From the first brainstorming session, we knew that Kristin and her team had the experience, connections and skill to plan an event that would pay tribute to the success of our agency. The event exceeded all of our expectations. Kristin and her team managed every detail from start to finish. They learned about our agency history and culture and ensured that it was represented throughout every decision that was made. She ensured that our agency branding was throughout the the amazing venue at Gillette Stadium and coordinated all signage, florals and decor. Kristin has impeccable taste and style. Our agency will forever remember this amazing event and we could not have done it without Swank Events!

I always enjoy working…read morewith Kristin and her team: they have great ideas, are very organized, always meet deadlines, help me stay on budget and, most importantly, produce terrific events. Kristin truly goes above and beyond. For our summer party in 2022 at Gillette stadium, the bus company providing 5 full-size coaches canceled all our buses the day before our event. They had a shortage of drivers. We got a full refund but that didn't help with the need to get everyone to/from the party. Finding buses had been challenging months before our event and now we were less than 24 hours out. Kristin dropped everything and spent the entire day tracking down buses and cobbling together a transportation plan for us. It was incredibly stressful but she was calm and cool. She literally saved the event. On top of it, Kristin is a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Swank Events!

Melissa at Premier was wonderful throughout the planning process and helped calm my nerves and find solutions when I was feeling stressed. The service staff was very friendly and on point from set up to service to clean up. Premier was able to set up the space exactly how I envisioned. While the wedding planning process was stressful and a lot of work, Melissa consistently made me feel at ease and had a solution for every question or obstacle. I was on the fence about having a buffet, but the food service moved quickly and efficiently so no guests were waiting for too long. When we ran out of popular high noons at the bar, Premier staff went to the liquor store twice to restock. I was concerned about going over budget for the open bar but her quote was accurate and we actually received $300 back after the event. I would definitely hire Premier again!

As a bride, I didn't need a lot of help on the creative side, but Mandy's help was crucial to getting everything executed. Without her organization and recommendations for vendors, I guarantee we would have arrived at our wedding day with a lot of enthusiasm and very little actual wedding Also, I appreciated throughout the process that when I wanted to go with my own vendor or DIY, Mandy was very open to those ideas- I never felt pushed to choose someone she prefers to work with or anything like that. As a fellow wedding vendor, we have collaborated since and it has been a joy to watch her creative design and styling process as well. Mandy has extremely chic taste, and yet she is a chameleon when it comes to creating events and inspiration shoots that are unique, creative, and show incredible variety. It is always a pleasure to work with her and see what she comes up with. I highly recommend bringing Mandy in to make your planning process as smooth as possible, resulting in the wedding you wanted, elevated.

http://cateringtoyou.net/…read more I recently helped with a small 50-person meeting reception and used Catering to You for the decor, food and drinks. Cindy and her staff arrived plenty of time before the event to setup tables and decor. Cindy did an amazing centerpiece (Mocha colored roses? inside a vintage birdcage!) which matched with the gorgeous table cloth color. She provided an awesome spread of food (veggie platter-came with asparagus!, cocktail shrimps, cheeses, crackers, **super yummy garlic flavored baguette**, pasta salad and much more). Staff did a great job refilling food as they were running low, which made it felt like we had unlimited about of shrimps :) And plenty of drinks to go around. Cindy was friendly and funny to talk to. She has great ideas about planning events and locations suggestions. Price is very reasonable for the amount of food that was provided. I am looking forward to work with Cindy again at other events!

I cannot say enough good things about the amazing job Cindy did in our special day! She was very easy to work with, punctual, thoughtful, and professional! The food was really wonderful. We got so many positive comments about the food which is rare for a wedding with 150 guests! Usually wedding food is bland and dry but all of the tenderloins and chicken were cooked perfectly! They did a great job dealing with any issues that came up through the evening such as guests who forgot what they ordered and so on! She brought a bar tending team as well who were tips certified and they were really on top of things throughout the night. They even managed to gauge the amount of alcohol needed to be put on ice which was nice since everything not iced at the end of the night we could return to our alcohol distributor for a refund! Cindy took care of so many little and big details and had a lot of great suggestions which made my DIY wedding so much less stressful such as ordering the glasses and dishes as well as renting ovens needed for the venue since my venue didn't have one! I was also so surprised the next morning when I went back to the venue to clean and found that Cindy ad her team even cleaned up a bunch of our decorations! The venue itself looked great and her team did a good job with furniture arrangements and place settings, everything looked amazing. Overall I would highly recommend catering to you for any event! They went above and beyond!
