Yeah no. Any…read morebusiness that manages to tick me off the way this one did gets one star. I went last week and dropped off a top that I received as a gift. It was short and showy and I was afraid it would make my breasts pop out. The lady who attended me told me it was a quick fix with bringing in the halter part. That that in itself should make it tighter and fix it. I paid $10 or so and was told to come back in a week. I went back this morning. The top was brought in all right, but the top still felt loose. I mentioned this and then they told me they'd charge me nearly $16 to get it fixed again. Nope. They should've bothered asking how I wanted things done the first time and they shouldn't be charging more the second time for something to fix. This is uncalled for. The woman didn't even seem to care about how I, the customer, wanted things to fit. I ended up taking my top and leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth. I then went to another seamstress who at least cared enough to tell me the pros and cons on whether or not this top made sense to further fix. I won't be returning to this shop. The lackadaisical attitude I received and the fact that they just seemed to care about money negated the fact they could even sow in a decent manner.

Buyer, beware! I purchased a Janome 550E embroidery machine along with an artistic digitizer. I…read morepaid cash with a promise from the owner when the machine was delivered, I would get lessons and assistance with the digitizer program. She ran in here with her husband, drop the machine off, set it up and said she had to leave because something was going on in the past regarding the holocaust and her family. I set up my computer. The machine is much more difficult than my former, and the smallest hoop was missing, which is included under normal sales. I emailed her and received a very nasty reply. I called her and all she did was yell. This let me know she was just trying to back me off because she knew she was in a corner and a fraud. She said she would be severing ties with Janome. However, her husband would still be doing the repairs at the point he was here he could barely walk, and she told me he was quite ill. It has been a long time, but I did finally call Janome and they let me know. They severed ties with her and she should not be advertising as a Janome dealer as she is no longer a Janome dealer, and should not be represented as such people beware of this woman. She's a con and does not care About anything but what benefits her she looks good on the website but in person she's a thief. I have struggled with this for over two years she put a serious dent in my sewing time. I have tried to contact her by messenger and nothing I have the names of reputable dealers in South Florida area. Tops 954-431-3552 Pam's 772-600-5455 My advice would be to choose the certified Janome dealers rather than this phony I like to look out for others, and do not like to see them taken for a ride like I was. Thank you for reading in please I am not a wealthy person and this was a great deal of money to lose. I hope it does not happen to you from this person with no integrity I see she has over 4000 followers and Facebook don't let that fool you. Just to be clear the pictures she is posting our pictures from a store she had that is closed. She no longer works out of the store. She works from home so this is more false advertising showing this woman is unscrupulous.

I am extremely disappointed with the alteration I received. I paid $20 to have my shirt sleeves…read moreshortened, and it is the worst alteration I've ever had. The sleeves are uneven, the stitching is crooked, and they used black thread on a blue shirt, making the alteration stand out even more. The quality is obvious at first glance. I've used this shop before and never had an issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, it seems the quality of their work has declined. The owner, an older woman, looked at the shirt and insisted there was nothing wrong with it. Instead of acknowledging the poor workmanship or offering to make it right, she told me that's just how I would have to accept it. I was shocked that she believed this was acceptable work. They only accept cash, which left me uneasy after this experience. To make matters worse, the owner took back my copy of the receipt, saying she needed it for her records. I've never had a business take a customer's receipt back after payment, and it made the entire interaction feel even more unprofessional. I expected a professional alteration and reasonable customer service. Instead, I left with a shirt that looks worse than before and a business that refused to stand behind its work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

I needed an alteration done to my wedding dress at the very last minute as I leave the country tomorrow morning. I searched Google, called around & ended up here. I couldn't be any happier or anymore grateful than I am! Nury worked on my dress and had it back to me by mid-day. She altered my dress to exactly how I initially wanted it done & she pressed it for me without me even having to ask. I can not for the life of me understand some of the bad reviews. Not only is she great at what she does, she is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She talked to me about life and true happiness which by her personality, you can just tell that she is truly happy. She loves what she does and she seems to be great at it as well. She has customers that have been coming to her for years, each time I came in her shop... she had a customer. She's moved shops several times as they've tried to raise her rent higher and higher in some plazas and she still manages to find a place within the same area/proximity to deliver quality work to the people. She's great. Again, i'm thankful that she was able to take the time out of her day and do very last minute alterations for me for such an important day. I think that her business deserves more of a shine and if anyone needs a tailor, she is 100% the person to go to.
