Had my potential wedding planner reach out to Deb and asked her to contact me on February 1st. Never heard back. Emailed Deb again on February 6th. Never heard back. Deb finally reached out to me on February 11th. I did not respond because I had already selected another bar service company. She reached out again on February 16th. I responded saying that I would not be using their services due to their lack of response. Deb told me that the first time she received any information from me was on February 1st and she "responded immediately". February 11th does not mean "immediately", in my book. Hilariously, she finally responded to my online inquiry (from January 26th) on February 22nd. Didn't even realize that we had already spoken. This just shows their ridiculous lack of organization. Definitely will never use their services or recommend them to anyone!

From the second we arrived at the bridal suite we were pampered with fresh fruit, cheese and chilled beverages. Deb has incredible energy and was floating throughout the reception all evening keeping an eye on things and making sure everyone was well taken care of.
