He was told that it would go toward the price of the repair however; was NOT told that it was non-refundable, which by the way, it is. When I asked the gentleman about it the next day, his response was "I don't work for free". I guess good business practice just simply doesn't exist with this scam artist. As a business owner, if someone is unhappy with my services, I make sure they are happy. Even if I lose money in the process. The only way I'm going to establish business, is if I have the rapport with people to do so. If I have a repuation for being a rip off, I'm not going to be open for very long.
