It was the weirdest pedicure I ever had. First of all he doesn't soak your feet right away. He does it way after he drumels your nails and clips the cuticles and puts the scrub on your legs. No scrub went on my feet. No mask went on my feet. Everything was on the legs and the massage was only on the legs not the feet and when he filed my nails, the big toe was on a slant and the water was not hot. I paid with a credit card and it did not give me an option to leave a tip so I just walked out with no tip given he didn't seem to care. He never got me out of the chair or took those little things out of my toes and helped me get my sandals on I did everything myself. I will probably never go back there. read more

Today I did the deluxe pedicure/regular manicure. The pedicure included, extra 5 minute massage (Nin set the timer so I know I got all 5 minutes extra, haha) leg scub, leg mask, orange citrus rub (he used real orange and squeezed the juice on my legs and feet and rubbed in the pulp. Not sure what that did, but the sensory of it was great. Both smell and feel) it also included callus remover and extra foot scrub. The pedicure by Nin was excellent and worth the extra money to upgrade to the deluxe. $63 total cost. The mani was really nice by Michael and he did a great job. The nail shaping was perfect. He took his time and really gave my cuticles extra attention. He was not rough nor did it feel rushed. My only complaint is he did the arm and hand massage AFTER he put on the clear polish so the massage felt kind of half hearted. Not much attention to the hands, but I'm sure that was because I had wet paint on my fingers. Next time I'll make sure the massage is BEFORE the paint job. Other than that this was an excellent experience and I recommend this place 100%. read more

If I could rate this place a zero I would, i'm so disappointed and frustrated with my experience and most of all with my nails. I do not recommend this place to anyone, this place is really scamming people with their outrageous prices, as you can notice when you walk in prices are not posted and it's really just for them to see and make up a price. This was my first time here and last. For a simple black acrylic french tip set with a simple dot design they wanted to charge me 80$!! The nail tech was Ti Vo and I gave him 2 different design options in case the main design i wanted was too difficult as I know some nail techs struggle with designs, as he was prepping my nails there was two ladies next to me and I was curious to see how much their nail sets were mind you they had really long acrylic nail sets with diamonds, glitter and 3d nail designs... they we're charging them 90$.... And they were trying to charge me 80$ for a simple set. I then confronted them to let them know how I think the pricing was unfair, I am a licensed cosmetologist and I do understand the quality and time for the work but this was just not right and they definitely take advantage of the prices, I found it rude that they all got defensive and were saying that it's a lot of detail and work but this was not quality work nor was the experience pleasant for me to pay 80$ I ended up just not asking for design and just stayed with a basic black french tip and they bumped it down to $60... I don't mind spending that kind of money on nails but i expect quality work I have gone to other salons that have done a way better job for fair prices. As a cosmetologist I can tell you the place isn't sanitary and they are definitely not following OSHA regulations. My nail tech also started filing not my nails but my fingers and skin because he got acrylic on my skin they were pretty rough It also wasn't a new file it was used so that was unpleasant, I noticed they would stop and take smoke breaks WHILE WORKING ON A CLIENT. The lady next to me had been there FOR 3 HOURS! For a acrylic set and the ended not even being able to complete the style and design she wanted. I'm not one to leave reviews but i'm super frustrated with this salon and the service was awful. read more

My regular friend was not able to do my nails this week and went to Yelp for high-rating salons, never me. It suggested this salon had good reviews and said people were amicable. Ratings, we're right! Everyone was friendly and helped me pick colors for my fill. I did not catch the gentleman's name that was doing my nails. He was friendly, but he was very rough, and I kept telling him that the drill was burning my nails and it was hurting me. I told him over and over again. I never apologized. Kept on. Before I sat down, I showed him two pictures of my past nails as to shape and length. As he worked, I noticed it was not how I had asked him. I think that there was a language barrier. I could not understand him, nor he could not understand me. One of his co-workers stood up, and I explained what I wanted. My experience was starting to turn. Minutes later, I saw he was not doing the shape I wanted. I waited a min to look better. But he got rougher with my nails. I informed him that he was too harsh... I said at this point, I am not going to be happy... They were so thick and crooked. I asked to have someone else do my nails. A lady came up, and I told her I had been trying to describe how I like my nails and showed him pictures and still not going in the direction I desired. In addition, he was too rough, and I did not want my nails. I toldbthembibwas not happy Ohio Ohio and they said I did not have to pay, so I left. In my frustration I did not take a picture to show, I ended up at a nearby salon and they were able to fix his errors. I do not recommend the guy in station 1. read more

Today was my first and my last visit to this nail salon. I had an appt for a pink & white fill and a pedicure. My pedicure experience was great. However, my experience concerning my nails was terrible. The young man who attended me was not only unprofessional, he didn't do what I asked and was disagreeable. First, he slowly shuffled around in his slippers, he expected me to accommodate his comfort by pulling my arm over the table so my hand could rest on his leg as he sat sideways with his leg crossed. He only intended to fill in the pink and when I asked about the white fill he kept insisting that he would do the white with white gel polish. I told him that I had come in for a pink & white fill and that is what I wanted. He made a face as he prepared to do what I asked. I also told him that I like my nails slighly curved but he insisted that it can't be done on a fill. I ended up with flat nails. This young man also kept staring at an attractive young lady that came in when he should have been focused on his customer. read more

Very nice guy and while it took longer than I had expected it would take my nails have never looked better. He took his time and it shows. I will definitely be going back to get my nails done again. KATHY always does such a great job! I started going to her when my nails were so short and ugly, and now my nails are so beautiful! Idk what she puts on them, but they grow strong and long. The gel manicures actually do last! The gel doesn't chip off or anything, I end up going to her every 3-4 weeks and that's only because my nails grow a lot. Never coming back here again. I last went about 2 months ago, Tom was doing my nails - he made 3 of my fingers BLEED, dipped into my open wounds with an antibiotic stick that I'm sure he has done with other customers as well, and still charged me full price. TERRIBLE. He literally cleaned his cuticle clippers with rubbing alcohol spray. The nail filer he used that cut into my skin looks like it had been used for at least tens, if not hundreds, of customers before me. If I hadn't have told him to discard the nail file that broke into my skin, I'm sure he would have kept using it on other clients after me. They definitely need to be reported to the state or the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, because there is no way they are actually following protocol for sanitation. Their prices also aren't reflected anywhere, which is misrepresention of advertising, and hence they are able charge each customer differently however they want. For a basic gel acrylic fill they charged me $45!!! Not even any design or special colors. And I know they don't charge all customers that rate. Also, when you have a problem, they 100% pretend to not understand English. I repeated to him at least 20 times 20 different ways that I was not comfortable with him putting a used antibiotic stick into my open wound. He kept looking confused like I was speaking some otherworldly language and responding totally irrelevant one-word responses. Please don't waste your time going here and giving them business until they actually get audited and shape up. read more

My GF was at this place today. She said this is by far her worst experience she has ever had at a nail salon. Maria made her pedicure made her feel uncomfortable hitting her feet several times and insisted I get Gel and when it came to her polish see seemed so disinterested in her job and didnt even have the polish I wanted. My daughter got her nails done here for prom, and not only was it expensive and a legal robbery, the shaping was terrible and the employee who did her nails was extremely rude and careless. I hadn't gotten my nails done for 2 months, I've been going through a divorce, promotion, and move. A nail tech (with a dirty Gucci mask) at elegant nails saw me right away. When I told her I only want a manicure, she seemed pissed. Then she showed my nails to another tech while speaking in another language. Yes, I'm only getting a manicure...I want something low maintenance so I don't have to keep going back to the salon. Yes, the gel on my nails has grown out...a lot. However, this behavior is unwelcoming made me feel so uncomfortable. She proceeded to use the blue light to dry my nail polish. I was confused but went with it. I left the salon and before I drove away in my car, there were blemishes on every nail from not having properly dried. I went back inside the salon to have them fixed...I kid you not the nail tech started yelling. I shouldn't have let her fix them. At that point, I just wanted to leave the salon. This whole thing took an hour...for a manicure. I wanted to feel relaxed after work, divorce, and moving. This was literally the most uncomfortable experience I've had. read more

Worst experience ever. I should have read the reviews. Went to just have my gel nail polish taken off. I walked in. The first person had dirty nails and an open cut on his finger and didn't wear gloves.I should have left then but I needed my nail polish taken off. He used a machine to dig deep and made lines across my nails. I told him I didn't have acrylics and wondered why he was doing that. Soaked my nails and then placed " gel remover " substance over my nails. I could feel my nails burning. I told them this. They passed me on to someone else who then used a machine to take the polish off and it started to burn my real nails. Now I start crying I was in that much pain. Another person comes and starts filing them down hard.I left with my nails so soft and brittle. Day 2 my nails are destroyed. They are so sensitive and they hurt. I have never had this experience ever in my life. Now I can't wear nail polish until my nails heal. I can't even hold a pen or type. If by day 3 I'm not better, I will definitely see a doctor. This is not normal. I'm praying I don't get an infection. Stay away!! read more

I had a coupon that I got in the mail for a mani/ pedi for $26 so I figured I'd give this place a try. I had some nail art done (and my eyebrows waxed) so naturally, that cost a extra but not much!
