Michelle is fully committed to making you as comfortable as possible in this space- there is a comfy, warm, supportive bed (with ergonomic pillows for your knees) and the room is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Michelle's expertise really speaks for itself! She took care to make extractions as quick and as painless as possible but really spent the time to work in the cleansers and treatments and was so knowledgeable about what I needed with just a quick analysis. You can tell she is so focused on technique- I have a lot of facial and jaw tension and it just melts away during my facial.
