If you're going there for a simple gel manicure/pedicure it seemed like they knew what they were doing. If you're looking to get a fill/full of acrylics or tips I would NOT recommend. When I got there the staff was not completely welcoming, possibly because I'm not a regular (not a good way to gain loyal costumers). I started off with one lady, she put on the tips. One of the tips were completely crooked and when I put my hands under the light to cure my nails BURNED like nothing I've ever experienced (I've been getting my nails done consistently for over 7 years). First Lady did not fix the crooked tip, and then passed me onto the Second Lady to finish. I showed multiple pictures and consistently told her how I wanted my nails shaped because she didn't listen the first time when I politely said I wanted them coffin. She kept on making the almond even after the 4th time I said something. Second Lady then passed me back over to the First Lady to fix the shaping and I lost half the length I originally wanted due to her having to do filing. Shape still did not turn out the way I wanted but at this point I said thank you and let it be because I felt as if they were getting annoyed with me. I was then passed on to a third lady to finish putting on my gel color and I had color on my actual skin that was not taken off. After all that I then get to the counter to pay and was charged $90. Absurdly overpriced to begin with, but unacceptable considering the work that was done.

It was a very cute store, they had free beverages and plenty of examples on show. These nails also seemed slightly expensive, I asked around my friends on how much their nails were and most of them got them done for 40-50$ but mine were a bit under 80$ which at first I thought was normal but now I feel was a bit too much money for the quality I got, one of my nails already fell off while I was writing and it hurts a lot! The nails itself came out really good, except it didn't feel too great seeing as some of them didn't fit right and felt crooked. I also asked for more natural nails but these felt very flat, and this shape did not match the size and shape of my hands.

When I asked for a thick (and short) toenail to be filed down, someone else instructed her how to do it. Every time I have had this done, they thin it in a rounded way so nail polish can go on normally. I do it myself at home and it's not a big deal. Instead, she only thinned it in one flat back and forth motion over top so it is oddly shaped and turned out looking like this (I eventually asked her to stop since she was getting so close to the skin). I appreciate how hard and long she worked, but I much prefer the result I do myself at home for $40 + $10 tip. I guess like with anywhere, it depends on who you get assigned.
