Lee is an amazing woman who built this company from the ground up. Her nail salon is beautiful and clean. Her employees are very kind and respectful. I requested to have a Brazilian wax and Lee was professional, fast, efficient and kept me at ease. She was so sweet and gave me lotions as a gift and a thank you. Many locals go to her and I understand why! She is located next to CVS and ShopRite! I can't believe she's had this business for over eight years and her children and I went to the same local middle school and high school. She's local and has loved living in Long Valley. This place is fantastic and she's an amazing entrepreneur. She offered gel manicures, waxing and pedicures. Call in to make your next appointment! I can't wait to come back to her when I visit home! I asked for a simple design and got stickers put on instead. She didn't even get all my polish off from my last set. After a week nail polish is chipping. The shape is what I asked for but it is crooked. Too expensive also. I paid $70 for them and stickers are not worth that much. I am unhappy. read more

Disclaimer: Long post. I am a business owner. My fiancé is a business owner. As a business owner, I know the importance of customer service and the power of social media. I still feel very strongly the need to do this. I became engaged last night. My nails weren't done so I was very much excited to get a gel mani & pedi today. I looked up salons that were open today & HeavenLee Nails came up. I called and made an appointment. I arrived very happy and shared my excitement with the lady who works there. No problems. As she's putting the polish on my toe nails I am noticing it's sloppy and she's removing the excess polish with her long & bare fingernails. I didn't say anything as I figured she'll correct her work once she's done putting polish on all my toe nails. She didn't. She cured them under the UV light and I mentioned to her if she could please remove the excess polish. She starts doing so and that's when I'm paying attention and realize all my toes are very sloppy. I'm going away on vacation. I'm excited about taking photos.. I figured I needed to let her know I wasn't pleased. I kindly asked her to correct her mistakes. She got very defensive. The excuses started pouring. She claims she cut my toe nails too short, I picked the wrong polish (why wasn't this mentioned from the beginning?), she claims I was on my phone and moving the whole time. She starts cutting off the hard & cured polish off my cuticles/skin with very sharp cuticle cutters. I got very nervous and let her know I would no longer like a manicure and if she could please just finish so I can go. Again, very defensive. I didn't appreciate her tone. I'm being very calm and kind. I get frustrated and tell her to please remove the polish.. she does so and then grabs the cuticle cutters and ends up cutting me very deep on my big toe. Of course, I said "ow" and my cuticle starts bleeding. She sprays rubbing alcohol and it burned so bad. I tell her to please stop and just let me go. She gets very offended and tells me I still have to pay for my pedicure. Here's where it gets good -- she starts making these accusations that I made her nervous and stressed her out and I was on the phone the entire time talking another language and I rushed her because I had to bring my fiancé dinner home.. I tell her to please lower her tone and speak to me with respect. She continues to make threats and tries to take a picture of me because I didn't feel comfortable paying for a service where I'm walking out with a toe throbbing, in pain and leaking blood. She tells me I can't leave and she's going to call the cops. I said no problem! Call the cops! She continues to tell the dispatcher lies about what I "did" to her and I said please review your cameras and I even asked the other male worker if he heard me at any point get loud or disrespectful with her. I called the cops myself too and when they arrived I gave them my side of the story. She was adamant on getting her $30 and continued with the lies. She refused to show the tapes. I told the police offer it's not about the money but the principal of how I was treated and spoken to over her mistakes. I did pay her the $30 because yes she did service me for an hour but I have never been disrespected and accused of the way she has done to me. I walked in so happy to get my nails done and show off my ring and instead walked out shaking, humiliated, and with a bloody toe. I know everyone has different experiences and it wasn't her best day but as a business owner you should not speak to your clients in that tone and accuse them of such hurtful things. It was pure delusion on her part. I still cannot Believe that happened to me. She got her wish, I will never return to HEAVENLEE NAILS SPA. read more

Came in here for a pedicure the first time since they opened because they were offering 20% off didn't really like it. The girl that did my pedi took for ever (over 1 hour) & she kept messing up. It wasn't the best job I've had before. Decided to try it with another technician & it wasn't so bad. She did a good job & took a decent amount of time. The only down side is their foot massages aren't so great, which what I was looking for. Overall since they are offering 20% off all services prices are great. Clean place. read more

Staff is nice , but lacks attention to details . Nails were shaped weird. I expressed several nails had cracked and need some glue, was told gel would keep them from breaking . Two days later 4 nails have broken, this has never happened before after just getting a gel manicure. Also expensive for the results , wanted to give this place a chance and not go based on the reviews but definitely disappointed. Gel manicure was over $50 , which was unexpected as most places charge $35 for a gel manicure . Do not recommend and will not be back, very disappointing. read more

Don't get me wrong, the staff was very nice. But I am just confused on why everything was so expensive. Once I was rung up, and checked my account just today, I have realized that I was charged an additional six dollars and I am just very confused on why, the last time I checked, if you were to pay with a card, it should be no more than three dollars max, I feel as if I was ripped off for nail art that was not even that good, my nails look wonky and bubbly, and I am very disappointed for the amount of money that I spent for something I am not even happy to show off. read more

My first few experiences here were lovely, so lovely I brought my mother and my daughter in for services. Then one day we went in and were greeted rudely by strange faces and were rudely told they were closing yet it was only 3:30 in the afternoon and they close later in the evening. The next day we went back and more strange faces greeted us yet again and told us we needed an appointment. I never made appointments before and no where was it posted "appointments only". I am truly disgusted with this place and I DO NOT recommend coming here. The only reason I did not give a piece of my mind verbally to the rude staff is because I had my 6 year old daughter with me. This place had me in my feelings. Like KeKe in my feelings for real! My first few experiences were a-m-a-z-I-n-g! THEN things went left. Every time I walked in it was a different person at the front asking me if I had an appointment before my big toe even crossed the threshold. I'm usually the walk in type because I don't know what my days look like. When I responded no each time, I was met with the "oh, well we close at --. You should make an appointment." Maybe I'm just used to the hustle attitude that NYC nail salons have. If I'm in the door a good 40 min. before you close, I'm getting my mani/pedi. This was my favorite place to get my nails done until I went yesterday to get my nail fixed. I've never had a complaint about coming here until now!! Normally I come in and ask for Anthony or Gloria (they are the only ones who make the nails literally beautiful) but I had some younger woman who seemed as if she was just out of nail tech school and well she didn't know what she was doing. I went in because my nail broke and I just needed it fixed. It was like she didn't know how to take the acrylic off when I'm very sure thar learn that in nail tech school (correct me if I'm wrong). She was piling on acrylic as well as she pinched me with the nail clipper! It took over a half hour for her to fix ONE NAIL I REPEAT ONE NAIL!!! A half hour for that?? Yea it takes them only an hour to do a full set for me. My nail looks botched and well I loved this place until now. And they also botched my friends pedicure to. Just because this place is new and clean does not mean it's great. Pedicure was rushed, barely scrubbed my feet. I'm not sure what gel polish they're using but I'm guessing cheap. It started picking up off the sides by day 2 and a week and day later whole chunks coming off. My gel manicures always last at least 2 if not sometimes three weeks. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Came here for first time with my daughter for pedicures. Salon is clean, beautifully decorated and the young girl that did my pedicure was friendly and did an amazing pedicure! Went back for a full set of pink and white a few weeks later and Tony did that service. He was quick and did my nails very natural. Loved it! Went this morning for a pedicure, salon is very clean (it's been open about 2 months) chairs are very comfy staff maybe a little inexperienced. Tried this place for the first time today & I had a great experience. I called & they were able to accommodate me with an appointment asap. When I arrived there was no wait & they followed protocols for COVID-19 which was great. Everyone had a mask & they encouraged hand sanitizing. The salon is very clean & has a nice friendly & welcoming atmosphere. I went to LeeAnn for a gel manicure. She was very professional & personable. Horrible job by Lee! Nails not only came off the next day but they just disintegrated and broke. Then when I went back to get them fixed she had some girl who doesn't even know how to do uv gel try and fix them and she did a horrible job and then had the nerve to charge me. The owner is very friendly except they mislead you and they say they can do acrylic. I am new in the area and decided to try this nail location. I question the sanitary condition since they did not change the towel from one person to another where your hands are placed. In two days my nails started peeling and Are thin as paper. The entire time that was supposed to be relaxing I had to monitor what she was doing since she was filing them so short even though I mentioned The length. I also had to tell her that one hand should match the other so they are even. The owner saw no problem with nails on one hand being shorter than the other. It's disappointing since I actually thought this could be my new place near my new home. I usually don't do many reviews but I think it's important for other people looking to have acrylic on the nails not go here.
