atrium that upper floors can look onto from the hallways above. The fitness center was pretty good. Decent cardio options. Maybe a bit anemic on the strength training, with only a cable machine, some kettle bells, and dumbbells that only went up to 50 lbs. There's a pool next to the fitness center, as a nice bonus. My one gripe was with the hotel restaurant/bar. I stopped by for a drink at the end of the night, and was a bit disappointed. The old fashioned was okay, but the coordination between the bar and the kitchen (physically separated by the layout) was off. It took 20+ minutes to get a plate of steamed edamame out, only after a gentle reminder. And when it came, the edamame had been steamed to mush. No firmness left, and the pods were falling apart to the touch. Good overall property and quality rooms; maybe skip the restaurant.

It cost $26, which is quite high, but the quality was honestly very poor and not worth the price at all. I expected much better from a hotel like this. Another thing that stood out was the lack of basic amenities. Items like a toothbrush and other essentials were not provided unless we asked for them, which felt inconvenient and below standard. Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely not great value for the money. Price might look good, but the quality doesn't match.
