I can't even begin to tell you how "perfect" my experience was! I've been investigating micro artists for over a year and finally decided on BreAnna! She was so so professional and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable, I trusted her right away. First she talked me through the process and asked questions about my expectations/wants/needs, then created an outline on my face, asked me for my stamp of approval, numbed me and then started microblading. I got her combo service so it included shading as well since I love the bold brow Look! I was warned by so many people that it was super painful, but to my surprise, it was not. I have always been so insecure about my eyebrows and frustrated about how long it would take me to fix them up with makeup. Bre is the bee's knees. I had my first microblading with her done a year ago and just received my one year touch up. I haven't worn eyebrow makeup in a year because of her skill. I literally just pluck around my microblading and maybe have my brows threaded around it for special occasions. I barely wear anything but tinted sunscreen, mascara and lip balm because these brows frame my face so beautifully. I totally over plucked my brows in the 90's and thanks to Bre I look decent again without brow products. Not only this, but she's just really freaking nice. Horrible, awful, absolute RIP OFF. I made an appointment with Breanna. I did not notice a disclaimer that I was to submit a photo of my eyebrows if I had ever had them previously microbladed so I didn't! I paid a $100 deposit to secure my appointment (which is tacky af but I was referred by someone whose eyebrows I liked so did it). When I arrived I waited about 20 minutes before anybody even greeted me. Then I was told that I did not submit a picture. Then this woman (Breanna) brings a mirror and a light and stares into my face like I'm some kind of freak of nature. She then mutters something about not being able to microblade my eyebrows because they were previously done 3 years before. Then she called her coworker over to also stare at me as if I'm a freak of nature. They both said no they couldn't help me. And she said she was keeping my deposit. I emailed her after and said I could not afford to throw away $100. She argued. I had so much going on in my life (my mom had just died and I have two daughters) and just could not fight. I should have disputed the charge as fraud with bank but just didn't have the energy at the time. I found another microblading salon and they were happy to help me and said the only reason this particular place would not is because they most likely didn't have the skills required and we're not qualified enough. So if you get microblading once in your lifetime no one else can ever help you again? Tattoo artists do coverups all the time. This was nonsense. Obviously she didn't know how to work over previous work. To clarify, I am not a freak of nature, I'm attractive, and my eyebrows look legit. I also drove from Studio City to Thousand Oaks for this waste of time appointment. Waste of money. No class. No talent. Go somewhere else!! Not a "Perfect 10!" More like a PERFECT ZERO!! read more

What I most appreciated about Bianca was that she took the time to show me photos of the before and after of my lashes-- I have been getting them done for a year now, and didn't realize how much damage had been done to them by a previous lash artist in another state not removing the outgrown lashes. Instead of putting on more extensions than my lashes could handle, telling me it looked fine and booking another appointment, Bianca was honest in explaining how we could continue with partial fills until my natural lashes are healthy again (and even partially filled, they still look a million times better). Aside from lash extensions and Microblading, Breanna is an educator, and an AMAZING one at that. I was originally trained and certified by the Microblading Academy Inc. this past June; however, training was sub par. There was so much material not covered in the course, so a lot of my information came from hours of internet research. Im very lucky that I found Breanna. At some point, I began to doubt my own abilities, but my attitude really turned around after our one day training course. For more than 8 hours, we discussed stroke placement, color theories, pigments, basically anything and everything. I have had lash extensions for over two years as have many friends who go to various technicians in Ventura County. We all have standing appointments between two and four weeks for fills simply because we want bad ass lashes.
