The salon is really cute and cozy with a tv, it reminds me of the salons I used to go to growing up. Henry helped me with my services, he was really quick and professional. I had a gel x set and he did it in a way that didn't damage my natural nail and was really gentle with the removal. He was really fast as well. He kept checking in with me to see if he was applying to much pressure, which he didn't! I asked for a nude gel mani, which he provided as well. The color he chose was one of the best choices, usually the nudes have too much of a pink undertone, but this one was a great choice. I was in and out in under an hour for both services. I had a really disappointing experience here and would not recommend this salon based on how my appointment was handled. I originally had an appointment scheduled for the next day, but they said they could fit me in the same day, which I appreciated. However, once I arrived, things quickly went downhill. I was seated for a pedicure and had part of my manicure started and pedicure quickly painted, but the main worker left for a meeting without any clear communication or handoff. I had an assistant do a little bit of work after that before she left as well. After that, I was left sitting in a different chair for about 45 minutes with no explanation and no one continuing my service. I even texted her and asked if she would be coming back to finish my nails and she didn't answer. After a while, I was the only client in there and a different man finally started working on me after getting no help for quite a while with unfinished nails, and it was extremely uncomfortable just sitting there not knowing what was going on. This is an expensive service and this is not how you treat a client. Eventually, the other worker finished my nails, but by then it was late and the service felt rushed. I had been there for almost 3 hours. The final result was messy and not up to standard, which was really frustrating given the price I paid. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability afterward. When I reached out, I was only offered a redo service, even after explaining that I was uncomfortable returning due to the experience. There was no willingness to offer even a partial refund despite the fact that the service was clearly not completed properly. She told me she was "being nice" by offering a redo. This wasn't just about not liking the result -- it was about being left unattended for a long period of time and receiving a rushed, incomplete service. Unfortunately, I had a sub par experience today. I was excited for my regular mani/pedi (no gel, etc). appointment and this was my first time here. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 4:30 appt and was seen at 4:40. I was seated in the pedicure chair and an older woman did my pedicure. When it was time for the manicure, I thought I was going to sit in a proper manicure seat, but all three were taken. The woman ended up doing my manicure standing while I was still in the pedicure seat. I sat there for two hours in that uncomfortable position, with my feet up on the foot rest leaning forward for her to work on my hands. After putting the first clear coat on, she asked if I wanted to pay, so it was easier. I obliged with a nice tip. However, while I was getting my wallet, it smeared the clear coat, but she said it would not matter. The white tips weren't ideal and she redid some of them, but I was mentally over it and just wanted to leave. She also cut my finger during the cuticle part and it bled. She sprayed something from a small spray bottle on my nails and it got on my face/mouth. After everything was painted, she asked me to get up and sit at one of the now empty manicure seats to dry my nails. I had my purse and jacket on my lap and as careful as I was, it still smeared the polish a bit. Anyways, I go to sit and put my hands under the cold air fan and 11 min later, she thinks they are dry and says I'm done. It was 6:30, their closing time. $84 later I get to my car and just getting my keys and putting on my seat let, my nails look like the photos. I was not happy, but I couldn't go back b/c they were closed. read more

When I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted by the owner, I was given a wait time (that turned out to be very accurate), and quickly seated at a massage chair to wait with my feet in the warm sudsy water. I played around with the chair's settings while I waited, and time sped by. Even though the shop was pretty busy, I never felt like the workers rushed; they took time and care for both my hands and feet, even when more people started filtering through the doors (who were also enthusiastically greeted). My mani/pedi was beautifully and meticulously done, with no room for imperfection. I'm super happy with it!!! And the overall experience itself was amazing, too, with the lounging chair, the foot scrub and massage, and the peaceful soundtrack they had playing inside. I come here for my gel French pedicure quite literally every time, even though I now live an hour away. Cindy and Henry (the owners) are so kind and attentive, and my pedicure lasts as long as I can let my nails grow out until I have to trim them-finally. Usually at least a month and a half or two months. They do an absolutely fantastic job, the pedicure holds up through all outdoor activity,even in the sand.
