On a sidenote, the man who was there, for the first 30 minutes of the foot massage part, was so loud clearing his throat, clearing his sinuses, opening candy wrappers, etc It was so distracting and disruptive when I'm trying to relax during massage, but luckily eventually stopped, but if you're the only one there at 9 o'clock at night and someone's eating candy with loud wrappers and clearing their throat, it's not a good vibe for the people paying money to be in a relaxing environment. I do not know if they have good massage techniques or if the facility beyond the front desk is nice or relaxing. But I will never return because they do not honor appointments.

I had the most amazing and relaxing experience with Michelle at Serenity Spa and Wellness! I actually told her during my appointment that she needs to train other estheticians on her technique and expand her business because what she does is truly unique. One of my favorite things about her facials is how much time she spends massaging and working the facial muscles. It feels incredible, but more importantly, I can genuinely see and feel a difference in my skin afterward. My family has even noticed! They've asked me if I'm using new skincare products or doing something different because my skin looks so good. I think we're all looking for that rare service provider who offers amazing quality and results at a reasonable price, and Michelle is absolutely that person. It would be very hard to top her combination of technique, products, attention to detail, and results. The entire experience is also incredibly relaxing. Her space has a beautiful, calming boho feel, she plays peaceful music, offers delicious tea, and throughout the facial she periodically has you inhale these amazing-smelling essential oils. It's such a small touch, but it makes the whole experience feel even more luxurious and intentional. I can't recommend Michelle enough. Every visit is special in different ways. She does a really good job at keeping ambiance calm and peaceful from start to finish. Finding the building is super easy to find as well as the studio. The minute you walk in you are greeted with a small waiting area that starts the process with an intake form, crystals and some products. Once you enter the treatment area the lights are dimmed, music is playing, tea was offered to me. The part of the actual facial left me speechless partly because I was so relaxed I feel asleep. I had a not so great facial experience at another salon a few weeks before seeing her. Nothing horrible, but the esthetician definitely seemed inexperienced and was wearing gloves the entire time. I felt like I was at a doctors appointment. Not relaxing at all. And somehow my skin actually felt drier afterward. I went in specifically to help the dryness on my face and it felt like a complete waste of my time and money. Seeing Marci was the complete opposite experience. I actually called her after my disappointing appointment elsewhere, and she spent so much time on the phone answering all my questions. It was immediately obvious she has decades of experience and really knows what she's doing. She's also absolutely beautiful, has such a warm personality, and is genuinely fun to talk to. I also did the pressotherapy massage on my legs with her, to help with contouring/skin sagging and that was absolutely amazing as well. It felt so relaxing and the 30 minute treatment is equivalent to the same amount of circulation as walking 9 miles, which is so cool! The facial itself was SO relaxing I almost fell asleep a few times. The whole space felt so cozy and comfortable, and she made me feel completely at ease. Most importantly, she knew exactly how to treat the dryness and dehydration in my skin. I left glowing, and even today my skin still looks unbelievably fresh and radiant. I'm usually uncomfortable leaving the house without makeup, but my skin looked so good this morning that I didn't even feel like I needed any. When I dropped my daughter off at school this morning, her teacher actually stopped me and asked if I had done something different because I looked amazing. I told her all about my facial with Marci and gave her Marci's phone number. I really was not expecting the results to be this dramatic. I've already booked her for the next two months and I plan on returning every month to keep my skin looking amazing. I'd also like to point out that there was ample parking available, and I was able to park right by her salon. Thank you so much Marci!!!
