The staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking the lit parking lot My room was clean. The furniture was a bit worn. My only suggestion is put kids on the 1st floor not above a single person sleeping lol. Stomping and running after 11 ouch There was breakfast but I did not have anything to eat

Bathroom ceiling paint peeling

Room had multiple areas where paint was peeling, showing floor had a large area where caulking was used as a patch and it was all coming up. The edge of the shower looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The toilet had caulking painted around as well as metal outlet covers where painted. It look like a cheap landlord make over. I stay element hotels all the time and this has to be the worst one by far

Everything about my stay was great. I arrived at 11 am after flying all night, with no sleep. I asked for an early check in, but no rooms were ready. I asked for a recommendation for breakfast close by and when I returned, the lady at the front desk had upgraded me to a 1 bedroom suite. The location had easy access to the freeway and was in a safe location

What would you say, you pay here?

Close to Hanscom AFB, so it's convenient. Nicer rooms, nice lobby with plenty areas to sit and have good wifi. Rooms are nice, if a bit cold. Exercise room and pool are nice, but you feel like you're in a fishbowl when you work out. They serve cheese and beer/wine from 5-6pm every day, that's nice. They also put on a good breakfast, so that's good. There's a Wxyz bar at the Aloft across the parking lot. They serve dinner-like food if you don't feel like going anywhere, and don't feel like ordering in. That's nice, but Wxyz doesn't have the nicest food - it will fill your pie hole, but that's about it. Foodies don't seek that place out. Make abso-effing-lutely you get the proper price quote and save that confirmation with that price. They bent me over a barrel and BF*ed me over rates one time. Once bit, twice shy. Have the confirmation with the quoted price, or bring some lube.

BED BUGS. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE TO AVOID! Traveling for a two-month work training and got put up in this hotel by my employer. It was referred by the training company and seemed to be an okay hotel. Until I woke up to bed bugs crawling on my face and all over my bed! I found bedbugs in this hotel room on Monday, July 17, after a month of being a guest already. I immediately notified the hotel staff. Unfortunately, it's been over a week and all my contaminated belongings still haven't been treated. We had been trying to communicate with GM Bob Ayers, but he has abruptly left his job as general manager. The hotel staff has no idea how to handle the problem and they have now moved my rooms four times. They had me bag up my own items (they only offered me the flimsy clear bags that come with the hotel - so I had to go out and buy my own thick black bags). They will not allow us access to our belongings in the room; however - they will NOT treat them. They are insulting and not helpful. Now, in the fourth room since the 17th - I am in a room that is under construction - there are holes in the wall, rips in the mattress, nothing works, and the toilet seat is not even attached. They have no more options for me at all. Marriott customer service has repeatedly instructed me to reach out to hotel management to address my issues and I have, but hotel management made it clear that they still are unable to find a solution. My experience has been awful and I hope that the Marriot organization understands the imperative to make this right. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Food: Perfectly cooked. Beautiful brunch buffet with very fresh selections. Would have preferred a few more traditional entree selections. Coffee wasn't very good but it's hard to serve fresh brewed coffee on days when it's so busy. Very cute and tasty desserts. Mimosas were fresh and tasty. Atmosphere: Very clean, warm, traditional New England charm. Extremely comfortable seating. Restrooms were equally clean and well kept. Value: Brunch was $300 for the two of us which included a 20% gratuity. You can't really complain about the cost when you know what you're paying beforehand. Paying staff to work Easter Sunday is expensive. Sourcing local ingredients is expensive. Using fresh ingredients is expensive. We view this experience as a one off. Glad we went but at this price it's hard to justify going back again, for Easter anyway. (Regular brunch is far less expensive.) Overall: Couldn't have been much better to be honest. But, wow, pricey for what are essentially breakfast foods.

I had a couple of questions during check-in , and he had all the answers and let me know how to smoothly recheck in if I need to. He was so accommodating to my preferences that I checked in late and so my room preferences. The gentleman that came to change the pillows only spoke French. I used my Google Translate, but it's always so cool to be able to interact in different languages. The service at this hotel is just super great. Checking into a hotel is either for business pleasure or a necessity, so for either of those reasons, you always want to have a smooth transition and then a comfortable one. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Where it's located doesn't seem like the most ideal place and you wouldn't expect it to look so nice and modern but it is it has a pool, free parking, a gym and another Marriott owned hotel across from it. There is a bar in the lobby and really is just a gorgeous hotel. I rarely hand out five stars, but if I do or when I do, it's because from beginning to end, I couldn't find one thing negative to say. So I'm always happy and ecstatic when I can get the opportunity to use all five stars. The showers are the best part. The water stays hot and gets really hot. The shower head covers your whole body. They have toiletries in the shower, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. not cheap crappy stuff, actual good stuff that smells delicious. I stand corrected. One minor dislike the heat/ AC blows really loud, and there is a way to adjust the fan speed. However, that could just be a personal thing. It may not be something that bothers someone else Oh, and don't let me forget the best part. The rate per night is super affordable. And if you have points, this is probably one of the few locations close to Boston that's under $22,000 points. I'm sure the rate also depends on the availability and rate. Conveniently located close to I-95 & route 2. It's actually right outside the parking lot

To be completely honest, I was a…read morelittle naive about what the B&B experience would be, and was worried about putting my director & producer up at a place that might not meet their standards - But let me tell you, I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! The rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Everything you would expect from a high-end hotel, and more! My personal favorite was the array of products in the bathroom. Not the standard, tiny, generic 'hotel-shampoos'... No, these were full-sized, well-made products! It felt like home - that is, if my bathroom at home was much cleaner, more elegant & spa-like. The Inn-keepers, Marilyn & Gregory were nothing short of fantastic. They were knowledgable about the area, and super friendly - but have perfected the art of being helpful without smothering their guests, as can be a inconvenience for some travelers. They made us feel incredibly taken care of, helped us with dinner reservations, informed us of the history on the area in an engaging way... the genuinely full package. Any time I had a question, I knew where to turn. Now on to what I miss the most... The breakfast. I arrived super early in the morning on my first day. Marilyn settled me into my room, and told me I was welcome to come out for breakfast at 8.30. When I left my room, I expected the standard selection of cereal, english muffins, and orange juice. Not at the Hawthorne Inn! Instead I walked out to a beautifully set family style dining table, where Marilyn & Greg served the other guests and I a delicious, holiday-worthy 3 course meal. For the calorie conscious traveler, I'll assure you, it was healthy and light and fresh. Granola, customized omelets, fruit, toast etc... They even respected & remembered people's dietary wishes and, without hesitation accommodated the vegetarians, etc. I mentioned in passing that I was allergic to egg yolks on the very first morning, and every breakfast following that one, they made my plates individually catered sans egg yolks without me even asking - even the french toast. My own mother doesn't even remember to do that. We were on a weird schedule, and rudely rolled out of our beds later than the scheduled 8.30am on most mornings. At most places you'd be out of luck, and left to fend for yourself, but they still somehow managed to get all of us fed each morning without any sign of annoyance. It goes without saying that my colleagues and I really enjoyed our stay there. I for one, was genuinely sad to leave and have to come back to my breakfast-less, less home-y apartment in Los Angeles. Thanks again to both of you. I look forward to having another excuse to travel back to Concord & stay at the Inn. Carmela Makela

The staff was friendly and kindly accommodated our late check out request even though we didn't need to use it in the end. The check out hour for noon is also decent and not rushed like other hotels that have a 10:00 am check out. And there are many cafes and restaurants and shopping around. So they are very convenient. And it is close by the Boston down town. A 20 Minute drive. I also saw that they had a shuttle, so that must be a very convenient way to get down town! They also had a kiosk next to the check in which was open 24 hours. This helped us as we were back at midnight every night and therefore missed out on dinner. Would definitely stay here again if we are back this way!

No issues because its quiet. I was tired and washed up, prepared clothing and notes for next day business meeting and went to sleep and off to work next morning. Upon return after long day and dinner out with colleagues, I washed up and checked email and went to bed by 10PM EST. At 1100 PM EST I wake up to go to bathroom and came out and sat by desk near window to check my laptop for emails. Then, the unimaginable happened as I glanced over to the hallway floor leading to room entry door and first unused bed, "I clearly saw a mouse run from the bed to the refrigerator" . At that point, I immediately put on pants shoes jacket and packed everything in my bag which was fortunately off the floor on the stand. I rushed downstairs with clothes and baggage in hand. And I then informed the desk staff women of a mouse in my room #326 and want a new room. The desk staff women gave me a different second floor room at the opposite end of building all clean and noticeably cleaner carpet. I explained there is a mouse in that room 326 next to the laundry room I noticed in the morning that the maintenance closet next to 326 had some wall hole damage that people notice when that closet door is open for housekeeping. I was able to sleep through the night in my new second floor room for two more nights but, my stay at Hilton Garden Inn has now changed my perception of this location. I did not hear of any corrective fix by the staff at the desk the following morning or night, which is one of the reasons I needed to write this un acceptable experience. Secondly after staying at this hotel last month, I was surprised to find the paid breakfast that comes with my reservation was no longer unlimited morning self serve breakfast, but even with the breakfast voucher that comes with paid breakfast hotel reservation, the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington MA is limiting hotel guest s to only one selection of breakfast and unlimited coffee and or water. And the hotel encourages tipping the hard working food servers which is not a concern since food servers deserve a tip during these hard economy times.. Limiting what i can eat from a variety of choices in the breakfast buffet was disappointing compared to all the other hotels in the vicinity.. But again, its that mouse in room 326 that I will need to overcome the un acceptable experience. It won't be until I personally see evidence of corrective action by professional pest removal service at the Hilton Garden Inn Burlington, MA showing evidence of a pest removal that will ever make me feel comfortable about ever returning. Unfortunate experience for me, but even more unfortunate for the Hilton Garden Inn, Burlington MA should they do nothing about this concern.
