I have been coming here for a few years now it's my local salon. I have never had issues customer service is always great sometimes there's a little bit of a wait but I'm always satisfied with both my manicure and my pedicure. Compared to other salons they are a bit pricey are but for me it's the convenience of being so close to home. I all the workers are very helpful friendly and accommodating. Let me say that I will never, in my life, do business with this place. The owner clearly does not fully grasp how her affiliation or contract with Groupon/BeautyNow works. Let me say to all who read this; if you use a promotional code to get a discount on services through your bookings via Groupon/BeautyNow, that is none of the salon/spa's business. It matters not if you received an extra discount or used a credit. The stay in your lane/mind your business/tend to yours concept is completely lost on so many business owners when it comes to Groupon customers using promotional codes for additional discounts. First, I was booked at the wrong location. I booked for a completely separate salon; one that was a 7 minute drive from my home. Instead, I noticed a confirmation email for a salon I did not book for. For a neighborhood I would rather not go to. Why go out of my way when a nearby salon had availability for the morning. So this was not my fault. The only fault that should be placed on me was not checking the confirmation email. Which I normally, religiously do. I was trying to do last minute Maid of Honor duties as my sister is getting married TOMORROW and got caught up with that. The PENDING appt. in my app specifically said the location I CHOSE. So I didn't feel the need to worry. Clearly I was wrong. Once I realized the confirmation email has me booked for a completely different salon, that I never selected, I immediately phoned said salon, Elegant Nails. I explained to them I have been erroneously booked for them for a 10 am No Chip Mani-Pedi. Second, the lady I spoke with, which I am assuming is the owner, confirmed she had a booking for me at 10am as I had given her my last name. She confirmed Groupon called her the night before and squared it away. Since I have money pending, awaiting to post for this booking and I have already used a promotional code that was a one time use, despite the fact that I am now late, I asked if I could still be seen and she said yes. Only once she was told how much I paid for the Groupon (which again was not her business and very inappropriate to ask), did she flat out lie and say she has no booking for me for a no chip mani pedi; only a mani-pedi. She doesn't charge $40 for no chip mani-pedis. I explained to her repeatedly that the service was listed at $60. I used a code to get $20 off and I paid $40 for a NO CHIP MANI-PEDI. It's confirmed in my app, erroneous or otherwise, it's there. What I pay has nothing to do with her accepting my booking since technically, although again, this was not the place I chose, the booking was already made. Then she flat out lied AGAIN and said she had no booking for me whatsoever and that I need to call Groupon and get my money back. So that's exactly what I did. Do not waste your time coming here. Before I even reviewed this business, they were at 2.5 stars. Hmm. I wonder why. Horrible customer service from the owner. Know how your deal with Groupon/BeautyNow works. She wanted me to pay her directly when I arrived for a service I was already being charged for through Groupon! Not going to happen. You have lost a customer for life. Myself, my friends and family, we love getting our nails and eyebrows done and guess who they are all now crossing off their lists of businesses to frequent for such services? You. read more

Went there for the first time today after hearing only good things and I really like the place. Very nice inside, good staff, not busy at all, and were gentle with my nails. They false advertise because I walked into the salon today for a pedicure and full set and they sent me a coupon and it said NOTHING about not being able to use it on "sundays" but the lady said the boss forgot to type it in. I did not like they tried selling you more services that you didn't want and then besides that they didn't even do a good job. Besides that they did something on my nails that I didn't want and still charged me for it. My nails came out streaky and not shiny at all. Even if you have an appointment, you will be waiting. I have tried this place a few times, always hoping for a different experience since it's in walking distance to my home. Whenever, I have made an appointment, I've waited 15 minutes or more. Currently waiting 25 min. Places are booked due to Covid or I would go elsewhere. Even tried while waiting to be taken for my set appointment. They also are setting customers (who aren't together) next to each other. They will acknowledge they know you are waiting by trying not to make eye contact with you. They base pedicures on time (basic is 25 min, deluxe 45 min) make sure to time them. They walk away so many times to take care of other customers while with you. Not a relaxing experience or good customer service. They will also tell you that basic pedicure uses cheaper products like lotion & scrub, trying to up sell you. read more

I have been going to this place for years. The staff including the owners are very rude. They do not even greet me when I walk in, being that I am a regular customer there. I feel my business is not appreciated. I continue to go there mainly because I used to love the way Jade did my nails and because it is close to my house. These past few times I have been there, my pedicure chips in one day and it looks dull. It looks like she doesn't put the top coat on. I have had many bad experiences here but I continued to give them a chance, but NO MORE!!! I really have to find another place in the neighborhood to get my nails done. Somewhere where my business is appreciated. I get my nails done religiously every 2 weeks. I have been to this salon 3 times in the past few months. Twice I was taken care of by a man and the other time a nice lady. The man was rude, pushing my arms away instead of telling me that he was done with that hand. His work was not bad so I tipped nicely. The second time I had a lady to fill in my set. She worked tediously and meticulously which I appreciated. I was going to request her in the future but then when I left I notice the tips of my nails weren't covered and the side of my thumb was chipped the same day. Finally the last time I went, I wanted them to remove my current full set and do a new one. I was in a wedding that weekend and wanted clean, fresh nails. I got the rude man again. Instead of soaking my nails and taking time to take them off correctly. He used an acrylic nail to chisel between the acrylic and my actual nail. I was visibly cringing and the pain was awful. He had the audacity to charge me $15 for this torture. I expected to pay for the removal, but I assumed that would be with the acetone and foil wraps. I guess he didn't want to take the time to treat my nails right. They were throbbing for the next 24 hours. 3 strikes -- I will not be back. read more

Not terrible, not great. My mom and I came here for a manicure/pedicure on Labor Day. Was happy to see that they were open and not busy. It looks like the inside is having an identity crisis. The manicure stations look pretty dated and the pedicure section looks recently redone. Manicure/pedicure was $35/pp, which is A-ok in my book. Pedicure was alright- nails look good, leg massage was just long enough, but they did no work on calluses (which is one of the main reasons people get pedicures isn't it??). Manicure was alright. Usually do my own and will probably continue to in the future. I will say my polish lasted about 3 days before it started chipping, which is about average for how long mine have lasted in the past. read more

The owner, who mainly does the eyebrows, was having a conversation with the rest of the employees while doing my eyebrows. The 1st incident was , I went in with my 7 year old daughter and her friend I wanted a fill-in and the girls there nails painted. They totally disregarded us and took other clients so I told the girls lets go they obviously don't want are money. Second incident they charge my little 13 year old cousin 40 dollars for a full set when I told them just a regular full set but instead they give her the most expensive since she does not know better, they shld have asked me!
