Several months ago, I placed an order and it took almost 2 weeks to get delivered. I got an email confirmation of the shipping address and amount charged, but not what was coming and there was no tracking. It didn't even tell me when to expect my order (the site didn't offer that info either). We got what we ordered and they worked out just fine. Based on my recent order, I think they got lucky.
8 days ago I needed to restock my mom's supply since it helped her quit smoking cigarettes. I went to the site and she asked me about getting e-liquid for a vaporizer I'd given her to try and to check the disposables. Many of the products on the site do not list the nicotine content. I sent them a "contact us" message on the site and called the 800 number and got no response. I placed the order for the e-cig cartridges since those did show nicotine content.
When I got the confirmation email, I noticed that I, or they, mixed up the shipping and billing information. I called and left a message. Then I sent a "contact us" message through the website. Then I tried to message their page on Facebook. Then I tried responding to the confirmation email which also went to their customer service email address (the only one I have for them). 8 days later I had called a dozen times and sent several messages through the other means. No response. I got my package today and the order was wrong.
They added an extra box (i'm guessing because they knew the order was wrong), but that's not going to fly. This company has no customer service whatsoever. There are thousands of companies online and in-store where you can buy products and return them if you are dissatisfied. I have never made a purchase from a company that didn't have some kind of customer resolution.
I was going to reverse the charge on my card, but we ordered 4 boxes for 3 different people and all of them need it. I will never do business with Elektro again. If you want to give business to a company that shuns its customers, this is the company for you. read more
