It is located in Andrews Avenue in a tiny shopping plaza. If you drive past it you have to do a U-turn to get back on it, luckily I did not miss it. The store itself is very small. it is more of an alteration place if you ask me. I saw the alteration backroom was slightly larger than where the fabrics are displayed. They do carry fabric but not a large selection. And what I saw the most were tailoring fabrics. I also saw some home Decour fabrics and a few African prints very little apparel fabric. But it is worth checking out if you are looking for suiting fabrics. Pricewise is pretty much on point with every other store I have visited. The sales person was pleasant. The three star review is for the selection and the location it is a bit inconvenient to get to it if you miss it, and parking is a one-way which is pretty tricky as well. I have not had anything altered here so this review does not reflect their alterations skills or quality.

I didn't not see a great selection of home decor fabric however. There is also a good selection of evening and embellished fabric. Prices are reasonable. Apparel fabric starts at $6.99 per yard and goes from there. Overall a great store to find specialty fabrics. I didn't see silk, but I probably missed the section. One of the things I've noticed recently has been that since the installation of the self service cash registers, there seems to be a belief amongst the staff that they don't have to talk to customers anymore. This morning, I had a similar experience. I went to the Michaels and found the frame that I was looking for. when I approached the register section of the store I could not find an employee. I did find a girl who was standing by the balloons and when I asked her for help, she had to tell the person on her AirPods to please hold on that there was a customer interrupting her. She then pointed me at the self serve, cash registers to let me know that those were there for my convenience. At which point she went back to talking on the telephone with her friend. I am certain that Michaels is not passing along the savings to their customers because the prices are absurd. And yet they can't seem to manage their staff at all.

Explained I what I wanted to Karen and she showed me some left over material that she had in stock and could give me a good price on . Decided to go with it . Workmanship was excellent on the cushions , the problem was the material used began to basically peel away from a backing material it was attached too and quickly became unsightly and unusable . Went back and had one of the four cushions redone with same material thinking maybe some how it was something I may have done . Within a few months it too started to peel and the others had become unusable . Explained to Karen of the situation and how it was imperative that a more quality material be used . She showed me a marine quality covering and agreed to reupholster the cushions at no charge ! This business stands behind their work and and pleased with the new product .

I also take my Pfaff sewing machines there to be serviced as there are no other Pfaff repair places close by. The fabrics and machines are very fairly priced. You cannot compare her store for pricing to a Wal-mart, JoAnne Fabrics (they went under), etc. She sells first run fabrics at a reasonable price.
