They were one of the few places I found that carried prefabricated quartz countertops within my budget. That's where the positive experience ended though. The countertops that came in looked like a watered down version of the floor sample, much more plain and washed out. I understand these are manufactured items and won't be identical, but they should still be in the same range as what is displayed. We even reordered with a different style, thinking that might solve the issue, but the second set had the same problem. After two failed attempts, I tried to cancel the order altogether. The items never left the facility, but Bodega would not allow a return. My contractor even tried to convert the order into store credit to use for another client, and that request was also refused. Customer service only added to the frustration. I came in right at opening one day because I needed to get in and out quickly before work. Despite that, I was passed over while staff handled a large tile delivery, which could have easily been done before opening or at a less busy time. I understand waiting my turn, but this felt poorly managed and inconsiderate, and it nearly made me late. Overall, this was a disappointing experience on multiple levels. Between the product issues, lack of flexibility, and poor service, I would not recommend coming here.

We found tile that we liked for three bathrooms and started the search for locations to purchase the tile. Well, daunting cannot even begin to describe the task of driving all over town, seeking our desired tile. We visited almost every tile store in town, we live in LA but could not find what we were looking for (man, traffic sure is a b*tch at all hours of the day). So, we decided to visit "tile/stone row" on S. State College Blvd., in Anaheim. Should definitely have done this from the getgo but we didn't want to deal with the traffic on the way over there. Well, we went early on a Saturday morning and voilá, we found our tile in a few tile stores. Prices were different at each store. But the widest selection and definitely the best prices were found at this store. Sam Vasquez was absolutely awesome. He is knowledgeable and gave us the best pricing. We will be returning for kitchen and laundry room tile very soon. Oh, AND, they have a great selection of wood flooring too. We had already purchased our flooring elsewhere for a great price and we found the exact same flooring here at a similar price. We highly recommend Strictly Stones for your flooring needs. Cheers!

We had converted a plain tv wall in one of our living areas into a tiled modern tv wall with an electric fireplace, mantle and hearth and surround lights. The workmanship is something to rave about. We had asked for 45-degree cut (mid-way through the job) on the tile instead of inserting those unsightly metal fillers on the corners. This is a very time consuming job due to this angled cut but these guys obliged without any qualms, and it came out wonderful! Both the mantle and hearth were custom built and stained beautifully. The contractors were always on time and worked a full day. They certainly did not try to juggle different projects at the same time. In just a little over a week, the job was completed. It was virtually stress-free. We highly recommend them. Go forth with full confidence. We'll return again soon for our next projects.
