She arrived 20 minutes early and hit the ground running! She was kind, patient, funny, social, and super sweet. She was so organized, thoughtful, and resourceful. My guests loved her. She allowed me and my husband to focus on our friends and family without having to worry about replenishing anything or cleaning up.. My fridge was full of ziplock bags and containers of leftovers, my outdoor bins filled with recyclables and trash, my kitchen clean and tidy. Drinks were always cold and stocked. She even offered to whip up some watermelon sangria should we run out of the watermelon mojito that was in a beverage dispenser. She was amazing. We could have benefited from having 2 servers as Betty suggested, but our budget didn't allow for that. Rates were competitive and reasonable. 50% deposit in advance and my credit card was charged the balance the morning after the event. No hassle, incredibly easy. He immediately came up with a fantastic menu of curated cocktails for my theme as well as a list of how much mixers and alcohol to buy based on my guest list. He was immediately responsive to me texting him with questions leading up to the party. On the day of the party he set up a gorgeous bar table. His drinks were truly phenomenal. He used fresh ingredients and they were perfectly balanced (not too sweet with the correct ratio of alcohol). All of my guests kept coming up to me to compliment the drinks (and many of my friends are snobby about their cocktails). He also made sure my husband and I had the drinks we wanted ready. Most importantly of all he was very classy and professional. He handled the wave of my friends all asking for drinks at once like a pro. At the end of the night before he left he mixed a container of drinks for the few guests still standing and organized all the bottles, cardboard, and leftover liquor so it was very easy to deal with the next day.
