There was one employee there and his name is Cameron. He totally explained the process to me and then walked me through how to do it myself at home. He brought out the very simple box needed and I had a hands on experience of what to do with it when I got home. He actually set it up there to make sure it was working and was able to get the wifi on my phone set up for me. He was patient, informative and very knowledgeable about the process. After I got home it was an easy task for me to connect to my TV and to my PC. I only needed to type in the password. I am a 72 year old with very little tech knowledge and was so happy that I actually was able to do this on my own. Cameron told me over and over that I could do it as I was nervous about it. He is a valuable employee and has wonderful customer service skills. I will not hesitate to go back in the store to update phone or with any questions I have about my Verizon service if I open the door and see that he is working!!!! Thank you Cameron for the excellent service that you gave me. I am totally satisfied with the new service and have already cancelled the former one.

They don't do well with letting you know where items are when you search for them on their app/website, like Home Depot do. For that reason, I think Home Depot as the store to go to where you know what you are looking for, but Menards is great for finding out things that you didn't even know you wanted or needed.
