After going to Permatech for years for my eyebrows - and being a satisfied customer, I recently returned for a touch-up after about 1 1/2 years due to the COVID pandemic. I was very surprised to find that staff had not been vaccinated! It is very hard for me to understand why a permanent make-up place with such close contact to its customers, a lot of whom would be older, would not want to ensure that all staff is vaccinated to avoid any risk of infecting its customers. Shayla Harper esthetician is horrible! Not a good business woman. Impossible to reach by phone and when you finally make an apoint with her, she cancels or postpone the apoint. She expects clients to accommodate her but she's not willing to accommodate her clients. She's extremely rude, unreliable and doesn't know how to treat her clients. She doesn't follow up on appointments she herself postponed and than argues, lies and yell @ clients. Absolutely don't recommend her.
